Just was in after many years asked for help getting a fish waited 15 min while helping a customer to ignore me to help out two young women that just walked in instead needless to say I won't be coming back really disappointed

Nicest people work here... and you can find superior products for your beloved pet. Neighborhood feel. 5 stars.

Excentric about animals passionate and caring beyond any store for customer service gave me space but made themselves available from a distance and let me be about my business very comfortable and they will ansewer any questions helpful. Omg and generous I've seen and watched the owner give things away or make discount for situations. Great guy

I love pets Plus but there's a man there and every time you go there he acts like he never saw you before and it kind of turns me off I don't know if he's the owner or an employee but that man is scary he has gray hair and blue eyes and every time I go in there he just like doesn't know who you are and he's nasty and I go in there and spend tons of money but today I went in there and I spent like 60 bucks and the other day I've been going in there and buying food and I'd buy more and more but that man they either have to deal with him or do something about them because he's really no customer service at all but everybody else and there's wonderful absolutely wonderful

Most of the staff are very nice and friendly, but an older man there never fails to be rude. Also overcharge for rats by an insane amount and it varies on who you get. Some days it's $3 for a pinkie rat, other days it's $11. ($11 for a pinkie???) Sometimes it's $10 for a small rat, other days it's $30. This place is right down the street from me but I've started driving 20 minutes to Jabberwock in Stoneham. Everytime I go and don't encounter the man I have a very nice time and meet very friendly staff, but everytime he's there it's an awful experience.

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about Pets Plus. They carry high quality products and supplies. Small animal cages are clean and the enclosures house healthy animals. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.

Employees were helpful. Healthy selection of dog food of good quality. (Fromm's and Grandma Mae's Country Naturals). Lots of puppy and kitty treats. For starts because it's a little small, but that's ok.

The staff are some of the most friendly and informative people I have ever met. Every time I come to pets plus, they always have the answers to my questions. I cannot say enough good things about the staff as well as the store itself.

The employees are so helpful. The animals at the shop always have clean cages. Store is very clean and tidy. Fully stocked. While checking out at the counter-don't forget to donate to the Nevins Farm MSPCA AnimalShelter with your change . Place in the cute little barn donation box beside the cash register. Thank you.
