Met George during recent snow storm i stopped in during my break he was more than happy to assist me with great products and fair pricing!!

I have been coming here for 8 yrs for my dog. The staff are so kind, professional, patient, helpful and knowledgable. That means all of the staff- front desk, technicians and the vets themselves! The facility is always clean, very homey feeling, not crowded but not a very large place either.For a few years I lived out of the area and was much happier with the PAH than other places. They really do their best here, my dog can be aggressive with strangers and especially at the vet but they keep her calm and work with us. Schedule wise they are flexible and I have never had a problem scheduling a yearly, quick wellness check for something that comes up randomly or an emergency.

Dr. Johnson is amazing, honest and to the point.

Everyone here is great. My doggie fur baby has been sick on and off and they get us right in. At one point he had to be carried in and he isn't light, and they let my hubby carry him in and stayed with him. Over the years I have only been to 3 vets offices and this one is number one in my book.

Took the new family puppy for his first check up and shots. Bob was the tech that came out and got Duke for his check up. He was friendly and courteous and made sure Duke was comfortable with him. After Dukes appointment the Vet called and explained everything that was done and what he needs for his next appointment. Great service and care.

Wow!! I usually don't have problems here, but when you HAVE problems here, boy oh boy they don't get solved! I brought my dog here for a check up and nothing more and even told the staff I wanted nothing more than a check up prior to the appointment. They decided to give her a shot anyways even though I specifically asked them not to, and then tried charging me over 100$ for the check up and shot. They then lied to me and tried to say I authorized the shot when I didn't, proving there is no professionalism here. Just scared untrained staff, who would sooner blame their client than except responsibility. Now I have to go to a new vet but I need my dogs health records, which so far this place is refusing to provide. If you want what's best for your pet, it's simple. Never come here.

The staff are so friendly and attentive. Have been going for years for cats and now a dog. I love the Drs as well.

I have had such a bad experience here recently ... Alison has given me the runaround and the attitude from her is genuinely disheartening just an overall lack of communication and professionalism is insane do urself a favor and bring ur pets somewhere else ...

Very happy with how quickly they made an appointment for my potentially sick boa hisstopher. They scheduled me and called the same week I sent an email asking for help. I felt like they were there for me when my normal vet was not. Although I couldn't go in for the visit because of covid restrictions I have no doubt they gave her the best care possible and sent her home with some antibiotics and a course of care to follow. Dr. Belvin was great at answering my questions and addressing the concerns I had about my boas health. For an exotic pet I would consider this vet to be very affordable/ inexpensive. I would definitely come back here for pet check-ups or sick visits for any of my reptiles.

Staff was rude and condescending after not having supplies I preordered. Price keeps fluctuating also. Time to find a new vet.

Very nice place. I love how the entrance is protected (fool proof) so your dog doesn’t run away. All the doctors and front staff were friendly and courteous to my pups.

The staff at Pembroke are the BEST! They really care, and it shows. The hospital hours and location are convenient too.

Great experience for new dog owners! One of my dogs was scared and tried to eat everyone, but the experienced nurses wrapped him and held him gently. They also didn't make us feel bad about the hard time they were clearly having while examining my dogs!

Have been going here for over 10yrs with multiple dogs. Couldn't find a better group of very caring people!

My dog Tyson had surgery last Tuesday on his knee, everyone at Pembroke Animal Hospital was great, they took good care of Tyson ,he is doing well and feeling better every day, Thanks PHA

I travel through a few towns to get here past many vets in my immediate area because I trust the people here. Always friendly and helpful and they take great care of my dog.

Such knowledgeable and caring personable staff. I drive 45 minutes to get there passing numerous vets because they are the best around.
