The staff is committed to making the owner and their pet comfortable. They are patient professional and kind. They always return a phone call timely. They always follow up after a visit when my pet hasn’t been well. They were there for my family during COVID when our 20 plus year old dog was ready to pass on. We can not say enough positive things about this practice.

Dr. Flynn is professional, compassionate, and can explain veterinary procedures and diagnosis’ in plain language. We’ve been taking our elderly cat here for 5 years and have always been very pleased with our experience!

I've recently moved and needed a new vet. I just brought one of my dogs to Saugus Animal Hospital for the first time. The visit exceeded my expectations. My two year old dog was seen by Dr. Flynn and she couldn't have been any kinder or more gentle towards my chihuahua mix, Finn,, who is leary of strangers. The exam was thorough and I wasn't rushed. I wasn't pushed into getting a vaccine that I choose not to give my dog, which I appreciated. Dr. Flynn was not only great with Finn, but very friendly with me and made sure she answered questions I had. Later that night, I received an email with a thorough explanation of Finn's appointment which I was very impressed with. I had been at my previous vet for about 18 years and was a bit nervous about finding a new one, but I'm confident that I've found the right vet for my dogs. I look forward to bringing my other dog, Levi, in a few months.

Saugus Animal Hospital is a wonderful place for the health care of your ???? cat or ???? dog, very friendly people and nice and clean animal ???? hospital and they sell cat???? and ???? dog food.

I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone who wants the best for the pets. I have been coming here since we got our pup and the staff had been always friendly, attentive and caring. They are a no fear hospital and always go above and beyond to make sure our pup feel safe and get the care she needs. 10/10

Saugus Animal Hospital is the absolute best. I have taken my dogs - one of whom can be very difficult - to several vets in the area - and finally landed at SAH when I learned they are “certified fear free.” I wish I had known sooner! I would never, and will never, take my dogs anywhere else. All the vets, and the staff, are professional, so friendly, and always willing to help. They treat my dogs like they are their own. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The staff is caring, ethical and friendly. I have had a great experience with several doctors and technicians.

Amazingly caring people in such a hard time. When your pet is sick it is the worst. They did all they could to get her stable and into a great place for treatment.

My dog is afraid of going to the vet. The staff are so patient and caring. They went above and beyond to take care of my dog.

Our first visit and it was wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable and comforting. They helped get us set up with pet insurance for future visits. A mission of theirs is to provide safe care and make it peaceful for the animals giving comfort and breaking the stigma that the vet is a scary place. Lab work was quick and follow up phone call was prompt and informative. Prescription payment was over the phone and pickup was brought right to the front door from the in-house pharmacy. A great recommendation from my friend. We've found our home here.

Everyone here was super nice and welcoming, from reception to the doctor. Even if things were out of my price range, I felt comfortable to figure out what the best solution was for my dog within my budget.

Dr. Bloom is a great addition to the team! Everyone here has always been wonderful and I am so glad I found such a great vet to take my pets!

They wouldn't see our injured dog oreo because she wasn't a client of theirs and didn't give any suggestions on what to do and oreo has a infection that's spreading and lost a toe nail from the infection and swelling pushing it out along with her other toe nail which is doing the same thing its pretty sad that its hard to find someone who will see an injured pet unless they have been there before extremely upset that they couldn't even provide a reference to a place that will thanks a whole lot for letting my dog suffer until I can find some vets office who actually cares for animals not just the money they make

I love Dr. Anderson! She is so pleasant and always answers my questions. She is very conservative regarding ordering tests that are costly.

I've been taking my cat and dog there and love the Vets and the staff. They could not be more helpful. They are very knowledgeable and great at answering my many questions when I got a new puppy last year. Over the years I've used other Animal sites and Saugus Animal Hospital is far and away better with care, pricing and advice.

Cristin is phenomenal about what she does as a customer care agent. She is always - ALWAYS - able to accommodate situations based on your pet's needed. My dog Bailey needed help and Cristin was able to get her an appointment for next day (there was a cancelation). Two thumbs up to Cristin. Congratulations to Saugus Animal Hospital for having such a wonderful professional.

They are super attentive and great with my cat. I've been nothing but satisfied whenever I've visited.

Love this place!! only complaint is every time we go something is closed due to maintenance and the main exit out to the pool was closed sometimes. We couldn't make sense of that. Cleanliness a 10. Restort really pretty right by the ocean. We go every year, sometimes twice.
