Had a good experience here. Was worried about the curbside situation but felt completely at ease after talking with them. My cat came back relaxed and acting better already. The nurses and doctor were very concise and friendly. Pricing was reasonable. Will being using these guys for any issues in the future.

There is nothing but good things to say about the team at the Veterinary Urgent Care Center in Quincy, MA. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and so loving and caring to the animals brought there. They are extremely good at communicating to the pet owners what needs to be done and the treatment needs of their patients.

Staff was very communicative from the start. Messaged and called to let us know we could come in earlier than the appointment made. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the techs to the doctors. Will recommend anyone to go here for urgent care needs they took very good care of my pup.

The staff, including the doctor, were kind, loving and professional and actually saw our dog very quickly - especially for being an urgent care center on a very busy Saturday! I recommend them highly !

We are having trouble scheduling urgent appointments with our vet since COVID and we have a very senior dog with a skin condition. We could not get an appointment during the week and didn’t know how we would get through the weekend with his suffering, not sleeping, etc. Thankfully we found this wonderful clinic. Very impressed with the ease of scheduling and they were on time with the appointment. Staff were so friendly and helpful from reception to the MD. our old guy is more comfortable today and slept through the night! Highly recommend!!!

FYI don’t bother bringing your pet that needs to be seen urgently to UCC Urgent Care Center in Quincy… turned me away at 5:45p when they close at 10p. I told them my cats eye has been swollen for a few days. Website said they were taking walk-ins with only a 15 minute wait. Another woman and her cat also got turned away.

I am incredibly thankful for the professional team from the staff to the Vet Katherine Holmes. My dog was not doing well on a Sunday morning and the schedule was full. I provided an email on the condition of my dog Kona ( Lab). The staff contacted within minutes of receiving my email and was able to fit me in. Katherine Holmes ( Vet) contacted me on the next steps and followed up after Kona was treated. The compassion and professionalism are second to none. I highly recommend the practice.

Took my rather old boy Truffle who hurt his hip this morning to the vet. He was in a lot of pain and needed his hip checked out. Went to VCR Weymouth and they could not take him sending animals to other facilities after they told me to bring him. Tried South Coastal in Weymouth same outcome. I was beginning to feel very very stressed and sad. I took him to Veterinary Urgent Care Center in Quincy and a very kind and compassionate person listened to my story and even though they were in the same situation they agreed to take him. They took the time to listen and react in a very professional yet personable way. He is home resting after the Vet treated him and I was able to take him home to rest. The kind care and genuine concert they exhibited were above impressive. I cannot thank them enough. I even have the Vets full schedule for follow up. That care brought my faith back completely. There are some very compassionate people at work there going above and beyond with open hearts. Great practice and I highly recommend!

Went as a walk-in with no appointment, only waited a few minutes for them to take my dog. Doctor called us within 30 to discuss the exam and they brought our dog out a few minutes later. Staff was very friendly and the price was less than half of what we have paid at other urgent vet care places. Recommended them to 2 friends with dogs as soon as we got home.

Everyone at the clinic was quick, thorough, and caring! Took my cat for a walk-in visit after she developed a URI, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Pricing was as expected. To note: clinic is operating curbside, so be sure to call once you’re in the parking lot.

I wrote a review a couple years ago highly praising this practice. I've had very positive experiences with Dr. D'Andrea but my experiences with the practice have gone downhill over the last year or so. They're not terrible, but I'd no longer consider them stellar. This can be an option if you need an urgent care but that is often not possible, they're often so booked that they can't take walk-ins if you're not there when they open. And booking an appointment in advance often requires days of notice. In my experience we can usually get into our regular vet more quickly, and get a better level of care at our regular vet. They no longer allow you to accompany your pet inside, so I was upset when they shaved a patch on my dog's head without asking me first. We were not there for a medical emergency, so there is no reason they couldn't have checked with me before doing that. Performing even a minor procedure without prior consent is a serious violation of trust. What else might they decide to do without asking? I will think carefully about how to aggressively advocate for my dog if we return to this practice.

We brought our pup as a walk-in and she was seen quickly and cared for attentively.

Service was top notch. Everyone was very professional and concerned with the health of our kittens. Very timely examining the kittens and price quote for exams were accurate. However, they didn’t mention how much the meds were and I felt they were ridiculously marked up. Antibiotic and erythromycin were over $160!! If I return I’ll certainly question these costs.

I have an extremely anxious rescue dog who had been experiencing issues with an infected dew claw. I brought here here and she received exceptional care. After a week of antibiotics she inevitably has to have to claw/toe removed. Dr. Cervasio was calm, accommodating and very knowledgeable. She did an excellent job with the surgery and post op care. Penny had to take a sedative before other vet trips, but the techs at this office were so caring that I actually watched penny walk right in willingly. This is an urgent care so yes you may have to wait, but they do a great job of keeping you updated if emergencies come in. They are fast and efficient as well as thorough.

Took my cat here because he was peeing outside his litter box. The booking process was quick and the appointment took about 30 mins. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I just wished things were more affordable. The total for the visit was $375 and that included the medication. I guess those are urgent care prices.

Went to take my 18 yr old calico cat to be put down so she won't be in anymore pain, hard to breathe, can't walk, and won't eat. They said the walk-in wait is over 4 hours, when on their website it says 1 hour 20 mins. When we asked the employee why it's different, they said oh it's always wrong online. So why even put it on their???? It's horrible having to watch your baby suffer, and wanting to take away their pain, and getting no remorse or help from the ones who are meant to help, is so disappointing.

They were incredibly kind, patient, and communicative with us so we know exactly what was going on with our puppy when we brought her in. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I came and brought my puppy in to get his paw looked at. I specifically asked on the phone before letting them bring my dog in for a estimate before performing anything. Unfortunately; the call I received came with a $535 price tag as they apparently gave him stitches. They did not call me to give me the estimate instead they went with the procedure and charged without letting me know. Needless to say I’ll pay whatever for my dog but if I couldn’t have afford a more expensive bill then what would of happened?

The staff was very friendly, and the process was quick. The medical exam was $100 for my cat without insurance. They also have an in-house pharmacy, which was very convenient.
