My cat & I were treated badly by Vet. assistant in parking lot after exam. She was gruff & dangerous. She tried to push cat cartier between myself & steering wheel. Not enough space. Car door swung back twice & nearly crushed cat inside the sift case carrier! She did nothing to block door & never apologized. She began to gi e my cat a fatal diagnosis although shes not a VET. Dr. didnt say fatal, but she jad the nerve to tell me it probably was. Horrible office staff here. Stay away

Dr. Murphy has been my veterinarian for the past several years and I highly recommend him to all my friends. He is so kind, gentle and compassionate; his voice calm and comforting to both animal and human. I have lived with animals all of my life and their well being is top priority. My last dog was a rescue from a kill shelter in the south. I adopted him when he was six years old and he died at the age of 17. Dr. Murphy's calm gentle manner and soft voice brought comfort to me at that most difficult time when I had to say goodbye. Thank you Dr. Murphy for being who you are...The very best!!

I originally brought my German Shepherds in to see Dr Boswell more than a decade ago, because he was a Shepherd expert. After he passed away (Bless his soul) we stayed with Dr Shone....now we have Dr Murphy. All the Doctors and staff here are warm, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't trust my loves with anyone else!

This vet is great. My dog was having really bad seizures. He could have put him on seizure meds that shorten his life. But he said let's check his thyroid first yup that's what was causing seizures. He's on thyroid meds. I had to call the other day because same dog was bleeding on his back side. He literally saw him within an hour with no "emergency" fee. I have 2 dogs and a cat and I would recommend Pilgrim Animal Hospital with out hesitation.

If you want to have your pet die, this is the place for you and your pet. Misdiagnosis, no diagnosis, improper tests run, no tests run, being told one thing only a couple of hours later to have to watch your pet suffer and die in front of you while being told by a veterinarian hospital that everything you were told by Dr. Death Murphy just a couple of hours prior was wrong.....if you want to have your pets symptoms put off, if you want to have to go back time and time again because they can't get it right then this is the place to bring your pet. Do yourself and your pet a great service and find a true veterinarian to bring your four legged family to.....or yours may end up dead just like ours did because Dr Death Murphy puts things off and hasn't a clue if your pet is really sick, how to deal with it or to.....or what to tell you......if you don't think it could happen to you, so did we and paid the ultimate price with the loss of our pet.

Dr. Murphy is the kindest vet ever. He was so sweet with our new puppy when she was under the weather... and he patched her right up! Later, on a separate occasion, he was incredibly compassionate in putting down my mom's cat... he made sure to provide a complete examination to validate that it was the right and humane thing to do, explaining exactly how her little body had failed her, and was so gentle and respectful throughout the process. The ladies who work in his front office are angels, too. Highly recommend. Don't let the fact that the 1960's office looks like a set from the television show Mad Men throw you... Dr. Murphy and his team deliver top notch care with a truly personal touch.
