The staff is excellent which makes the service exceptional. We've been with Atlantic since moving to the area. They have cared for our puppy since 2009.

Atlantic Vet has cared for my animals for the past 10 years. All of the doctors are so caring and knowledgeable. We even had one of them come to our house on a Sunday to put down our cat. Their compassion was so incredible.

I have four animals that come to this office and we’ve been coming here for over four years and the staff has always been great until recently. I dealt with a woman at the desk, I believe her name was Heather, and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude the entire time she spoke with me. We spend a lot of money on our visits to this office and I expect to be treated kindly and with respect. I wish I asked her if she normally speaks to people like that.

Atlantic vet is fantastic. We have been going for over two years now and they truly care about our dog Tony. I was inspired to write this review after an incident with a porcupine that they have cared for. It has been quite complex involving a couple of different appointments— they have been accommodating in finding time to see him due to the nature of the incident. Can’t say enough good things. Special shout out to Dr Cronin and Dr. Stasiak for their transparency and candor and thoroughness during this porcupine ordeal.

Ever since using Atlantic Vet, when we got Zoe , we have had excellent care, kindness, concern.We thank Dr. Storey and previously Lesley and all who have helped with her. Many thanks.Zoe is now 10 and continues to get good service from her doctor. However we have normally paid under $100 for her visits and today was $335 which to us seems very expensive and to our wallet also a high price. I know that she is being tested for thyroid possible issues, but $335??????? I also do not like that this is placed publicly and see no reason for a public response.We look forward to the response for her blood tests. Thank you, L. Jachney

Even though my kitty is not thrilled to visit Dr. Rockwell, he is always so caring and kind to her and I always feel like she is getting the best care and attention! Everyone at their practice, from the front desk, to the technicians, to Dr. Rockwell are wonderful. I would never go to another veterinarian office! Thanks to all at Atlantic Vet!

Our dog got an ear infection the day we moved to Salem. All the vets I called around to were super nice but no one else had appointments available. Grace found me an appointment and followed up during the week to make sure we got the vet records from NY. Harvey was good as new in a week. We so appreciated the quick and thoughtful care.

Every doctor, nurse, and client care team members are caring, kind, and compassionate. They always go the extra mile and take the time to listen to any concerns or problems. They provide a high level of customer service and care for our pets which I highly recommend.

I've been going there for over 28 years, since Dr. Rockwell was back in his tiny little spot on Atlantic. Everyone always treats us and our pets like family and the care is always very special.

They always take me on time. Everyone there is compassionate and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. I'd recommend anyone to go to this family practice.

There is no place other than the Atlantic Veterinary Hospital where i would even consider bringing our precious Gracie. Dr. Rockwell and his entire staff have taken such excellent care of every dog we have ever owned. Not only is everyone on the staff a highly trained professional, but they all genuinely love animals and are as caring and helpful as humanely possible, both to their clients and to their clients' human parents.

Everyone on the staff here is warm and welcoming, however, Dr. Riley is an absolute treasure! Her extremely empathic and thorough professionalism is what every doctor (animal or otherwise) should strive towards being! I always feel so comforted knowing my precious babies are being well cared for! I highly recommend Atlantic Vet! They truly treat you like family!

My dogs love our vet and techs, and their bedside manner. Caring, friendly, happy people work @AVH. Thank our lucky stars to have a dedicated facility like this in our community.

We've been taking our beagle Catelyn to Atlantic for the last 3 years and I really can't imagine taking her anywhere else. I've always been very impressed with how the office/reception staff to the techs and vets know and remember Catelyn. I can only imagine how many pets and owners they deal with so the fact that they remember us when we call to make an appointment is remarkable. People love it when they feel they aren't just another appointment. We generally see Dr. Story and his vet tech Nikki and I've always found them to be very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We always look forward to appointment time at Atlantic!

Extremely kind, caring, compassionate. I can tell they truly love animals. My 15 year old girl was very sick. They explained everything to me before doing any tests. Explained the results of all the tests. Made me feel at ease and comfortable.

My Westies , Gracie , age12- and Sailor, age 5 - get the absolute best professional care. We love Dr. Rockwell and his caring staff . , Love, Gracie and Sailor????????????

Very friendly and professional staff; my extremely fussy calico cat didn't seem phased at all. Convenient and safe COVID protocols; quick to get in and out for an appointment.

I could not let the opportunity to write a review pass me by , I had to bring my precious Brownie here for his transition to Rainbow Bridge due to my regular Vet not letting you in to do that due to Covid. I have nothing but good things to write about this place , From the very first phone call to the last they were just unbelievably kind and made a very very difficult situation a little bit easier. My only wish is that I had known about them before now as I would have brought my baby there for all his care from the very beginning as I was not very happy with where we were going. I just wanna say Thank you if you see this Thank you so much! I know I said it on the phone but I cannot express it enough. I miss my baby so so much but I feel at peace knowing everything at the end was handled with so much care.

The veterinarians at Atlantic are kind and caring people. They respond to emergencies and they provide great ongoing care for our aging dog.

I was extremely nervous to setup an appt anywhere with my newly re-homed 1 year old pup. This lil boy weighs in at 105lbs but is very anxious and fearful of new people, places & noises! The nurse that met us in the parking lot was amazing! I am so sorry I didn’t get his name. He explained everything to me and surprisingly my pup went with him willingly! Dr. Hammond was also amazing and came out to explain everything after the exam. I was more than pleased with the entire experience! Thank you ????

Not transparent about pricing. We discussed specific vaccines and We found wrong ones vaccines administered. Very pushy about unnecessary medications. Surgery did not go very well. Overall not very courteous.

I have been going to Atlantic Veterinary for many years and the service they provide is excellent as are the doctors and staff. The appointments, even in this time of COVID, are easy to make and the staff takes full care of the animals, attending to the needs of each pet. They are professional and caring and we're lucky to have such a hospital in Marblehead.

Everyones super friendly. My dog Kalie loves going there !
