Chase is a great place to bring your furry family members for vet care. They make it as stress free as possible for the pets since we can't go with them. All my fur babies love going here.

They are fantastic with my fur babies. My cats aren't anxious or stressed while they are being waited to be seen and when they finished with their visit. A+ service!!

When we were about to give the staff person Lisa our little dog Rusty he slipped out of his collar and was headed for the street, Lisa myself and my husband tried frantically to get him but he kept getting closer to the street, Lisa was able to miraculously redirect him back up the hill toward the building and my husband literally tackled him and was able to hold him while Lisa put the collar on him, thank God????????. Then she took him inside and what seemed like just a few minutes they drew labs, immunized him, checked him over, made an appointment for an upcoming dentistry appointment and brought him safely back to us. We could not have asked for more professional caring people taking care of our Rusty especially Lisa they are wonderful and I would definitely recommend them , I have used their services for 21 years now, they took care of my Rexxy for 16 years as well!

This is my first time here with my new puppy. Wish I could have gone inside but I had to stay in the car while they took my puppy in for the exam. Very nice and Dr. Phoned me to tell me results, etc.

Always good, hope we can go inside with our babies soon. That is the only drawback.

I was dismissed twice by Dr Capperella. If i didn't push for a lump on my dog to be tested, we wouldn't have found out he has cancer again! My dog has a HISTORY of mass cell tumors.. I was supposed to received a call Monday to schedule surgery...its Thursday now and needless to say, I found a new vet that cares more for my pets wellbeing rather than a paycheck. The male tech with glasses needs to work on his people skills. Wish I could type more but they have a limit on Google reviews unfortunately. Don't go here, or atleast, don't use Dr Capperella as she makes it known you're putting her behind in her day and was just plain rude.

These guys are awesome! We had an emergency with my cat, they saw him right away, they are very nice and their care was top notch! Dusty is much better! The cat had to stay two nights, originally only one night was thought necessary, the bill still came in below eatimate. They communicated well and took good care of my little buddy! Thanks chase!

Doggie Beware I have been going to Dr Chase for many many years. Since Dr Chase sold the business the quality of care, and customer service has been very compromised. It has become a place where making money is their number one goal. They over prescribe expensive medications in high quantities that may not be safe for your pet. They also gave our dog a non-routine vaccination behind closed doors that was not requested or required and was without notice or our permission. $80 was the cost, for something we were not educated about until after it was given and only after we asked. No offer of an apology to speak of. This was an outrage! After 26 years of bring our dogs to the same place year after year, we are going elsewhere. Dr. Chase should have taken his name with him when he retired. One of the original vets remained there and is the only one that represents the original quality of service they once had.

DONT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! I adopted my cat at 10 years old, and the previous owner always went to this vet office so I trusted their judgement. I also didn't see why I should switch vets if he's always been going here. Boy was I mistaken! This place clearly only cares about the money. I have been having issues with my cats stool for a few months, expressing my concern to the vet willing to do/pay whatever to find out with the issue is. They did not take my concerns seriously, I almost felt like they were mocking me every time i called to express my concern. I'm pretty sure they never even tested his stool correctly and just tried to sell me on medications and special food that ended up doing NOTHING to help or fix this issue with his stool. They do NOT!!! care about animals here and only care about getting your money. The new vet I am seeing has not only taken extensive measures to figure out what's going on with my cat, but is also empathetic. This place is awful and if you care about your pet, don't go here.
