An overall welcoming, compassionate staff from the moment you walk in to when you see the Doctor! My rescue Lola, who is blind, isn’t swayed by treats and these lovely ladies gave my toy loving pup this Kong to play with and take home! Not only that but a bag of treats and a toy for her patiently waiting fur-brother! Truly above and beyond care, timely appointment scheduling, and a call-in day of urgent care appointments! So glad to make this place our new home for all our fur-baby needs! I mean look at this girl’s smile, it says it all! lol

Dr. Flournoy is the best!

The vet was very condescending and smug.

They are great. They treat you and pet with the utmost respect and will work with on making those hard decisions. I wouldn't bring my pet anywhere else.

HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this veterinary clinic at all to anyone! DR. Arzt had completely misdiagnosed my dog after several visits not fully diagnosing the root cause of my dog's issues. He is a completely pompous and rude person. He never took the time to listen to what I had told him from the beginning of my visits there. I fully intend to raise awareness of how bad this clinic really is so that people do not make the same mistake I did. Thankfully I did find another vet who QUICKLY realized my dog's issues and began SUCCESSFUL treatment right away. Do NOT use Metrowest Vet Associates!

2 weeks ago i had to put down my best friend, cat named gus, after 17 years, it was the hardest thing for me to do, dr. Adam arzt, ,it was fast he went right to sleep. They let me spend time with him after, today I received a card from him, thank you so much dr.arzt. would recommend them to anyone

Dr Artz knows me well helps me to make appropriate decisions for my animals..always takes time for me..

Fabulous, thorough veterinary services. We bring 3 animals here who have seen every Vet at MVA and all have been wonderful!

I would give no stars if possible I have been to this vet multiple times over the last few years and had negative experiences almost every time. There is a few wonderful doctors there but the vet techs are horrible. They openly admitted to losing a dog on route 16. Aggressively handled a traumatized puppy. Multiple rude responses to a family who are dog LOVERS. Wouldn’t recommend due to vet tech staff.

My dog has been going here ever since she was a puppy and things usually go pretty well, however I was extremely disappointed with the appointment she had today. I completely understand that because of the pandemic new precautions are put in place to protect those working here and I trusted in them to care for my dog without me there considering I have gone there for going on 10 years now.However that trust was broken today, they mixed up my dog with another and accidentally gave her two vaccines that were meant to go to another dog, when she was just there for her yearly check up and rabies vaccine. Even though we’re lucky that it was just a vaccine and not a medication or something that could harm her, I’m still very upset that she was given vaccines that I didn’t consent to and that she did not need. After she received the two vaccines they also didn’t put any record of her receiving them and didn’t give me any aftercare instructions for her. If I were you I would think twice about coming here seeing as it appears they don’t seem to be as careful as they should be. Again I’m am super disappointed that this happened and will definitely reconsider coming back here in the future. I am writing this so people are aware of my experience here and hopefully this clinic will be more cautious when treating pets in the future. I hope this is simply a one time accident and doesn’t happen to any other pets again.

I unfortunately had to put down my beloved pup Rocco this past Tuesday. To make matters worse, it was my birthday. Dr. Flournoy was absolutely AMAZING through the entire process. She had only been seeing my dog for a short time but I felt that she really cared about his health, she was very knowledgeable and was honest, even if she thought it wasn't what we wanted to hear. It broke my heart to have to put down my best friend, but Dr. Flournoy eased that pain just a little. Thank you, Dr. Flournoy, from the bottom of my heart, for everything that you did for my Rocco...

They've always been great with my animals.

Always seem caring towards our furry friends. Thorough during exams, competent during care giving, and compassionate if "that time" has arrived. Staff is very nice, the doctors can be brusk but that's because they are busy so don't take it personally.

My pets have been going here for years. The staff is nice and the doctors are great. The women at the front desk could be a little more welcoming as it is a stressful enviornment for both owner and pet but that is my only suggestion for improvement. They also see small animals here which is nice for small animal owners. One of the few places around that take small animals

I have bringing my 2 cats here for years, friendly knowledgeable staff, I would highly recommend.

I love Dr. Starr and the rest of the staff.They have hours to accommodate most schedules and I have rarely had to wait to get an appointment.

I've been taking my pets to MWVA since they opened. My dogs love Dr. Marci. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. They are so kind and compassionate. They understand my dogs' idiosyncrasies and are capable of dealing with their personalities. It's a great place to entrust your furkids.

Adam Artz is incompetent and rude. Yuck. If you decide to go, see another associate there, they are far better.

Was the most uncaring insensitive vet have Ever seen. Had taken my dogs there as pups And loves Elizabeth but once Asnet took Over never brought dogs there again.... most uncaring vet have ever seen.... would never Take any of my dogs there again

They have literally saves one of my dog's lives before. My dogs don't mind going here because of how good they are with them here. Fair prices.

The women dr.camille is very nice.she doesnt pressure you into buying or getting extra things done for your pet.however i wouldn't recommend the male vet.He was too pushy and my cat and dog did not feel at ease with him.i always ask for a women the are more nurturing and Camille is very soft spoken.

This place is fantastic highly recommend them. They are very good with your pets. You can tell they care.

great staff and vet services, always friendly and relatively quick.

Very irresponsive personnel. Had to wait for test results and call back several times trying to catch a doctor. I was told that a doctor would call back but that never happened because everybody happily left for a weekend. I will go to another place the next time.
