Very bad experience! Checked in and sat in my car with my pet for 50 minutes in 19 degree weather. When it was finally my turn, I had to hand over my pet on the sidewalk. (Was never told in advance) It's like dropping off your kid at the Dr.'s and sitting in your car. I sat another 50 minutes until the Vet called. I was given medication to give the pet. When I got home and opened the box the bottle inside was not sealed. I called to see if a dose was already given my call wouldn't go through because I didn't have an appointment. Oh, and let's add that all the front windows are covered up so you can't look in!!

Horrible. Next time I will drive the extra mile to go to Weymouth or Bourne. Horrendous. Don’t go here unless there are NO other options. Yes

Horrible experience! I called the minute they opened and drove my dog to this vet. Was told it would be an hour wait. Sat in car with my dog with an eye injury. Called again at hour and half was told they’d come soon. At 2 hours I called to check once again and they had lost my name on the list. So my puppy and I had been waiting there and they were taking others that came later before us! When I stated my frustration at the situation I was told I was welcome to go somewhere else. I was here because she needed urgent care and I couldn’t get in other places. I wouldn’t still be sitting there if I didn’t feel it was important. They were not concerned for my dog. They wanted me to be concerned about how busy they are and took no responsibility for losing our name on the list. Waste of time with my dog suffering longer than she should! After three hours I gave up and started another search of places to take her. My advice - if your situation is urgent-don’t let the name fool you-take them somewhere else!!!

I've been to both the Easton and Plymouth locations and the staff at both locations were incredibly kind, efficient and helpful. I'm very pleased with how my dog was taken care of during our urgent care visits and am very thankful for their services.

Absolutely amazing service. They got our dog right in and out quickly. It was extremely reasonably priced as well. Such nice staff as well. Truly a great experience on a stressful night.

Brought my puppy there and didn't have to wait long at all. She was sick and they took good care of her. Staff was nice.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I just showed up there frantic, while my dog is extremely sick and they turned me away, telling me they don't have a doctor on staff. What a joke. Why even open then? I waited hours for them to open at 3pm just to be turned away in a time of crisis. Some urgent care. Do yourself a favor and save your precious time during an emergency by just going straight to a different place. Very upset.

Took our dog in on short notice for an infected interdigital cyst. Despite the current precautions with no one allowed in with their pets, the vets were very good about explaining the concerns they had, the treatment plan, and what we should do to follow up. The price for treatment for what was essentially an emergency vet visit was well below what you would pay at many emergency vets. I highly recommend VUCC.

Everybody was very nice. The wait was long. The tests done should have included a urine culture which was not done. Therefore my dog has been on the wrong medication for a week with no improvement and worse than she went to the clinic. I had to take her to my vet today and put her through the same urine test alk over again for a culture and change in medication. I spent the same amount of money to duplicate this. Well over $250.00.

We were able to get our guy treated right away after he was attacked by another dog. My boy is healing tonight.

My dog had an injury to his paw and our vet couldn’t fit him in for several days. Vet Urgent Care met our needs above and beyond! The staff is professional, caring, and friendly. The estimated wait time is spot on, and the staff are efficient in the evaluation and treatment. The price was also fair. Highly recommend!

They saw my dog after he was vomiting. They were great, explained the treatment options and what they would recommend for their own pet ( my dog’s vet tech had her dog with her). This is the second time I went there for an emergency, they were great then and now. They really care for the animals they treat.

Ms. Jackson needed to see the vet and her normal one was a 3 week wait for an appt. VUCC was able to get her right in. They were so helpful and treated her like she was a long-time patient, even though it was her first time visiting. I will definitely use them again and have already referred a few others to visit them when needed.

Everyone was SO pleasant here. I brought my bunny here, because she developed a bulge under her chin, and we became concerned that it was a mass or something, but the Doctor checked her out, said my bunny looked good, and she stated it was just excess skin that was sagging, which happens sometimes. They went out of their way to share & provide helpful information about raising a bunny, and were very patient while we asked many questions. Thanks for everything!

Brought my dog in for an infection, in spite if limitations of curbside service the staff was very friendly and helpful and made my dog very comfortable for his visit.

Efficient service. As a walk in, we did not have to wait too long. Was slightly difficult communicating with the doctor via phone in the car, while they saw our dog inside. A few details about our dog's diagnosis got lost because of the way commutation was set up. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

VUCC was able to get our kitten in where every other urgent care snd VCA was a 4+ hour wait. They were extremely caring and professional. Highly recommend!

Fabulous people! Very fair pricing! Didn't force us into unnecessary tests like our regular vet. Very organized and timely too! We thought our 14 year old dog needed a vet ASAP and weren't able to get into our vet. I made an appointment online. Was told to be there in 100 minutes. Perfect timing!! But...most of all...they were all sooo kind. Hoping we can switch to them for our regular vet.

I had a great experience at the Veterinary Urgent Care Center tonight (my first visit). My poor pup began vomiting and was feeling unwell. I was impressed by the very professional caring tech who answered the phone and took my information. The vet was excellent; she carefully examined my pup and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. I felt reassured by her plan for care and my pup is now resting peacefully. I will definitely be back and am grateful to have this clinic close by. Update: 9/11/21 Today I brought a very senior kitty I adopted to VUCC for a euthanasia consultation. I called emailed and called earlier in the day; both my email and phone calls were answered. Even though the center was busy, the staff immediately recognized the difficult situation and worked my Kitty into their schedule. They patiently answered my questions and detailed the entire process, including procedure and cost. Everyone was so kind and caring. When I brought Merry in, the nurse and vet examined her and reassured me it was the humane decision, which I really needed to hear. They fussed all over her and treated her with so much love and attention. Before administering the medication, the veterinarian asked me if she could hold Merry and give her one last hug. I was so touched! When Merry passed away, pain free, the doctor and nurse offered me all the time I needed and then gently laid her to rest in a little coffin for me to bring home. If I could give the VUCC 20 stars, I would. This hospital is staffed with people who truly love animals. Each person does their work with professionalism, warmth and heart. I highly recommend and feel fortunate to have them so close by.

Thank you to Tanya, Dr. Papanicholas and the front office staff for taking excellent care of our 8 year-old Golden, Larry, who had acutely developed an extremely painful skin infection. We were referred to his location after we learned Angell was on diversion and not accepting any walk-ins that night. The front office staff answered my call right away and fit him in as one of the last visits of the day. Tanya met Larry at the door and took time to pat him and get him comfortable with her before she took him inside. Dr. Papanicholas called after she examined Larry, explained the problem and treatment plan, answered all my questions and even made sure I was aware of a subtle eye pigment change that she noticed. I am so grateful for the excellent care provided at VUC and pleased to report that after starting antibiotics and anti-inflammatories, Larry made a remarkable improvement overnight. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any pet urgent care needs. VUC was extremely busy, so there was a significant wait to be seen, but it was well worth it!
