Lucky Dogs Daycare Peabody, Massachusetts

Brought my dog here for their first day. Staff member who I think is the owner was very nice . However seeing the room where my dog was made me so sad for all the dogs . his room was very small and all the dogs seemed sad and bored .They barely had any toys for entertainment . The person who came into the room to play with them barely interacted. Nothing against the staff members but this is not a fun place for dogs it seems . Definitely tour the facility before choosing . all the dogs in that room looked sad all day and maybe the rooms are just too small for the dogs .

I moved from Revere to Peabody about a year ago. Before my move I have tried over 5 groomers in the Revere/Boston area and have never been completely satisfied with my dog's results. I decided to try Lucky Dog Daycare grooming service and can honestly tell you they are the absolute best. Pricing is fair, owners care and take care of your pet like they are their own. Groomers are experienced and follow direction woth ease, even if your someone like me who knows nothing about dog grooming. My Fredo has never looked this amazing coming from any other groomer, I absolutely love this place. parking is plentiful, easy to get to and you wont find a better boarding or daycare for your precious pet. I suggest anyone with a four-legged friend give Lucky Dog Daycare a try, I promise you wont be disappointed.

I left my 1 year old blue nose pitbull with them for a night and she came back happy and healthy ! They were very kind and accommodating when I asked to drop my baby off an hour before they opened on Sunday. I’ll definitely be back!

Brought my sweet girl for a bath and nail trimming. She has dry skin and a sore knee. They took such good care of her, and she came out smelling amazing and feeling soooo silky soft. Because she's a short-haired breed, I was able to get an appointment same day. We'll definitely be back. Nick was so sweet and attentive.

This establishment does not listen to what the customer asks for and has inconsistent pricing upon every appointment. They shaved my dog down when I specifically said not to shave him. I will be taking my business to top not tails where pricing if fair and always consistent.

Brought my goldendoodle to get groomed here & they did an amazing job!! Super friendly staff, very reasonably priced, sell some great treats, and my dog was brought out with a cute tie on! I will definitely be taking my dog back to Lucky Dogs.

See if you can get a tour of any place that you'd leave your precious pup. If you can't get a tour, that's likely a red flag. Unfortunately, this place is filthy and doesn't have flooring which protects dogs.

Nick the owner is a very gracious and caring person. The office manager is also excellent. These are top quality people that I feel you can trust leaving your pet with. I can't even overstate the excellent customer service I received.

I called for the first time to figure pricing out and was put on hold for 10 mins. I called back and the person kept sending me to voicemail I’ll have to take my buisness else we’re.

I bring my corgi there for grooming and she loves them.Brought her to petgo and my corgi got sick for two days.

whenever I bring my dogs here they get so excited. They love it here. And everyone that works here is so nice and treats the dogs very well.

love that they have cameras in all the rooms so it gives me peace of mind while im away knowing he is happy and having fun being treated well. they have good packages and it looks clean and have a great store at the front with so many good treats food and toys to buy!

I know my boys are always safe, loved and well taken care of when they are at lucky dogs. To my boys, they are extended family. The way they wiggle and flop over with such excitement when we enter leaves me at ease. They even do that at the end of the day with whoever brings them to me. We recently visited for a groom, AMAZING!!! They are both looking fluffy and smell great!!! Nails are trimmed perfectly. Groomer is very responsive to my instructions. Overall it’s a wonderful place. My boys will always be Lucky Dogs!!!

Pricing is VERY INCONSISTENT and UNPROFESSIONAL. As well as to mention the lack of accountability for their clients time. I dropped off my dog (Samoyed) at 11am, and he was ready at 5PM. I called at 2 PM, and they hadn’t even started or were able to give me a time estimate. The first appointment price was $75 (his hair was matted), the second appointment was $85 (regular price, not matted. The third appointment was $110, his hair was NOT MATTED as he was groomed before arriving. I asked the employee as to why, his hair was matted, I then asked where. His unprofessional response was, I DONT KNOW, that’s what the groomers told me to charge you. No response was given to where his hair was matted AT ALL. On top to mention, he is NEVER blow dried correctly as the car ride home was full of hairs everywhere, and we had to groom him again with a bag full of hair. As well as returning home and having my dog fully dehydrated, and finishing his bowl of water 3x, he drank so much that he actually threw up which has NEVER happened.

Mandy and her staff are absolutely amazing and I would suggest Lucky Dogs to anyone looking for dog care. When I found out my friends dog needed to be brought up from FL and boarded for 5 months, I freaked out wondering where we were going to put her for that long. I wanted a place that I could trust to take good care of her. I reached out to Mandy and she was more than willing to help me board her. Fast forward to last weekend and the dog was transported up to MA from FL. I was nervous about how she would do especially after going through the anxiety of traveling and being in a new environment, but Mandy and her staff reassured me that everything would be okay. Before the dog got up here, I was probably a pain with all the questions I asked by either stopping by or calling, but everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and reassure me that everything would be okay. Blue has now been at Lucky Dogs Daycare for almost week and I have nothing but great things to say. My anxieties were all for no reason. Blue is having so much fun and the staff treat her like their own. I love that I can go online and watch her playing at any point throughout the day— it makes me happy to see her having fun!
