I take my standard poodle here for grooming. The groomers are very patient and kind. Our dog always looks beautiful after her grooming.

It’s ok. Don’t bother doing online pickup though. I’ve tried twice and it’s a waste of time. I don’t think they pay attention or care if you’re there to pick up.

I don't get to frequent this one as often but I do love the way it is set up. Staff has always been friendly. They do have a bigger selection of items than the one I'm used to going to.

This is only grooming. I went there to get my dogs nails clipped & was-appauled At the amount of hair on the floor from various different dogs. Every place else I've gone I've never seen that. How dare you not sweep up after every pet gross. To charge extra so you dog doesn't have to be in what I call the dog Conveyor belt is strait up wrong & greedy. So your dog takes 3 hours if you don't pay extra. Shame on you. Surely there's a better way. People I'd rather spend more & go somewhere else filthy groomer you should be ashamed of your cleanliness & crooked business practices

My dog was groomed perfectly. I am so happy I found PetSmart, I will never go anywhere else. A big shout out to Sam for actually listening to what I wanted. My dog Corey is absolutely delighted with his new doo.

I was visiting from out of town and my pup reallllly needed a groom. He’s only had one person groom him in 8 years, so I was terrified. The ladies in this salon were so awesome listening to my craziness and taking very good care of Bates. Kerry Ann did a fantastic job and took great care in his groom. I will ???? come here again. Thank you!!

The groom was fine; honestly wasn’t the best it’s a bit uneven and they didn’t trim him up as nicely as they do in bourne. I still tipped them 20%. They told me the groom would take 3-4 hours it took them 2 hours. I could have done without the comment when we were leaving. ‘Maybe teach him not to pull’. Especially since my pup has been ill and cannot go to puppy obedience classes due to his illness. Which they knew about. Wouldn’t you be used to pups pulling especially puppies (he’s 7 months) if you work with dogs? He also hasn’t been in a petsmart due to his illness for 4 months which made him extra curious. I’ve never written a bad review anywhere before this is a first for me. We will not be back.

Tabitha is more than outstanding as a groomer! She is so skilled we are often asked where and who are groomer is! She loves our puppy and she is a wonderful, sincere person that is just a pleasure! We can’t say enough !
