I had my initial consultation on September 22nd and it went very well. I was told I’d be contacted once a plan was made for my 10 year old dog. I have repeatedly contacted them for over 2 months to get things set up. Today, November 29th, there was yet another excuse and I was informed they couldn’t take my dog on. I feel like I have been misled every step of the way. I could have already established a relationship elsewhere if I had known but I continued to wait for Sarah’s service because she came so highly recommended from my doggy daycare provider. Two months and one week of being strung along. I find this an extremely unprofessional way to run a business. ***In light of the response to this review, I am happy to share the emails. Rather than call two other businesses, one in Greenfield, I would have preferred your honesty from the beginning. Instead you repeatedly led me on that you were meeting about the best plan for my dog and would be in touch. You even messaged me from your car the day before Thanksgiving : “Hi this is Sarah schatz. We are scheduled to talk at 3:30 but I’m stuck in crazy Thanksgiving traffic. Can we talk this weekend for Monday?” I texted when I didn’t hear back and within 5 minutes received an email saying you could no longer help me. Talk this weekend for Monday sounds like a plan to start to me. I understand staff shortages but you handled this poorly from the beginning. A phone call not an email and owning it would have gone a long way.

Treats our pets like they where her own. It puts our minds at ease that our dogs are taken care of while we are at work. The pictures they send puts a smile on your face.

My beagle has gone from an overweight couch potato reluctant exerciser to a happy camper since joining Sarah's daily hikes. Look at those ears fly! Her leaders have done a phenomenal job easing her anxiety! Highly recommended!!! Kudos to Ryan and Evan.

Truly outstanding. Every interaction I've had with Sarah's Pet Services has been wonderful. My dog loves his regular off and on leash walks with Ryan and Ysabel. All the staff we have worked with have been incredibly professional, patient (important with a young lab) and very knowledgable. Not only does my dog get some exercise and socialization while i work, he also works on his on and off leash skills and manners.

We are somewhat new to Sarah's Pet Services but have been so happy and impressed! Our dog, June, is a little nervous with new people/situations but loves to run and play. We needed another option for getting her out while at work, so thought we would give it a try. Ryan and Sarah have been so patient and flexible in working with June to make her feel comfortable. I am mostly amazed by their expertise- they clearly know what they are doing in terms of animal behavior; they provide excellent feedback on June's progression each week and really care about meeting June's needs. I am so glad we called!

Sarah's Pet Services makes our dog soooo happy!! They take such great care of the dogs and are so attentive to their preferences. They are very thoughtful about pairing dogs together in groups and pairing dogs with walkers. Their picture updates are so lovely. We would strongly recommend their services!

My labradoodle has been walked by Sarah's Pet Services ever since 2014 and I cannot speak highly enough of her walkers and their care of my dog. We have had a variety of walkers over the years for everything from hour long hikes, quick walks around the neighborhood, and overnight pet-sitting services. They are always professional, reliable, and incredibly caring towards my dog. I love seeing photos on the pet portal and getting notes when I return home from work to hear how his day was. I would be lost without their help, and cannot recommend SPS highly enough!

Our dogs have been getting walks from Sarah and her team of exceptional walkers for over 4 years. They are reliable and my dogs are absolutely nuts about the walkers, even our youngest pup who is fearful of people loves her dog walker. Sometimes our older dog has paw issues and has to wear a boot, the walker puts her on a leash and she is able to enjoy the out doors. I highly recommend this team! Life would be sad without them!

My dog loves Sarah’s Pet Services! He looks forward to his hikes and he enjoys all the walkers. We have used a variety of services- from short walks, to hikes, to overnight care. We have been pleased with all the services. I can’t rate Sarah’s Pet Service high enough - we have even had to make some last minute changes at times and they have been flexible - you really can’t ask for more!
