PetSmart Northborough, Massachusetts

I love going to this PetSmart. They have great prices and deals. But you have to catch the deals when they have it. Also, I get everything I need for my pets. I have 2 guinea pigs, 3 parakeet, and fishes and shark all brought from PetSmart. I brought another Guinea pigs at Petco turned out to be a boy except a girl and leading us to have babies. They are separated now. Overall, I get everything I need at PetSmart vs Petco.

The staff is friendly. When I ask for help, I am always greeted with a smile and a sure let's see what you need......

Visited pet smart Northborough today for water test with my kids for our new aquarium(which we bought last week at the same place). we are suppose to add nitrate and leave it for few days before taking the water for testing. We didn’t, which is obviously not intentional because my son missed to add and I didn’t know that... we gave the water to the girl(definitely not college kid) in aquarium area for testing. When she asked whether nitrate is added, I Said that We did… And my son told that we didn’t..She is so rude and immediately said “don’t lie to me” and showing the attitude in front of other customers. I had to control my temper in front of kids. so I have asked for the manager, which she said nobody as such here.. To my luck, I am able to talk to the manager and explained the concerns. Manager was so nice and helpful and even felt sorry for what happened. Definitely not going to Northborough anymore..better I would prefer Hudson store..

Very good, the birds are a whole 10$ cheaper than petco and there almost newborns.

PetSmart has great i mean great quality everything they keep there animals in great conditions and nothing you buy there is ever broken, the employs are super nice and help full, the dog and cat toys are long lasting and durable, but i don't think the bird cages are a good size for even a parakeet!! a good bird cage is 6 foot tall 5 foot wide i recommend the flight cage from amazon that's not sold in store even thru it should.

I was have an appointment at 3pm they tells me in 2 hours she’ll be ready.!! They call 2 hours after to tell me she need 1 hour more to finish.! My dog is a tiny dog! I know they have more appointment to do it! But they need to be more responsibility.! So I feel bad with my pet.! I tells to the grooming that i need the my lil one! And look the picture in 2 hours they only did the bath and the most important things that i was pay for the whole service cause they donde bring the pet to me if o dont pay!!! Dont go to that place now I understand why my dog always feel nervous when she go to that place! In the past i was have in that store an excellent Man he did always excellently job but he is not there anymore!!

Petsmart is a place where I buy most of my dogs' supplies. The people are very nice, and they love my dogs when we come in. I like the dog toys and accessories that they have. Lots of food brands for dogs and cats. Check them out.

If you don't know how to do it, don't do it, I'm very disappointed with the grooming you made on my dog, ​​a Schnauzer, and on top of that she came home traumatized probably from the bath, she possibly got soap in her eyes because she was tearing up for hours after the grooming. I went to pick her up and she screeched in pain as if something was hurting her... ????????????

Reliable and good prices, plus the staff at the hospital are very nice

Great place. Always greeted and welcomed by staff when walking in. Throughout shopping I was asked by a few staff if I needed help. Checkout was easy and friendly.. cashier was nice striking conversation and thanked me for coming in. Always find a good sale on cat toys.

You will feel obligated to buy items for your pet even after extensive research on your own. Your pets will then be unhappy and so will you. Talk to real animal experts not college kids who want their pay at $15.00 because they upsold you BS . Management unhelpful and also do not take accountability for their lack of professionalism and knowledge of staff.

Please do not support PetSmart or any type of big pet place chain.

Unfortunately, the last year I have had very unprofessional experiences at the Northborough grooming salon. First a Christmas appointment was canceled at the last moment for my two dogs. Today, I arrived for my appointment on time to be told they called me three times to cancel. However, my phone only showed one call arriving 10 min before my appointment. I must have been in the store as they called my phone. It is hard to arrange pet appointments please be more considerate! I will never return.

Favorite place and specific PetSmart to get Franklin groomed. They are very knowledgeable (my pup has some sensitive skin and an abnormally sized claw), they've always provided excellent advice to help or maintain Frankie. It's refreshing not to be upselled on services we don't want or need, they actually recommend a slightly less expensive shampoo option because it was far more beneficial for Frankie's skin. Plus, what dog doesn't love a sweet bandana!

Unfortunately, had a very bad experience. I go to this store for my dog all the time. Today, went to get the fish. The girl was so rude and showed so much attitude.
