super friendly and knowledgeable. bought aquarium fishs and supplies. Nice variety and well maintained. Fishs are healthy, you don't see dead fishes floating around like in other big pet market chains. I love to go there!

My 1st visit I found it to be well stocked and fair prices. Along with helpful, laidback but knowledgeable staff made it the best pet supplier in the area for me.

I like mayo pet store, I bought 2 Bearded dragons but they past away due to a break in and they were dropped but I like mayo because there always friendly and helped me with my dragons when I had a question, I would like to work there if they would hire me, I would buy more animals from them, be t and this was SPARTACUS N PEGASUS,

Great local store, sadly fish are rare nowadays due to the pandemic but shop local!

A lot of good products that are not available at larger retailers. Animals looked well-cared for.

Special orders don’t upset them. If there distributor has it they will get it for you. I’ve been a customer since 2005. I still get my pet supplies from them even though I live far away. Definitely worth the ride. Terrific people too!

Pam was Great! Bought my autistic son a hermit crab for his 1st pet and she set us up! Special love! So his sister and him now have Mario and Princess Peach. Would recommend them they have a really elaborate selection of pet supplies for a variety of pets. Thank you! Will be using them as our regular pet store for now on!

I have been coming here for what feels like my whole life. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was there recently to buy some tropical fish and the guy there caught the exact fish I was after.. Highly skilled with the net!!! Id recommend coming here to support local business over the big box pet stores. It shows that they care and thats what truly matters. Bonus: they have cute hampsters that even have their birthdays noted :)

This is the only pet store you should go to!! My guinea pig ripped his toe and would not stop bleeding so I rushed him to Mayos and the staff was so accommodating. I told them what happened and they grabbed me a product and applied it to his toe before I even paid for anything. They care so much about the animals and their customers. Highly recommend to those looking to buy a pet, buy pet supplies or need pet advice! Thank you Mayos for making this stressful experience so much easier on Pepper and I!

This place has extremely nice quality pets and the needs for them *except for the rabbit cages that they sell but other than that this place is so amazing the person I talk to was so sweet and helpful and answered all the questions that we had when we got my mini lop yesterday there buns well socialized and cared for( you can look at the bunny I got from them @ Furrrrrrrrrrrrrsss on tick tock the flopped eared one :3)

Wonderful pet shop! So much crammed into the small space, but it's a little bit of the best of everything. The owner is very accommodating, offering to special order tropical fish not currently in stock. Definitely worth a look, especially if you're trying to "shop local."

I can't say enough about the owners! We have been dealing with Pam and she is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. You never feel rushed. She answered all our questions and made us feel much more comfortable as new pet owners!

Owners are fabulous! Helpful and sweet! Their fish are always healthy - we've never had a problem after purchase. Great little "mom & pop" kind of place!!
