I can't say enough good things about Medway Animal Hospital. From the people at the desk to the technicians and of course the Doctors. They are all absolutely fantastic. I have 3 dogs, and had a couple of others that I brought there (who have since past) I would never bring my pets to anyone else. They take the time and patience, and truly care about every animal that comes into there place. When you walk in you are greeted by very friendly people, who you can tell are definitely animal lovers. I could go on and on about this place, because they are ALL absolutely amazing. I have to give a special shout out to Dr Olsen who has gone above and beyond for our dog Pete, to me she's unbelievable and so wonderful. If you are looking for a place to bring your pet and want your pet to be treated very special, and the way you would, this is definitely the place to bring your pet. One more thing, they not only are kind and caring, but are very knowlegable and won't give up until they know what is going on with your pet. You won't be sorry. They are the BEST. Update: As always Medway Hospital is the best, the doctors, techs, and receptions are all great. Can't ask for a better place. Thank you all for taking such good care of my dog Oakley. Especially thank you Dr Kardon for taking such good care of Oakley and knowing when to send him to Tufts. He's still there but getting better every day. Thank you all! Just another Update because this post for some reason never got posted, This all happened during 2020. This is now 1/14/2022 As always we have been very pleased with how you take care of our dogs both Maggie and Oakley. You'v always have been exceptional with their care and well being. Thank you and we certainly would recommend Medway Animal Hospital without a doubt.

Doctors and staff are all very patient, caring and knowledgeable whether it be on the phone or in person. Even with the masks you can tell they are always smiling.

The best vet around. They are so beyond great with my 4 Chihuahua's. They don't even mind going to the vet because of how much they love the staff!

I took my dog for his first visit to Medway Animal Hospital on Saturday. I recently rescued him and it was my first experience as well. Due to Covid protocols, only the animals go inside while you wait on the car. The appointment ran on time. after my dog went in, Dr. Roberts called me on my cell to let me know how everything went with him. She also answered all of my many questions. It was a very positive experience. Dr. Roberts and the staff were great and I would highly recommend this veterinary practice. It had been recommended to me by several people.

This was my first visit to Medway Animal Hospital because my longstanding, wonderful vet (Jessica Roberts) had recently relocated her practice here. I was bringing a healthy adult cat for a checkup with vaccinations and an elderly, very sick dog for blood and urine analyses. My pets and I experienced our usual caring, thoughtful, exceptionally competent treatment from Dr. Roberts. This included her having to inform me (over the phone) that my dog is now terminally ill. We also received friendly, sensitive care from the technicians who transported my pets into and out of the facility. My only complaint, which is really not the hospital's fault, is that I was not allowed inside for the examinations. This is obviously due to COVID and I respect that the clinic deems such a precaution necessary. However, I wish that they would begin to allow fully vaccinated (with documentation provided), masked pet owners to come in. Other clinics have started to permit this and it is very reassuring to the owners...and to the animals. I must also mention the prompt, compassionate response I received when requesting an urgent appointment for a critically ill cat at a time when the clinic was closed. The staff responded first thing the next morning with an immediate appointment. Sadly, the cat had needed to be euthanized the night before. Even though we are new to Medway and the staff had never actually met this cat, they sent me a condolence note on the loss of a beloved pet.

I have been connected with Medway Animal Hospital with 2 animals for 37 years.They have treated my pets as if they were their own. My questions have always been answered in a sufficient amount of time and with sincerity. When our dog's time was up, the vet we had explained to the children what the process would be. It made the departure much easier for all. I would highly recommend recommend Medway Hospital.

I have been taking my beloved dogs and cats to Mike Robinson and his staff, since 1993 when I moved to Medway! I was reluctant at first because I felt a loyalty to the vet I had been going to for the previous 12 years in Natick. When I called my former Vet it turned out he had been Mike Robinson's teacher and recommended him with glowing certainty!! He was so right! I love the staff, the vets (especially Mike and Meryl), desk crew, vet techs and wonderful Melissa the office manager who has been there the entire time, as has Meryl and Laurie, a wonderful vet tech. The longevity of the people who work there really says alot! I have always felt welcomed (and if I call with a question I have been responded to quickly by phone). The atmosphere in the waiting room is warm-people interact, which is a bonus but also tells alot about how people feel being there. What stands out ABOVE ALL is their competence, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I always feel listened to during appts and never feel rushed! When my Beloved Golden MIkey needed to go to his final sleep, they came to my house so he wouldn't have to be frightened. They did the same 12 1/2 year later with my next Golden - Honey Bear. But above all is that I TOTALLY believe my pets (and I) are SAFE, CARED ABOUT and get EXCELLENT care in their hands! Since I started with Mike and Medway Animal Hospital, I have moved twice-to Franklin and now Upton and would never even consider changing my Vet!! Now I have Max (another golden) and he actually loves going to the Vet! Heartfelt thanks to Mike, Meryl, Melissa and Laurie and all the staff. :-) Fondly, Nedra

Very caring vets and employees. Always happy with the quick responses we get from the staff. Very professional.

We have come here for years and we were always very happy. The past year, it feels like they just got too big and everything is rushed. Appointments are very quick. Twice in the last six months they gave the wrong medication(once wrong medication and once wrong dose of nexgard) to my dog. We are very lucky that my dog did not end up severely ill or passing away due to their negligence. Unfortunately, our time has come to find a new vet as they just can’t be trusted.

Wonderful personalized care for animals and owners. The staff is amazing at every level.

I have used Medway Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They are all incredible in this office. Recently I was in Florida with my dog who became ill with a breathing issue. I called Medway Animal Hospital and Dr. Robinson gave me instructions and a strategy to use over the phone. Their help put me at ease and my dog is doing just fine. They are always there when I need them.

It was a wonderful experience. The puppy was seen on an “emergency” basis at 8:30am, by 4 she was no better and they told us just to bring her in and they would see her. Dr Olson called Saturday morning to check on her. By Monday she was still not 100%. Dr Olson had called to check on her and ended up calling in a prescription for medication on her day off. I am so happy with the care

They take exceptional care of my cats!

They were very attentive to my daughter’s Golden retriever. She (vet) was very thorough. And made sure that we understood everything. And she was very patient with our questions. She even called the next day (which was a holiday) to see how Bailey was doing. Even though it was her day off. I can’t imagine that Bailey would have received better care anywhere else.

Dr. Mansfield was amazing. I was not sure what was wrong with my dog and was able to squeeze him in the same day in the evening. I was emotional, and she was so supportive and thorough with her care. She worked diligently to find a hospital with a specialist he needed.

Dr. Robinson loves each of our dogs likes his own. He is kind to us too. :)
