This place is nothing short of amazing! Bobby and her crew are the best! They are excellent, experienced and do a perfect job on our dog. We have been taking our dog there for the last five years and are so happy with her grooming each and every time. I would give Center Pet Care 10 stars if able. Recommended a thousand times over. ????♥️

I have been looking for someone to cut my dogs nails for months after numerous unsuccessful attempts.. Center Pet Care took my sweet (very large) boy in and treated him with so much care. It barely took 10 minutes and the job was done. I cant thank the folks here enough and will DEFINITELY be back!

They do a great job and my dog always smelled so nice coming out with a special bandana which changed with the season or holiday. Very nice.

Always my Zoe's best grooming and a terrific staff. We travel and have on occasion had to have her grooming done elsewhere. No comparson.

My dog does not welcome strangers of any type. If you don’t live under her roof, she’s coming for you! She got sprayed by a skunk & needed nails trimmed desperately. Bobbi was the only groomer that would accept her with a basket muzzle on for protection. I left there knowing my dog is safe & the groomers were safe as long as the muzzle stayed on. Well I almost DIED when I saw my dog thru the plexiglass window running around the back area tail wagging no leash no muzzle happy as can be!!! Bobbi has a special gift & made friends with my girl! I couldn’t believe it! We will be booking an appointment soon w the best dog groomer Bobbi!

Bobbi and her staff are amazing! We have two “Doodles” that have to be groomed often, they always do a great job.

They have always been so very caring. I brought my 2 cavalier King Charles spaniels there for the last 12 yrs. They always come out looking great and tails wagging.

We've been going here for a couple of years now and they are the best! They ask a lot of questions about how you want the grooming done and if they see something on your pet that needs attention, they are not shy about telling you! Great staff.

Been taking my dog Buster here since he was just weeks old. He was a little pill when he was little, and he hated his nails being cut...now he's just the best dog. And the best dog needs the BEST grooming right? Before we took him here we brought him to a groomer that also had a day school ...so killing two birds with one stone..play and wash! Until after washing him they would put him in with the same stinky dogs! Nope...never again. We moved back to Saugus, made an appointment right away, and never looked back. He LOVES coming here and cried all the way and shakes his butt (he has no tail pretty much) and comes out after being groomed the same way! They take care of him here! Would never choose another groomer! Bobby is the best! I highly recommend! They're clean, professional, friendly, and treat all animals with respect. Staff is awesome!

They give my blind yorkie a beautiful haircut that he looks like he's only 5 years old!
