As with everywhere else, some items are thinly stocked right now.

I enjoy the experience of shopping there as well as the people working at the store who are very friendly and helpful.

The grooming services at this location are great, Jamie is particularly good with our nervous dog, who doesn’t like getting his nails cut.

Went to buy a litter box and they only had 1. Every other litter box was either missing the lid or the lid was there and there was no bottom. Left with nothing because I wasn't paying 50 dollars for something I can buy on Amazon for 30 to 35 dollars. Very disappointing. This is the 2nd time I went and left with nothing. Last time it was because they had only 1 brand of kitten food at an astronomical price. ????

Has everything you need. Customer service could use a bit of a soul. Everytime I come here half the employees look like they don't want to be there. I understand that not everyone like there job, but I don't want to feel like I'm annoying you for asking you a question. Besides that grooming Customer service is great, and everything I need for my cat and dog is here.

This is one of the teeny-tiny locations. That being said the store is packed full of products and often has stock of general items. Often short staffed, for over a year now but even still they manage to find friendly and kind employees who always seem to love animals as much as you'd want them to.

The young lady at the north andover Petco is amazing she went above and beyond not only for me but numerous customers, honesty she should be a supervisor she is very helpful and an amazing young lady I went yesterday I hope Petco reads this and should give her some sort of incentive and she should be a supervisor amazing costumer service that's why I gave it a 5 star if there were 10 stars I'd give it just because of this young lady, thank you so much for all your help blessings and if they don't promote you shame on Petco management!

Found what I needed quickly Store has top brands Staff friendly and helpful

If I could show you the of the hamsters In the video I took.. it was absolutely disgusting. And blatant neglect by employees and not enough staff to notice two GROWN FEMALE hamsters living together fighting. Employee tells me “they’re playing” absolutely despicable.

I don't like the way the employees and management deal with people with special needs, I've witnessed interactions that are completely unprofessional. I work with individuals who need additional help in living skills. They clearly don't have the patience for people who are slower mentally and need to get it together. I come into this location quite often this was a month or so back but forgot to mention it. Please treat all people with respect thanks Petco.

Great place. Salt water section is by far the best! Extremely Learned and full of great advice. Got an emerald crab and some hermit crabs. Very Helpful!

There a great pet store

I bought a female and male Betta with the split tank. LOVE IT ; Makes my Security Cameras Business look amazing with those fishes :)

I like petco always have my dogs treats and dog food.

Mike the manager is good
