My dog had a surgery last week , Mia’s recovery was fast and amazing. Thank you Dr Sonia Dantas !!! You did a great job !

I’ve been going to the VCA in Northboro for close to 15 years. On the up side, the veterinarians have always been pleasant and followed up after surgical procedures, answering concerns and questions. Additionally, the office staff is also pleasant. On the down side, it’s not always easy to reach them by phone, being left on hold longer than 10 minutes. Just take my number and call me back. I also found the costs for food and basic flea/tic options are much higher then retail stores. By comparison, the cost of routine exams, tests, bloodwork and procedures is higher than other vets in the area.

Quick, efficient, and safe. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I went with my cat for a first routine visit (I moved and transfered to this VCA from another).

It can be tough to get appointments at times since it gets busy, but they do take good care of my pet and are available on weekends, which helps a lot.

I am very appreciative of the service and care my pet received. Despite it being late in the day, being a new patient and having a completely booked schedule they took the time to see my cat who was suffering. The kindness that we were shown and the manner in which my cat and I were treated was truly exceptional. I can not thank them enough for all the help and support they provided my family today.

There simply isn't anyone else I would trust with my family. It took me a while to find them, but once I did they became home. They compassionately get me through the worst of times, and I'm grateful my Logan is under their care.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Northboro VCA. We have been visiting numerous times for vaccine visits and each time the Vet and Vet Tech took the time to get Loki comfortable and give him some loving. Now whenever we go by or pull in the parking lot, he's so excited to go in and see his friends (despite getting shots 90% of the times he's been there). Beyond this, Loki has had two issues that were concerned me while the hospital was closed. I put in an appt request through the online app for a few days in the future and described what was going on. Neither issue was concerning enough to be considered an emergency, but I received phone calls as soon as they were open, and both times they were able to see us that day. The customer service for humans has been great to work with, always explaining anything I have questions on. I recommend them to everyone with a pet, as you can tell they truly love what they do and care about the well being of your pet. Thanks for caring about Loki as much as I do!

Horrible place!! Expensive and rude people!! I do not recommend, do not bring your pet here. My dog had an emergency and they wouldn’t see her, very bad staff, had 3 bad experiences and finally gave up, it wasn’t a one time thing. ????????????????????????????????

Great staff, attentive, and gave tests/advice that has made my 19 year old cat happier and healthier than she's been in years!

I really enjoy the communication and professionalism of the whole staff here. I had an emergency and was able to get my cat checked out almost instantly. My fiance and I bring both our cat and dog here. We are very appreciative of their patience and care for our animals:)

My dog had allergy test. Service was good, staff is nice and responsive. Called few times with more questions and always received a call back. Good experience.

Friendly staff an knowledgeable vets

I've been bringing my cat to VCA Northborough for about 9 years now. They are always friendly and their service is excellent. Highly recommend. Things have changed obviously due to the pandemic, but they are still adhering to their standards and the CDC standards as well.

Love this place for my fur babies. Doctors, techs, front office stuff caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Always find room on their busy schedule to fit us in during emergency, whether it’s late hours or weekends.

We've been taking our dogs here for years... our dog had a lump on his leg that we were concerned about so we made an appointment with Dr. Dantas. Dr. Dantas said she didn't know what the lump was and "he might have to have his leg amputated." Without even knowing what the lump is, this is what she told us. When we asked her what she would do if she was in our situation she said, "I wouldn't be in that situation because I have more resources available to me." We were already in shock that she told us he might have to have his leg amputated that we didn't know what to say. If you're looking for a vet that has compassion I wouldn't book an appt with her. We will N E V E R bring our dogs back. Ever.
