Animal Associates are wonderful ♡ they were very nice and helped us get our rescued kitties Spade and Neutered when we couldn't get an appointment with our regular vet ♡ thank you

I recently adopted a dog from a family member and this is where they used to take him. The staff was phenomenal and so friendly. Definitely affordable and they really care about their jobs and your furry kids.

It was a very difficult time for us as we had to say good bye to our dog of 19 years .They were phenominal in comforting us and explaining entire procedure they were all kind and compassionate I would reccomend them to anyone.

Very rude and attempted to demean a customer in front of the entire waiting room. The person who came to get a dog from its owner was EXTREMELY RUDE when the owner expressed that he thought the rule of “you cannot go in with your pet” was “ridiculous” (the owner was not loud or intimidating in any way) her response was “ if you don’t like it you can always go somewhere else!! UNPROFESSIONAL IMO!! She took the dog only to re-emerge with the veterinarian to reiterate what the girl had already said UNNECESSARY IMO. They repeated the sentiment of IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! That behavior was UNCALLED FOR. Where is your professionalism? Bad business practices for sure!!

I NEVER post negative reviews of anything, regardless of how terrible the service was. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was told the cost of the service was a certain price and they tried charging me $100 extra saying he was a heavier weight than he was. I brought him to the vet 2 days ago and he was several pounds lighter, so i asked if the doctor could reweigh him. After the doctor lectured me in a very demeaning tone (in front of other customers), he finally agreed to weigh him again. I saw for my own eyes that he indeed did not weigh as much as they were saying, so it should have been $100 cheaper. I know it is a low cost clinic, but i literally did not have the extra money. He said well you are gonna pay that no matter what, even after just being proved wrong. The receptionist proceeded to say that they typically let you pay the balance another time but since i “confronted” him, he wasn’t going to do that for me. They then held us hostage and said it was a waiting game and he would tell her when i could go, even though he was ready an hour before. I had to get someone to front me the difference to pay for it because he was being greedy and wanted to mane some extra money. Everyone here was extremely rude and demeaning. DO NOT GO HERE! They are awful.

I've been bringing my kitties there for years and I am 100% satisfied. The Vet and everyone else I've associated with were helpful, friendly and professional...

The staff are caring,knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The doctor has a special way animals that is calming. If I concerned about an issue my cats may have he takes the time to explain everything leaving me feeling satisfied and reassued when I leave there.

Girl that works the front desk is always rude. Appointments are always behind. They need more help there

I found Animal Associate's to be very reasonable in there prices. The Vet is awesome in my opinion. Staff is very pleasant. As they also work with Animal Advocates who help pay some of the cost to spay and neuter your pet cats and dogs for you at a discounted price for those with low income owners that qualify for it.

Everyone was friendly and professional, took great care of my Shih Tzu.

We just got a puppy and needed to get him shots and have a check up. Staff are great. Information is clear when you have questions, and prices are awesome. I was scared I would go broke giving my puppy medical attention, but this place is budget conscience and aren't pushy. I was in and out too, so the whole experience has been terrific!

Great prices! Carrying, compassionate and professional staff. I highly recommend this place. I brought in my two cats to get their shots and to get spayed. They healed fast with no problems. I have had many cats over the years and have always gone here. I've never had even a single problem with care or staff. Love this place!

Animal associates was amazing to me and my new kitten, Zoey. They were quick, efficient, and explained things thoroughly answering all my questions.

My girlfriends kitten went here to be spayed. The prices were very reasonable and the scar from the procedure is nearly invisible. The vet did a fantastic job in my opinion
