Very good customer service I have to say, but the only thing I’m disappointed in is I tried to return a cage that wasn’t working out for my new little critters. I have the receipt, I cleaned the cage, the only thing I didn’t have was the box as it got ruined. They said I was unable to return it. Still other than that. The people were friendly.

Great pet store and place to adopt well cared for and loved cats. Huge area of supplies for animals. Get to know this place and you will go nowhere else.

DANGER DANGER DANGER! You will not be able to come here without spending money on your favorite little loved one! Although my complex does not allow cats or dogs, I do have a bearded Dragon and a sizable fish tank. This place has it all! Their Beta's are absolutely stunning. Their habitats show that they care for the animals, not looking just for quick sales. Each animal has more than plenty to thrive waiting for their forever home. The place is a lot larger than one thinks, including a small pet section with mice and gerbils and Guinea pigs. Separate is a bird section with a beautiful McCaw. An area suited for aquatic life, kin to being in an aquarium, then finally, KITTY CITY! The cats are well cared for and adoption prices are fair. There is a live webcam on their website that shows the cats playing in the city. LARGE selection of both medications, care products, food, treats, and basically everything else. Staff is helpful and not overbearing.

Nice location, but the prices are a little outrageous. They do have a wide selection of reptile supplies which is the only reason I go in. But the prices are better in other places. The inside is nice and big and the staff is very friendly.

Amazing store with a ton of variety. We travel here from Dorchester for their treat and food selection and their raw dog food as well. The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating. Yesterday we bought a pair of sugar gliders and the employee who helped us was extremely knowledgeable on the care of these critters and helped us pick everything out. We already love our new pets and are so happy we got them from such a great store!

This place has everything you could think of for your pet, it is organized and clean, and the staff is really nice and helpful. Kitty City rents space there, and we adopted our boy, who we renamed Finn, from Debra. Debra is lovely, and these little guys are loved and cared for very well. Finn made himself at home almost instantly, and was fast asleep at the end of our bed that very night. If you need your own furry foot warmer, I suggest checking out some of these beautiful cats and kittens. Debra is there several days a week, and we were able to bring Finn home the very first day we met him. Then go shopping... Like I said, they have Everything!

I just had a very poor experience speaking to Debra Alton- in charge of the cats that get adopted here. My 20 year old cat, last left in the family passed away about a month ago. I'm search for new friends for my family so I came here to look at kittens and encountered Debra Alton. After attempting to inquire about kittens, she insisted/borderline demanded that my disabled mother and grandmother be present. When I informed her that they would not be able to accommodate her request because of accessibility concerns, her whole demeanor changed and she told me that "She was an expert and would not give me kittens", implying that kittens are way out of my capabilities to provide for....hello I'm almost 30 and my family has had cats our whole life, I take great care of our pets and I was standing right in front of her. Sounds pretty discriminant against handicapped individuals right? I told her that to her face. She said she wasn't, but she did not become like this until she learned my mother and grandmother don't go up and down staircases well.......end of conversation for me........think about it. Take your business elsewhere like me. I look forward to a friendly experience somewhere else.

They have items for my birds that I can't purchase at the national chain stores in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I came here to purchase a budgie. I have had bungees in the past and know how to take care of them. The lady was very rude and hostile, asking me a lot of questions about my experience. That was fine, until she went on a 20 minute quiz asking me about everything I know. After around 20 minutes she brought out a form for me to sign and smugly said you’re over 21 right? I am 18 and had to leave after over 30 minutes of proving myself to this woman. Everyone there is very hostile and awkward. I went to Petsmart right after, and they sold me a budgie. Definitely not going here again.

Love taking my dog here to get treats! Pet World has a huge selection of natural freeze dried and dehydrated dog treats. My dog loves coming here to pick up new treats and the staff is always helpful.

They were the only shop to have what I wanted (I drove from NH), and the selection was great. Pricing was fair; however, on the phone/ in person they really don't have the strongest people skills and would have lost the sale if I was in any mood other than "absolutely want the product and don't care about anything else." I WOULD NOT want to have to resolve any issue with them though as I would assume you'd have to go legal for a gold fish return.

I love this store! I am a dog owner. They have a wide selection of raw food and natural products offering what the big chain stores don't. Products that are made in the US. Totally worth a visit.

We love this place. The dog gets to pick her treat for the visit every time we go to get more pet food. We also adopted out cat from here and it was a lovely experience.

I called this morning about a cat we saw and were interested in. The lady from Kitty City came on the phone rude from the get go. When I told her I was looking for information about the cat we saw in the window the night before she defensly asked what do you want to know? Then wouldn’t give any detail unless I asked a question. Basically I felt like she was trying to discourage our interest. Telling me the cat wasn’t friendly, didn’t get a long with other cats. She was so unhelpful and rude. I feel sorry for anyone wanting to adopt a cat from her.

Stuff is not friendly. They have a lot of animals but "not ready for sale".
