Suzanne and her staff are amazing! We started bringing our dog a couple of months ago. She suffers from arthritis and other leg injuries. At the time we started therapy, she could barely stand on her own. Now she has regained much of …

Suzanne and her team are wonderful! We’re currently in the midst of PT for our doggo that recently had IVDD surgery and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care at Northborough Canine Rehabilitation & Fitness Center. Although we have pet insurance, their prices are extremely reasonable. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

There's no amount of words to describe how grateful I am for Susanne. I stumbled across her business on Google one day when I was so desperate to find help for my dog Hazel who I knew had a leg injury(and turned out she had two). Since day one I knew we were in good hands. Susanne's love and dedication for helping animals is so evident in her practice. While I could have jumped to TPLO surgery, I instead chose to treat these injuries the conservative way with physical therapy and supplements, and within a few months, Hazel is nearly back to her normal self. Overall, I'm so thankful for her and her wonderful staff and highly recommend her services! thank you for all you do :)

Both my dogs go to northborough rehabilitation one for training and one for physical therapy and I can't say enough good things about them. I 100 percent recommend them for both.

We decided to leave one of our dachshunds there while we went away for a week as he could not use his hind legs. Two days later they had him walking again, absolutely incredible. When we picked him up he had improved dramatically and we will continue to bring him for additional therapy. Couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about the well-being of their dogs. We send a heartfelt thank you to Susan and the entire staff.

I can't say enough good things about this place. My 12 year old mixed breed has dysplasia and was recently injured. My 16 year old Lab was having problems walking and having age related issues. Susanne and Kim have turned them around with their massage and laser therapies. Everyone is feeling so much better. My Lab is energetic in a way I never thought I would see again. They offer so many services such as a built in therapy pool, treadmill, grooming, nose work classes and training. Susanne's expertise is nothing short of amazing and everyone on the staff is deeply caring about the welfare of the dogs they help.

I have to say that Northborough Canine Rehabilitation & Fitness Center is awesome. The staff has always been polite and professional. My pooch had an injury to his hip while playing. We brought him in for an evaluation and after just receiving four laser and massage treatments, he was back to his old self. Suzanne was EXCELLENT! She not only cares for the pets she treats but delivers a great service.

Quite frankly, this is one of the most knowledgeable canine care facilities in The Massachusetts area. Not only do they care for dogs, they have been known to service all manner of animals... From cats and dogs to sheep and pigs. The owner is a highly experienced animal rehabilitation specialist. I have known many owners/patients who have taken their various animals to this facility for all manner of specialized care. Never have I heard of anyone being disappointed or unsatisfied in any way with the level of care and the amount of knowledge exhibited by the owner and her staff. If you have any sort of animal in need of medical care (even types of animal(s) you would never have imagined such a facility would have the means to care for), you would be well advised to give them a call before going anywhere else or consulting with your veterinarian further. They have worked directly with owners/patients, as well as in conjunction with veterinarian staff from some of the largest and preeminent, advanced animal care facilities (Tufts, Angel, etc.) in Massachusetts... and the surrounding states. If you believe you have reached the end of the road with your treatment possibilities for your given animal, give them a call. Likely, you'll be surprised as I was at how much progress they can make... even in cases where veterinarians have concluded There is nothing further which may be done to heal the patient. In other words, give them a try before giving up. You'll be duly impressed.

Baxter is moving like a young dog, and I credit that to the great people at NCRFC! The staff really care for every dog. Wonderful place.

Susanne is remarkable. I have a senior dog with managed dysplasia who is limping unusually and have taken her to a number of vets to get that improved. Through massage and assessment, Susanne was able to determine that the problem was most likely neurological and not bone related. I was able to direct my dog's medical care as a result and she is doing much better. I am very grateful. Susanne is well known and respected in the vet community. I would highly recommend this facility.

I can't say enough about this place. I adopted a puppy who came to me with a broken leg (which had not been disclosed to me by the rescue) that was too far along in the healing process to be helped with surgery. I was completely stressed …

Suzanne and her staff are incredible. Their physical therapy and training for all beings ( large and small) is excellent. Our little Maltese had a bad leg and needed therapy and laterjyst needed physical training and movement for health. Suzanne and the staff were great- compassionate and healing. Lily lived another year because of their excellent health /training and massage services..A true rehab hospital!!! I cannot recommend any higher- but they are 10 Stars!!!!

I started to take Zizi to NCRFC to avoid a very costly and extremely invasive surgery, after she partially tore her ACL. After each session I could see improvement, and now, less than six months later she walks and runs like nothing ever …

LOVE Susanne and the Center! Susanne has that wonderful gift of being able to connect with dogs, and humans, in an authentic, compassionate way that immediately put me and my pup at ease. She was able to quickly assess my dog's condition, and got us on track with activities I could do with him at home. I am delighted to recommend the Northborough Canine Rehab Center - my visit there was a game changer for me and my dog.

NCRFC brought our dog back to life! We have an older lab who came down with a vestibular condition that led to him losing muscle mass due to immobility. Susanne and her team worked with him (and us) and he is now running around, going up and down stairs, and has great mobility for a 14 year old lab. He would not be where he is now without them! We highly recommend their services.

My 8 year old min pin boy Cooper had severe neck pain. We had done an MRI and the doc didn't think surgery was necessary at the moment. We tried treating with steroids etc. While that helped temporarily- the moment he cycled off he was back to hunching and in pain. Could not walk. I brought him to Susanne---omg. I wish I had done it right away. A couple sessions with her--stretching, massage, cold laser therapy and lots of crate time...he is like a brand new dog. Runs, jumps, plays, happy to be moving. I honestly thought surgery was in his future. I could not be happier with the result. He's been pain free for 4 months since treatment!!

Susanne and her team ROCK!! They took the most amazing care of my very senior hound with arthritis. Thanks to Susanne's weekly massages and Ashton's hydro therapy we were able to give him a better quality of life and keep him mobile. I am so very grateful for the additional time we were able to enjoy our boy Jack because of their great work. Thank you NCRFC!!
