Dr. Ritzgers is amazing with cats. She really enjoys her profession, by evidence that she references new studies and new medical skills she is learning. Her staff are very friendly and my cats do very well (even if they still hate the car ride.) I highly recommend for those with feline friends.

Dr. Ricksgers and Anne came through for me when my new kitten was sick. Anne was kind and reassuring on the phone and Dr. Ricksgers made time to see her the day I called which is unheard of in covid times. It is such a relief to get care from a local vet as opposed to going to the emergency vet. I know they are extremely busy and overwhelmed and the fact that they made the time to see my kitten really speaks to how dedicated they are. Dr. Ricksgers is also an expert in cats and provides quality care, whether there's an issue or just a wellness visit. Thank you Cat Hospital!

I can't speak to the veterinary care they provide because I did not end up going. What I can speak to is how rude and disrespectful the staff were to me when I called to try and set up an appointment. I was constantly put on hold and spoken to as if I was trying to do something wrong. I did not fully understand the process and had questions but they treated me like I was a waste of time. I could never go to a place that doesn't have the time or professionalism to simply just answer questions.

They are all so friendly and kind. Also understanding and patient with me.

I have been extremely impressed with The Northampton Cat Hospital. This fall I adopted a kitten and have been bringing him here for all of his kitty needs including neutering. The doctors and staff are kind and caring toward my cat and they provide a detailed report card making the experience fun and painless. Very affordable and I highly reccomend.

Have two cats. One had an eye infection so I called here and they saw her same day. I was so impressed with their service and the outcome of the visit that I immediately scheduled my kitten to get her 2nd round of shots and spaying procedure. They did both and everything went as planned. They are very organized, reliable, understanding, and KIND. To any cat owners out there: I would highly recommend this place, more so than any vet I have ever been to.

Having a vet who specializes in one specific animal has been a boon, since it allows for more focused attention on our pets. Maureen always looks out for our cats, I recommend her to anyone looking for a cat vet

Love this place, Dr Riskers is extremely thorough and LOVES cats! ♥️ I've been in the valley 30 yrs and had some awful vets but she is the best I've ever found! Also her office is really friendly & cheerful too!

We had to wait quite a while in the parking lot for the cat to be seen and wait again after they took her in but it seems to be the deal with most vets in Covid times. This was a young feral cat and I think the advice and charges were reasonable.

Dr. Ricksgers and the entire staff have been so helpful in getting my cat set up on an appropriate treatment for his recent diagnosis of diabetes. I can’t recommend them enough! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable! 5 stars!

I’ve had cats for decades and never have come across a vet as helpful and knowledgeable as Dr. Ricksgers. She genuinely cares about each patient and really goes above and beyond. A true gem!

You guys did a bunch of stuff I didn't want and charged me for it. You gave me medicine that you knew wouldn't work and it didn't you vaccinated a poor kitty while she was sick and charged me for it. In all of my vet school I've never heard of such. I will never use you and I'll tell everyone to do the same.

We moved to the area a few years ago, and our kitty transitioned from being an indoor city cat to a romp-through-the-yard country cat. We had to find a nice vet when she picked up a parasite (she's a good mouser/chipmunker, what can I say?), and heard nothing but great things about the Cat Hospital. They were all right. Absolutely the best vet experience I've ever had, and I've had pets my whole life. We walked in, Bear, the big black cat, came out and greeted Lula (who was not quite sure what to think of such a big friendly other animal). The staff was absolutely lovely, and Dr Whiskers is by far the most gentle, wonderful person. Explained everything very thoroughly, and was so kind with my little buddy. I'm SO happy we found these folks. I recommend them to anyone with a furry feline friend!

So far I have learned alot about both of my kitties in a very short time. I really wish I had found Dr. Ritsgers alot sooner. Thank you!

I cannot believe how lucky I got! I moved here from the West Coast just as my cat was being diagnosed with a chronic illness. The treatment is intense and I wasn’t hopeful about the prognosis. Dr Ricksgers is amazing. My cat’s one of those guys who gets super freaked out at the vet and is usually sedated. Dr Ricksgers has all these tricks up her sleeve for scared kitties. He had the whole exam without sedation and with no cratches or bites. She taught me how to treat his condition and has been really encouraging. The office’s hours are convenient and the cost is wicked reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about my all-time favorite vet.

I finally found a vet I can trust! Dr. Ricksgers is very honest and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary procedures. My poor kitty broke her teeth, and another vet tried to push me to do a dental surgery for $1400. So glad I got a second opinion from Dr. Ricksgers. My cat's teeth will heal without an expensive invasive surgery. Also, my cat is very anxious during vet visits, and she did so well at the Cat Hospital! They love cats there and know all the tricks to help kitties relax.

It's so hard to find a good Veterinarian these days so we feel very lucky to have found this place. We weren't there long and didn't leave broke! I'm looking forward to bringing my other Furbabies soon!

Our family refers to the doctor as Dr Wishers because her actual name sounds similar. She is a cat wisperer. The Cat Hospital is the absolute best place for kitties. Wouldn't go any place else
