This location is Well staffed and had a very good and resourceful shopping there for my hamster and gunnies pig

PetSmart is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They always greet you when you walk in. Store lay out Is easy to navigate, especially with the dog on hand. I also like the parking lot having cover especially when it rains as it keeps me and dog dry.

The cashier this evening (8/24) was so kind! I think her name was Karen, and she was great. With all the stuff going on, to have staff like her is a real bonus and this store has earned my business over the online competition.

My dog goes to the grooming salon at this Petsmart location. She is loved and treated well, most importantly comes out shiny and happy. She looks forward to her appointments!

Grooming was extremely rude about my parents dog. They proceeded to make comments about our dog as soon as we picked her up. They gave us dirty looks and we’re off putting. We’ve been going there for years but after the way they made us feel we will be going else where. the manager who spoke to me over the phone was very kind and agreed the way they behaved was unacceptable. Total lack of customer service and human decency.

Arrived just at 8:45p (15 min prior to closing). Met 2 employees (2 gentlemen ). Guy at front was very nice and smiled. Passed second gentlemen in back who said hello. Then when I needed help finding a dog food for my puppy, he was helpful. Super happy with service compared to Petco down the road.

So friendly and helpful! I didn't get his name but the night manager (?) spent so much time helping me find something to help keep my cat from scratching an injured eye. Hard to find the store thanks to town rules but store itself was clean and safe. Pleasure to shop there!

I will strongly recommend not to bring your pets to this PetSmart because they do not do good job . The service is very expensive and people is rude . I brought my pet to them and they overcharge me and they didn’t treat me with with respect and courtesy. It looks like a lot of people unprofessional. I have very bad experience with them .

So the main entrance is under the parking lot so it was confusing at 1st and hard to find. But once i found it. It was obvious ????. Other than that nothing notable. It was nice and clean which is appreciated these days

Anytime I need pet tags, I order from PetSmart. Best pet tags and they don’t jingle when my dogs move around. The tags are high quality, easy to read and stay on their collars.

I purchased several cases of canned cat food from the PetSmart on Needham Street in Newton. I placed, and paid for, the order on the PetSmart website, and I picked it up, curbside. The employee who brought my order to the curbside and put it in my trunk was extremely efficient and careful. I greatly appreciate the excellent service she offered while working under difficult conditions.
