It's a great place to get dog food

I am not too happy with the grooming. I felt like a student had do e the grooming, I had to trim and cut some of the hair when I got home.

Service , attendiveness and efficiency were outstanding.

Petshotel was ok. Play area is very small, loud, AND crowded. Although there was a human present, he was not interacting with the dogs in any way.

Do not let them touch your dogs, you will regret ever giving them a try. They totally ruined both my poodles for the holidays. Worst hair cut ever! Hair sticking out all over the place like the razor missed spots and while I was there I watched my dog fall off the grooming table, they acted like it was no big deal. I am so disgusted with this place never again.

Friendly, caring staff. Our dog is at day care 4-5 times per week. She loves going in and loves her PetSmart family

Dogs love daycare. However, the grooming salon frustrates me. We made an appointment for both of my pups OVER THE PHONE, they said we were all set. We go in and they tell us we have no appointments scheduled. Whatever, mistakes happen. We try to make an appointment all the time to get their nails trimmed and they say that they do not need an appointment to just come right in and they don't make the appointment for us. So we come in and they always refuse us. This happened about 3 times if not more. We have tried weekdays and weekends. It is extremely frustrating. We go elsewhere now for our grooming needs.

I think they need to work on their customer service at the Saugus location. I waited in line for 20 min just to ask someone to get something from a locked case. The cashier told me someone would be over. After 20 additional minutes of waiting I got back in line just for the cashier to tell me she could not leave the register. Nevermind no one was at a register for the first 15 min I was in the store. It would have taken literally 45 sec to walk 40 feet, and save me 45 min of waiting. She asked me to “just wait a while longer”. Seriously? No, I’ll go to another store. Terrible service, very unsatisfied.

I had an appointment for 1:30pm; called because I had left my vaccination records at home and was going to be 15 minutes late. They answered saying yes still come in that’s fine; Waited 15 minutes outside the grooming room because of the sign saying One dog family at a time. Finally get inside and am told they can’t take my dog because I’m half an hour late. I acknowledge that I was late, my own fault of course. Im just angry because I called and was told it’s ok come in, I do and I’m told no because they don’t have a system to check people in? How is it my fault that it takes 15 minutes to check out the 2 people that were ahead of me in line? And then I’m told to reschedule, why would I reschedule, so I can come in and be waiting around to check in only to be told no cus I’m late for waiting in line? Ridiculous

the lady with the short hair that helped me return a light today was very pleasant to talk with and she was very patient i appreciate her she deserves a raise

Great prices, great employees who love their job. Store is in convenient location.

This is our go-to pet store. Well-stocked store with helpful staff members. We also use their grooming service for our goldendoodle puppy - very satisfied so far ????!

Day camp was at capacity today. Everyone having fun. My only complaint is the call center for Petshotel is understaffed. It takes a +20 minute wait on the phone to schedule an appointment. I'd rather watch paint dry.

the employees here are so inexperienced. I purchased a baby beardie and 3 months in in started having seizure like fits. It is now dead. They give out false information, telling me that the minimum tank size was 30 gal! they also sell horrivke hamster enclosures and danger things for your pet. Do yourself a favor and go to a breeder

They trimmed my dog's nails and we're very kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend them.

Brought my puppy Livvy here for grooming. Her appointment was with Laura, she was so nice and did an excellent haircut. Laura actually cared about Livvy and was so good with her, Livvy was nervous and Laura held her while talking to me until she calmed down. We will definitely be bringing her back when it's time for another haircut!

Love this store. It’s always stocked well and I can always find an employee somewhere without having to bother the cashiers, who are ALWAYS so nice!! Sometimes cashiers aren’t so nice in other stores, so this is really neat for those with social anxiety. I go in to buy my kitty Marbles - who is very sick at the moment - really good, nutritional food/supplements. He looks better already ???? There is a pretty awesome girl that works here, I think her name is Erin? Or Erica? She seems to really know the ins and outs about what is best for your little buddy. Keep it up, Petsmart!

I have been taking my dog here for 4 years now for day care and grooming. Since covid 19 the services provided have gone way down hill. First - day care used to take check ins at 7:00, now you can not check in till 8:00 very disappointing, but they went back to the original closing time. Second - is with grooming services, My dog had a 2:30 appointment and when I got there I discovered that PetSmart not only double books, but they triple book the appointments, and I was told that my dog should be done in about 2 hours, wait, what !!!!! He's a small jack russell, just a bath and nails, 2 hours, well that is because they triple booked the appointment and was rudely told that if they didn't do that, they would not make any money. Michael the groomer, kind of yelled and said I have three dogs waiting. And the manager Dante or Devon ??, was not willing to do anything, the only one that would even speak to me in a professional kind manner was Sal, thank you Sal, I get it, it is not the groomers fault, I TOTALY blame PetSmart. Won't be back.
