Excellent helpful vet techs! They were wonderful with my *very* nervous rabbit Otto, and I will be going back when she needs her next check up.

I Took My Cat In Because of Constant Diarrhea & She Waz Dehydrated, & Needed Staples. They Gave Her Nothing To Put Fluids Back Into Her, They Stapled Her W/ Out Anesthesia, & Never Took Blood Work To Find Out The Problem. The Excuse Was My Cat Hissed . They Could Have Restrained Her By Wrapping A Towl Or Something ,So She Wouldn't Claw Or Had Me In The Room Where I Could Keep Her Calm. They Sent Me Home W/4 Medications, One Which Made Her Very Sick, She Began Vomitting. This Was Tuesday, By Thursday, I Called The Office To Inform Them Of Her Vomitting, I Was Told The Dr. Would Call Me Back. I Stopped Using The Meds In Her Food, By Saturday She Was Sooo Weak, & She Was Having Problems Being Stable While Standing, Sunday They Were Closed & My Cat Was Shreuking In Pain & Could Not Walk @ All, She Didn't Take No Food or Water For Those Days. She Passed Away Sunday Night. Still, I Never Got A Call Back ...EVER !!!

HIGHLY *DO NOT RECOMMEND* I took my cat here a few months ago and said “I’m 100% positive she has ear mites, can you check her over”(mind you she had all symptoms of bad ear mites), they explained to me she just has an ear infection. I took her to a different vet today and they said “her ear mites are super bad she’s super close to having brain damage”. I’m sorry, but if you don’t know how to do your job, you shouldn’t work as a vet and put animals lives in danger.

I was really upset about the condition of my cat , Dr. Qureshi and his assistant were extremely patient with me and Dr. Qureshi was very thorough and knowledgable with my pet . He actually took the time to explain to me what was happening to her(my cat) . To Dr. Qureshi and staff thank you very much !

Omg, this vet... What in the ghetto?!?! Just STAY AWAY. This place looks like a cover for some other shady/illegal business. When I arrived for appointment at 2pm, I was told "the vet isn't here yet" and I had to wait outside. The vet arrived 20 min later. There was no ac, and no exam lights in the exam room. The vet "examined" my dog from the other side of the room, never put on surgical gloves, never looked up close at the sore on my dog's face. He had no idea what it was. I was like, you're sure it's not skin cancer? Shouldn't you take a swab and send it to a lab? Is it ring worm? He said, "we'll just start with a fungal cream" Oh, fungal cream, ok, so you think it looks like ringworm? "I don't know." Alright... Well, how do I keep him from just licking off the medicine? "You can't." Do I need a cone or anything? "Oh, yeah, sure you can have a cone." Worst vet experience I've ever had. Wow.

The prices get higher as the product gets smaller.

Affordable. Been going for years, had previous owner experience and now with new owner am still impressed with service. Have helped keep all my animals healthy. When fur baby sick and diagnosed with aggressive form of cancer helped me find best case scenario and let me know what to expect. I don't bring my fur babies anywhere else.

Made an appointment ..... showed up 30 minutes early..... they never showed up. Claimed they called me to tell me the Dr left early..... I never received a phone call or anything.

My family and I had a terrible experience with this place. My dog has been coming here for a year now. We brought him here 3 times last month expressing our concerns with our baby. The last time we brought him the vet didn't even physically touch the dog even though we were concerned that his lymph-nodes were swollen. We recently brought him to a new vet, and within 20 minutes of being there we found out that my dog has cancer. Oh, and let me add that all the problems he had within the last year are symptoms of this cancer. The lady on the phone was also very rude when my mom called to tell them that we will no longer be bringing our dog there!!!

If you in any way value your pet's health, stay clear of these incompetent, upselling quacks. After spending hundreds of dollars with this (so called) DVM. Zeshan Qureshi, it became clear that he has no clue regarding any aspect of veterinary medicine. He misdiagnosed my cat, gave him medications that were inappropriate, and when called on the misdiagnosis, stated, "Sorry, it is very confusing." I will be reporting this dangerous charlatan to the Veterinary Licensee Board when they open on Monday; please believe me, go anywhere else.

The value of services are priced fairly and they are responsive to answering question. This is also one of very few who will handle large parrots.

The worst experience ever with our pet. I had to have my cat put down due to kidney failure. Was promised her ashes. Just got a call and she was cremated with other animals and her ashes were sent to a pet cemetery. Unacceptable. When I was told of her condition prior to cremation, no condolences were offered by Veterinarian. Did not receive sympathy card either and was told that was their policy. I am livid and shocked at the unprofessionalism if TLC Animal Hospital New Bedford. Our cat was the sweetest, kindest soul ever and we did not deserve this. There is no excuse. We wanted her ashes. Please do not bring your pet here.

I picked them because they're 2 minutes from my house so it's convenient. But I very much like them, too! Very compassionate I find the prices reasonable and the staff is friendly!!

Was screamed at by a psychotic woman while social distancing and wearing a mask when I walked in the business, never been treated like that in my life, 3 family members will now go to other vets

Great prices and customer service! This is no longer the old TLC. Nobody who used to work there does anymore. The new company that took it over is amazing!

They killed my cat. My pet had no problems before the medication they gave her.

I don’t know how this place is still operating- they are very disorganized. I remember a few years back a woman at the front counter who was always loopy and it was bad back then but even now when they are supposed to be a “new hospital” they are still horrible. Switching vets immediately after last experience. Horrific!!

They did a great job helping me with pepper's ear infection. They gave her a steroid injection, ear wash, ear drops, probiotic, and antibiotics all for the fair price of $210. They also allowed me to have my friend bring her there and sign me in for the very 1st time, and then talked to me on the phone about her condition. All my friend had to do was fill out the paperwork. They got my Pepper out of the car, brought her in, cared for her, brought her back out, and I paid the bill over the phone. It was the easiest least stressful vet appointment I've ever had. Very pleased with their service ????
