for the 1st time I found a clerk who could help me figure out a water fountain I wanted to buy, It took her about 10 mins to figure it out but she did and patiently taught me how to do it.

They gave me back my dog with a bad smell, his nails were uncut and it was as if someone who was learning cut his hair, they charged me for services that they did not give me and not only that I can not even go to another place to fix what they did because the only solution is to shave it and we are in winter ... the worst place in the world

I like bringing my Sadie in the store, large spaces are best to keep Sadie from feeling nervous. Also, I liked the personal checkout experience. I hope you will not go to self Checkouts.

I actually stopped shopping at this location maybe 2yrs ago?? Because the store manager was incredibly rude. Employees were amazing but the store manager at that time was rude to me and her staff. When covid hit and we got a puppy last year there were no vets I could get in for vaccinations. Thank God for the vetco clinic. Going this Tuesday for this years routine vaccines but decided to stop in yesterday to walk around and have her feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about ALL the employees. Friendly, knowledgeable, and considerably helpful.

Petco is close and convenient. Prices online on sale items are great and ordering for pick up couldn't be any easier. Employees are extremely nice and helpful.

Good for supplies but not a place I’d ever take an animal. I witnessed this as I stood in line today at noon: an employee noticed a small box tied up with twine and marked “live animal” on a closed checkout counter. She asked out loud to nobody in particular if there was really an animal in the box, then opened the box and saw an animal. (I don’t know if it was alive.) Then, in a louder voice, but still to nobody in particular, asked if the animal was “relinquished” this morning. A clerk two counters over muttered, “Yeah, …I put it there and completely forgot about it.” JFC, this is supposed to be a place where the employees *care* about animals.

They did a terrific job on my dog's nails which state prior Salon did an awful job and left them like razor blades
