Went here looking for Calcium Drops for my Bearded dragon. They did not have the dropper, nor did they have much in the way of Lizard Care/Decorating. Staff we're pleasant and helpful!

Staff was very helpful with the dog food I was specifically looking for that day and they guided me , gave me a brand new bag out of fresh shipping and very polite too . The member engaged very well and listened. They are always helpful at Petco

Rhonda the dog trainer was very helpful and very knowledgeable about every subject. She answered all the questions that we had. She was very polite and nice. It was a great experience I really recommend going to petco and seeing her. Also the cashier was the best I have ever seen. I wish I could have gotten his name too.

They need to stock 9Lives or Friskie cat foods, it only stocks high end brands.

Worst dog haircut ever. Left him looking like a stray dog. Don’t go here ever for dog grooming the staff is inexperienced and doesn’t know what to do.

Best Petco fish selection, but their pH is very high for their freshwater section-it's 8.0.

WoW Petco, unbelievable... I’m leaving this review in behalf of my cousin that called me crying cause she left Arlo her German Shepherd for grooming and he comes back with a big flaw in his fur, since we both mentioned already to not touch his fur and if any knots for them to cut and not shave her dog and also look at this cut on his neck... WHAT YOU GUYS DID TO ARLO WAS NOT NICE and we are not leaving this like nothing happened petco. Getting there they charged her and didn’t notify her of anything and as she’s walking to go pay she realizes what their groomers did to Arlo.

All though I'm putting a 5 in need to share my experience, So I went to the grooming there and I ended up having to pay 125 dollors just for them to cut my puppies hair I was not happy about it but I will still continue to go back there.

I went to Petco looking g to buy my 3.5 year old his first pet, a fish. We needed the whole setup, from tank, rocks, greenery, food, fish etc. The gentleman that assisted us was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the betta fish and care instructions. You got gem working for you! Please praise him and acknowledge him accordingly. He did fantastic job in assisting us!

The staff is really friendly, but the recent update to their POS system takes them back into the stone age. You have to manually key in your own gift cards, and price matching is done one item at a time. If petco.com has a better price and you're buying say 60 cans. Plan on being there an extra hour.

I went to Petco Natick a few days ago because my puppy had fleas. I was so overwhelmed by the situation, having never dealt with fleas before, but Hallie expertly helped me figure out which products would best solve the issue. She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I was so grateful for her assistance!

tried calling the store multiple times maybe they'll see this but their crested geckos are consistently dehydrated. about the third time ive seen this. eyes sunken in. can fix by getting the proper bowl that goes on the upper wall of the tank or by misting heavily a couple times a day. these are things that the “trained professionals of vet care” should know.

I’ve ordered Petco for multiple pups through multiple moves and have been using their tags for over a decade. They look great, never come off (I get the ones that slide onto the collar), they never fade or become illegible and they don’t jingle. Each time I’ve ordered them, they’ve arrived promptly! They’re also priced very well! I have nothing but praise for Petco & would recommend them to all pet lovers!
