Best doggie daycare in the world. They treat your pet like you do!

We've brought our pup twice for puppy play group. She's having a lot of fun, it's well organized and supervised and the trainers are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Ok as a starter class but really needed a private lesson to get all issues addressed. Instructors are kind of out there... Zach especially was not helpful at all. Only got a few basic commands learned from class. Probably would not recommend

Bark'n Roll is absolutely amazing! The staff is amazing and I am sure they are good to our dog otherwise she wouldn't get so excited seeing them in the morning! We have used the daycare and in home training services and have been very happy with both services. We will be soon using their boarding service and we will be able to include that in our review. I highly reccomend Bark'n Roll!

There are no words for me to write that would describe how wonderful the folks that work here are. Amazing staff! They truly love the animals that are in their care. My two dogs come home from daycare so happy and worn out! My dogs and I have taken their training classes with great success. I have never had to leave them overnight but I would have no issue doing so. They also have walking services. If you’re in the market for these kinds of services, please give them a call!

My dog absolutely loves coming here for daycare. The staff is awesome. You get an update on your pup's activities for the day and how they're doing. Definitely recommend.

Rude and unprofessional staff... A family friend applied here for a job opening. The friend (who I won't name) got an email asking to setup an interview, and the next day when the friend was about to reply and setup a time with the manager, a very rude email from the manager was sent saying: "We are no longer interested in pursuing you as an employee, we prefer our employees to respond promptly and swiftly." It wasn't even a day after the manager requested to setup an interview. Goes to show what it would be like working here.. no thanks.. get some professionalism. There is a reason this place is always hiring.. go figure, the turnover rate must be insane. I guess it's common here given the many other reviews commenting on the rudeness and lack of business acumen by the staff. Maybe if the management focused more on being polite and less on pumping their chests they would come across as a bit more personable.

I was truly hoping that Bark n’ Roll would be a great fit for our family and new puppy since we live right down the road, but unfortunately we had an extremely poor experience during our first few weeks working with them. Our personal experience with Francine and some staff was not ideal for this small business. We were unfortunately forced to bring our business elsewhere after our experience with Bark n’ Roll. CONS: OBSERVATIONAL SKILLS: Our puppy got sick the first week we attended daycare at Bark n’ Roll. It was never the fault of Bark n’ Roll for him getting sick, but it was necessary for them to keep us informed if the diarrhea continued during his time at daycare. We would have never brought him to daycare if there was any concern of putting any of the other dogs at risk. Every evening when picking him up from daycare, we would ask staff if they noticed any abnormal bowel movements, and we either got a response of, “I didn’t notice anything” or “I wasn’t working with him today”. Then throughout the evening, the diarrhea would continue, and it continued for days until it resolved over the weekend. Shortly after, our dog contracted Kennel Cough from this facility and staff did not refuse service even though he was visibly showing signs of a upper respiratory infection. We were already aware of his symptoms, but it wasn't until after 4 consecutive days of attending daycare that the staff had reported that they noticed he was sick to us during pick-up. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Every time we called the facility to get some more information on the training program, Tour Bus pick-up, and daycare, we were reassured that someone would contact us via phone. Never once did I get a call back. The lack of communication with staff and owners is very disappointing and we felt so under informed. Just last week, I got my first phone call from Francine and it was so unprofessional. I was appalled. Instead of trying to work with us and try to resolve our issues, she aggressively spoke to me over the phone, and began to bully me with other managers present in the room for a situation that I was not part of. By far one of the WORST experiences with a company that I’ve ever had and then immediately our family became a target on social media from her clients at Bark n’ Roll. Staff is now unwilling to work with us to salvage the relationship and is no longer letting us use their business. HONESTY: Tour Bus transportation is advertised AM pick-up between 7-9. We have an August Lock at home which records all activity with the door. When checking our door activity for the day, we discovered that our puppy wasn’t even picked up by Bark n’ Roll staff until 9:40AM! And this was even after the fact that I informed the staff that the family was leaving the house by 5AM that morning. This late pick-up time was never reported to us at the time of our PM pick-up. PROS: PORTAL: I think the portal is a great way for contact, invoices, and scheduling. After my issues with not receiving a call back, I resorted to using the portal for all inquiries. You get very “brief” updates on the dog’s training while at daycare, but you don’t get any feedback on what you can work on with them at home. SOCIALIZATION: Our puppy benefited greatly during his time at daycare. He was getting plenty of socialization with other dogs and people. He always exhausted at the end of the day after getting lots of exercise playing with other dogs.

I actually adopted my sweet dog through Bark n' Roll's rescue, and both my dog and I LOVE Bark n' Roll. One of the stipulations of adopting through their rescue is that you and your dog must attend six weeks of basic training (this is …

After seeing some poor reviews I decided to share my experience with Bark n Roll because it has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE! They have always been insanely considerate and accommodating to my difficult and pain in the a** puppies. They have noticed issues with them while at daycare and called and informed me immediately. Part of the reason I love them so much is because they are so attentive. I have never had a rude interaction with any staff here, they are all amazing. They take care of my puppies as if they were their own and I couldn't ask for a better place to keep my pups safe and happy.

We are so thankful we found Bark N Roll to take such great care of our Golden pup! They are the sweetest group of dog lovers, they send daily updates when your pup is boarding (which we look forward to every day) and make sure that he is loved, taken care of and clean. One time he got an ear infection just before we went on vacation and the staff gladly accepted him with his daily ear drops. On top of that there are new training goals each week that they work on with the pups while they are staying with them for the week or weekend. The online scheduling portal makes reservations and requests really easy and the response time is faster than you can expect. I swear he has more fun at "camp" with all of his buddies than at home. Highly recommend!

They have terrible customer service. Every time you call the person answering the phone has zero answers and says someone will call you back when they can, but then we never get a call back. They don't pay attention to the dogs well-being nearly enough, for example we have been leaving our puppy there and have told them that he is having diarrhea but every time we pick him up and ask if his poop was normal they says, "oh yeah, everything was fine" or "I don't know, I didn't work with him" and then when he gets home he continues to have diarrhea. They don't interact with their clients at all, at the end of the day they are just telling you what you need to hear to leave them alone. The only positive thing I can say is that our puppy comes home looking happy and he is tired from playing. Edit: 3 days after posting this review, instead of reaching out to me they called and tried to bully my fiancee into changing it deleting this review. Rather than addressing the issues she just denied any problems and ended up just making my fiancee upset.

My dog possibly contracted kennel cough (vet confirmed) when boarded here as well as the possibility of parvo (not confirmed but has the symptoms - vomiting and bloody diarrhea included). Keep in mind that you have to schedule the tour in advance should you wish to see the facilities since most of the dogs are not in the crate during the day, for this reason I cannot comment of the cleanliness of the place, but have been assured by the owner that they adhere to the highest sanitary standards. Clients are also not allowed to pass through the front door. I wish they could improve on the parent's experience of the place, but have no doubt that my dog enjoyed his time there, playing with his little buddies. I am basing this review based on the fact that my dog got very sick POSSIBLY from something he contracted there, not of the actual place itself, or any of their staff.
