Picked up my dog and she had a mouth , ear and a worsened eye infection. $300 + vet bill and boarding “didn’t realize anything was wrong” and told me she was perfectly fine when I called multiple times. Very unprofessional, do not leave your animals here ! My dog came back traumatized. The medication for her eyes was not giving to her to the point that her eyes had visual discharge ( as stated on the medical papers). Her mouth was very visibly swollen. The front desk was notified TWICE. Obviously they have bad communication with their employees. Once on pick up, where the front desk told me themselves they did not put her eye cream on. The second time I went after the vet appointment and they told me they’re manager was not their but they would give the manager my number so they could call us. THEY NEVER DID. My dog is definitely traumatized who knows how long she had to suffer in pain there with her allergic reaction.

I have a high energy GSP and I’ve had a poor experience other places because of it. Needless to say I was a wreck to have her boarded for a week but the crew at BNB answered all of my fb messages, posted photos, and gave my Dena the time of her life. When I went to pick Dena up she didn’t even want to leave. She wanted to stay with Julie and continue her little vacation! It was the best reaction I could of hoped for. Thank you so much for keeping my pup happy!

Update to my post... Kelley called to let me know that this was a surprise to her and definitely not her intention. My dog was and is welcome. 'Chalking this up to a miscommunication somewhere, as everyone at B & B has always been great otherwise. Giving 5 stars because a business owner can't always know what every team member is doing, but a good business person would reach make a situation right. And that's what she did, so we'll be going back tomorrow. Was a day care customer here for 10+ years, even before the current owner. After retirement and the business reopening after covid closure in the spring, I was able to bring my dog for day care only once a week. This summer when we picked up our pup we were told not to come back anymore unless we can commit to at least 2 days a week.

I've been boarding my Akita there for years. Whether its an unexpected over night or as long as 10 days for family vacations. The staff is great and very welcoming, there is very little turnover so they remember my dog and give him all the "luvs" he likes. My dog is on the older side now and Bark N Bubbles sorts their dogs by size, activity level and temperament. Maverick is a big boy, but he's also old and a little arthritic, but they always put him in the right area of the yard to maximize his enjoyment. Some days he just wants to sit off to the side like a lion and watch. Others he forgets he's not a puppy and runs around (at a jog) with the other dogs. This most recent trip I was told he had a lot of fun playing with the small dogs and some of the other "old souls". Some boarders would just lump Maverick in with all the large aggressive breeds and call it a day, but my dog is more like Ferdinand the Bull and the staff knows it and places him appropriately. As far as grooming goes, whenever we board we get a grooming as well. They do an awesome job. Maverick sheds...a lot and he always looks like a new dog when we pick him up. They also give you a discount on your boarding by having your dog groomed...its a no brainer! Overall I think Bark N Bubbles is great! The only minor complaint I have is that we couldnt get a grooming on the weekend a month or so agobecause their weekend groomer is on Maternity leave, but honestly thats more a testament to their loyalty to their staff and quality control that they didnt just hire someone while she is on Mat leave.

Update: this review didn’t initially have any comments, I just gave a star rating but as you can see below, the owner responded to me—my dog doesn’t get boarded under my name and I am not confused. If you’re reading this and considering leaving your dog here, I would urge you to read the other one star reviews here that mention the same issue, selective isolation of dogs for no real reason. Same happened to mine and that’s why I’m upset. Nobody wants to see their dog scared and upset and then be dismissed. Also please note how the response from the owner is always the same—there is “no record” of their dogs. This place has a bad vibe. Trust your gut if you have a weird feeling about this place, I wish I had.

There's very few people I am comfortable leaving my almost 16 yr old little girl with. This is one of the them!????❣

I had tried a few other groomers before I discovered Bark N Bubbles. The groomers there know exactly the look I want for my dog. The owner and staff are friendly and professional. The facility is clean. And perhaps most importantly, the dogs seem happy! I definitely recommend Bark N Bubbles!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE EVER!!!!!! My family went in asking for a trim and we got him back completely shaved. Our dog does not even look recognizable anymore. They completely ruined his coat of hair. By far the worst experience ever. This place clearly does not know how to groom or take instructions after we showed them multiple pictures of how we wanted him to look. If I could rate this less than 1 star I most definitely would. This is by far the WORST place to ever go and get your dog “groomed”. So angry and disappointed with these people and what they did to our dog and they don’t care whatsoever.

Took my dogs in for a doggie day care eval. I was not comfortable even leaving them for the full 2 hr evaluation. Seemed unfamiliar with smaller dogs thus delicate throats that need to be harnessed or at least no leash attached around his throat. During the 1 hour that I left my dog there, the staff seemed to forget not to put a choke leash around my little ones neck. Hesitated when I said my dogs (beagle & small terrier) need to be kept together. Not clean. No safe area to load your dogs in and out of your car. Just not a good vibe at all!

I went to pick up my puppy and I saw my dog very sad all afternoon and she is a really happy girl, I asked the manager for details about how everything was and she just said “fine” she is a good girl (I didn't feel comfortable in that place) and my dog smelled a little strange (It was her first day in a daycare and I don't think it was a good experience for my dog)

An excellent place!! The staff is awesome and super friendly. I travel often for work so there have been times that my dog was boarded multiple times in a month and he does very well there. I highly recommend B&B.

My dog loves coming here! She plays with her friends and swims in the pool in the summer. Dogs are sorted into groups by size and temperment. Most of the staff are amazing, but there is one who is chronically grumpy and rude.

My husband dropped my dog off on Sunday morning 07/15, there was a little confusion regarding the reservation and I was grateful they were able to fit him in their facility for the days we needed. While on vacation, there were no updates or images and I did send an e-mail requesting one, we ultimately looked past it thinking they must have been busy and that everything was fine. After all, the pictures were a bonus. My husband went in to pick Jackson up on Thursday afternoon (I had to leave our vacation for 1 day to go into work and the plan was to drop Jackson back at Bark N Bubbles on Friday, we just really wanted him back with us for the 1 day we were back in town) When picking him up my husband observed a rather large cut on the side of his face at which point he asked the staff how this cut happened. When questioned, the two girls at the front replied they had never noticed the cut before and it must have "just happened." This was alarming, and I called later that night (hoping to receive a different response) but received the same statement, they had no idea how or when he injured himself and it must have again... "just happened" that day. The next morning the plan was to bring Jackson back to Bark N Bubbles and rejoin our family on vacation, however at 7am I woke up to a cough coming from Jackson that can only be described as either a frog or an antique car horn. It was alarming and like nothing I had ever heard before. I looked it up and all signs pointed to kennel cough, which Jackson had been vaccinated for. We cancelled the remainder of our trip and brought Jackson into the vet right away. The vet then confirmed Jackson did in fact contract Kennel Cough despite his vaccination and that there was no way the gash on his face "just happened" they advised it was at least three days old. So not only did I not receive any communication in regards to the kennel cough going around the facility, but also did not receive any information regarding the injury to my dog. Did they just not look at him the entire time? My usually happy, healthy, energetic dog now looked sick and sad. I called Bark N Bubbles yet again to tell them Jackson had Kennel Cough.. and instead of being answered with empathy or concern for the other dogs in their care they simply said "OK". I understand they don't require the Bortadella vaccination at Bark N Bubbles, but shouldn't they be concerned for the health of their other dogs? I feel all owners should be informed if a virus is going around their boarding facility. I was understandably very upset, and I sent an e-mail similar to the review I am writing now. Today I spoke with the owner, who was defensive instead of apologetic. She said the girls who worked for her told her Jackson arrived there with the gash on his face! When I told her that was untrue, she stated she "believes her employees" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, especially when they told us when questioned it "just happened that day" Also, why would my husband ask them about the cut or why would I call that night if it was pre existing?! The owner did not believe the information I had relayed her from the vet and requested the vet's contact information - which I happily provided. Who would lie about this? The owner also advised my dog was secluded for the majority of his stay there because they had a note he was aggressive with male dogs. Something I had never heard before! Why was I not told this?! When my husband picked him up and questioned how he behaved, the staff just replied with "good". He is there with the expectation of him socializing with other dogs and if he was acting aggressively I absolutely understand the need to separate him - but I also feel like communication is required It's extremely hard to trust anyone to care for your pet, who to us is a member of our family. I don't know what has happened to Bark N Bubbles but it is clear their quality of care has drastically declined and I will never bring our dog back or recommend them as an option for boarding or day care ever again.

We board our lab/collie mix here when we go on vacation and every time we pull into the driveway he pulls me into the office and all but jumps over the desk to get inside! The employees are so nice and professional. The facility is great. It's local and affordable. A great place!

To follow up on my wife's review for Jackson (black lab), I would not recommend Bark N Bubbles if you value the assurance that your dog is being cared for and reasonable communication if something bad happens to your dog. Worst of all, we trusted B&B and we're sold on the fact when choosing this kennel that our dog would have a fun time and most importantly not be neglected. Sadly we later found out our dog was deliberately isolated and alone for 4 days straight days. B&B later told us this well after we picked him up and only during our back and forth phone conversations regardy why our dog had a gash on his face and was sick with kennel cough of which they never bother to tell us during his stay or when I picked him up. I’m scared to think of any other negative experiences my dog may had to endure if B&B couldn't identify or be bothered to notice a gash on my dogs face within 4 days of his stay or have the decency to tell me about it considering thats what I'm paying for. Full details can be seen in my wife's yelp review of my back lab Jackson. Ultimately my hope is people read this and avoid the terrible experience our dog had to suffer and that B&B realizes they need to clean up how they run things and start properly communicate with there customers when needed.

We bring both of our dogs here, and Kelly and her staff are top notch. You can tell that each and every employee truly love the dogs. It's been great for both our senior, low key dog, and our super crazy puppy. Highly unreservedly recommend. :)

Picked up our pup yesterday from a week long stay. She was well cared-for and happy while we were away. - & we knew because we were getting daily reports and pictures through their Facebook posts! Can't say enough about the level of service Kelly and her top notch staff provide. Most notably, Kelly saw that my 9 year old daughter was very uneasy about the idea of boarding our dog. She was very compassionate and I am grateful for her kindness towards my little girl. Pets and owners get the same exceptional level of service: the dogs are never left unattended as there is a staff member who's sole responsibility it is to monitor the dogs at all times. Someone is on site 24/7. All the staff I encountered were respectful, enthusiastic, caring and very obviously dog lovers, This was the first time boarding our dog anywhere - I was incredibly impressed and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bark N Bubbles offers quality care for your dog and I wouldn't hesitate sending my dog there again or recommending to friends.
