I was visiting my daughter, partly to bring her little dog home to Montana with me. I required a health certificate for the airplane- the Dr, who did not introduce herself so I guess I’m assuming she was the Dr, asked for our dog’s previous records. She looked at them, then looked at me and stated that they required blood work to sign a health certificate, for the statement of acclimation. She did not at any point examine the dog. I have been a practicing veterinarian for 22 years. An acclimation statement is NOT required for in cabin travel, or honestly they would need to require it of people as well. Blood work is certainly not required for travel . I appreciate any particular individuals right to practice as they see best, but I definitely question the ethics at play here. There was no effort at education, there was no rationalization. There was very little courtesy, and all of that came from the nice young women at the front desk. I went elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Hardly ever open, constantly short staffed, zero communication. And lots of attitude

I was away for two years and I couldn't find vet clinic I could trust like I trust Dr.Olga, she is very honest and straight forward, treating my cats and dogs with great outcome and saving so many pets. For all bad reviewers I would say please treat your animals like a members of your family and don't be greedy, Medford Pet Clinic is more affordable than VCA or any other pet services...I know from experience...thank you for reading

this is a warning to not bring your pets to this facility! I don't know where to start. The vet Dr. Olga doesn't even explain the diagnosis you cant even talk to her, she has her assistant come out and hand you your pet after the visit without even an explanation of diagnosis until you have to hunt her down and still its not sufficient. I took my cat here because he had trouble breathing instead he was diagnosed with stomatitis they did not address the issue with his breathing at all. I took him to another vet that was professional where they gave him x rays and diagnosed him with bronchitis and asthma. this clinic lacked professionalism and communication please don't bring your pet here and take your loved one to a vet that cares and will communicate exactly what is going on

I took my cat there before. Now I'm waiting for new cat to be checked. He was dropped off over 2 hours ago.

I am only now reading reviews and I confirm that this place is horrible. My experience was wrong on so many levels: 1) Process during the pandemic: lack of communication and transparency 2) Lack of professionalism and staff not really nice 3) Way too expensive Conclusion: I will not come back. Good luck with your pet.

Even in the midst of all that’s going on right now choose to bring your pets ANYWHERE but here. I understand being stressed (as we all are) but having an employee scream furiously at you because of THEIR lack of communication is simply gross and unacceptable. If this is how they will treat pet owners to their faces HOW WILL THEY TREAT YOUR PET WHEN YOU’RE NOT WATCHING.

This place is horrible. They told me that my dog didn’t have an ear infection. I knew he had one because of the signs he was showing me with shaking his head and it also had a horrible odor. I took him to another vet and come to find out, he does have one. And they are also over priced. They also charged me for a flea and tick medication that I didn’t even want. I tried to return it but they said they don’t take items back.

Very rude tech named Tonya- wouldn't let me talk to Dr and made me wait in car last week - this was the fourth time this rude girl gave me an unnecessary hard time - it ' too bad because the vet, Dr Martin, is wonderful.

The pet clinic has many locations, Lynn, Revere and others, the staff is friendly and care deeply for the animals. The pricing is beyond reasonable considering the cost of health care for our fur babies. This was our first time at this location but if you need your pet cared for these wonderful humans will do am excellent job.

Receptionist, while explaining why the vet denied my refill of heartguard from Petco, told me my two options were to either risk my health going out in a pandemic to retake the heartworm test my dog took 6 months ago, or not have medicine for my dog for the next six months. Blatantly lied to me on the phone saying she was just the messenger, but the vet she put me on hold to talk to wasn't actually in and that I couldn't speak to her. The most disgusting, unethical behavior I've ever witnessed from staff at a so-called vet. AVOID AT ALL COST

Too expensive!! Not enough time and explanation given, they didn't discuss vaccines , or medication needed in any kind of detail. Not a comfortable vibe!!!

Top-notch care, great rates, compassionate vet: I'm a cat rescuer. Dr. Olga and her staff (especially Tanya) have helped me and other rescuers save some thousands of cats over the years. They have also gone above and beyond for my own cats more times than I can say. Highly recommended!

Do not go here! They are so unprofessional WILL up charge you. Moved back to Boston before I could get my dog’s teeth cleaned. He has a small wart that TWO vets have seen and deemed it was just a normal wart for an old dog. I went to Medford and a $400 cleaning quote came to $900 because the wart “May be cancerous” so they had to biopsy it. The night before the appointment they call me to tell me my dog has a heart murmur and needs an echocardiogram which ... you guessed it costs more money! Ridiculous! I ended up going to a more professional vet (Emmerson Animal Hospital) and not dealing with any of the ridiculousness Medford was offering me.

I have been taking my dogs to the Winchester clinic for years, until it became part of Boston Pet Clinics, and along with the significant markup of the vaccines and exam ONLY at the Winchester location, the care deteriorated, and I was subjected to taking my dogs to other clinics, when a problem arose, because they are no longer care to accommodate us or our pets. Vets are available at certain clinics on specific days and we need to find out where, running our pets all over, to unfamiliar places, for this company’s profit. I switched my dogs’ care to the Medford Pet Clinic, which was even worse, as there is never any parking, crowded and the staff pushes the sale of flea/tick, heart worm medication from them, in addition to not being very accommodating, when requesting prescriptions for these products from other vendors. I would never take my dogs to these clinics, again. I agree with another dog owner who stated that these are inexperienced vets and our pets deserve the best care!!!

Very rough handling of my cat during her presurgery appointment. No privacy in the examination rooms, so my cat was also terrified of all the dogs barking at her through the windows
