Pet Supplies Plus - Natick Natick, Massachusetts

I’ve always been pretty loyal to online shopping for pet supplies but after a last minute dog food shortage emergency we found ourselves at pet supplies plus. The employees were super friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the loyalty program is great! If you follow them on Facebook they have specials every weekend. The curbside pickup was so easy and convenient and they could not be nicer. We will definitely be back!

Zoe is a wonderful groomer. Will be back with my golden doodle!

Prices are amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful. Awesome array of products for just about anything anyone would need for their pets. It's not cramped and it's not a warehouse. Perfect size and easily accessible.

Good selection, very helpful staff, they always have everything I need. I'm probably going to stop going here though because they have betta fish that look really sad and unhealthy. I really appreciate that they have what I need and are close to home, but I wish they didn't sell live animals (ferrets, betta fish, anoles, etc.).

I logged onto the website to order things for my cat. I could not find the search box to search for products. I wanted to do a curbside pick up. I think there might be something wrong with your website. Have other customers had this issue? Can not order anything.

I have been using Pet Supply Plus for my dog's food delivery for months now. The service is very prompt, delivered right to my door and even free samples were included. A very thoughtful touch that I appreciate.

My cat is very sick. The Manager and staff have been very helpful in getting me food that he can eat. They have gone above and beyond to help me care for my cat.

Worse store ever. A rookie company that doesn't know what they're doing with a policy that changes from costumer to costumer and depending on the manager. ???? . . I already spoke with 3 different managers, the only one that had a little common sense was a young gentleman called Daniel. With that being said this company is going to need 200 more years to achieve the meaning of good customer service .

Very disappointed with the customer service at their grooming department. Have been a customer for years but will never go back their again. Both women Maya and Patricia at the grooming salon are extremely rude and very disrespectful. No way I would leave my dog with them to get groomed. Hire some friendly people that are kind so customers feel safe leaving their pets with them.

This store never seems to have our dog food brand/flavor in stock. Even when their online inventory shows availability, the store is out. This is the last time I even bother. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I was a long time member of pet supplies plus in Madison, WI and just moved to Natick. I was so happy to see a pet supplies plus store nearby. I took my golden for a self wash on a Sunday morning to avoid letting others wait because I usually need extra time to wash and dry my dog. However, the self wash facilities were so disappointing!!! 1. The water was cold and turned warm very very slow. More frustrating is that every time I shut it down (just release my hand) and turned it on again, it needed a long time to get warm!!! 2. The leash was useless/too long, it cannot hold my dog at all. I had to use my own leash. I couldn’t understand how the leash should be used. (The person came after me couldn’t hold his dog either) 3. There are 3 wash stations, 2 of them are for large dogs, but 1 was under maintenance. Although I went there very early on Sunday morning, there was still people waiting. I felt pressure and washed my dog as quick as possible with the disappointing faculties. It was a really unpleasant experience. 4. Overall I feel the facilities are designed to make you feel that you cannot handle self service wash, send your dog to their groomer. The facilities make the self wash even more inconvenient.

Well I've never been there before so I wasn't really sure they'll layout and one of the employees took me for a tour today's society there's not much courtesy but at Pet Supply there is

No matter which Pet Supplies Plus I go to, it's always a pleasant experience and they have just what I need. I'm also a fan of the wide selection of items at this location (which is mostly because of its large size compared to the West Roxbury branch).

Stopped in with just a few minutes before closing to find that despite still having all their lights on, the natick location had already closed up for the night! I even attempted to reach the store via phone a few times with no such luck. Only positive was that even after standing outside and attempting to make contact for the sake of my hungry lizard at home, there was still time before close to check out the new dollar store next door soso instead of crickets I bought some candy corns instead.

I shopped in the one in Billerica and enjoyed the prices for quite a long time but moved and was glad they opened one here. I just wish they would bring chicken soup for the sole can dog food here. Billerica has it and my dog loved it

Needed crickets for my niece's gecko but they were out. Purchased them elsewhere.
