So impressed with this place. Had so much care and compassion for my kitty and the doctor took the time to walk me through blood test results. So grateful I found a trustworthy, communicative and smart team to take care of my fur babies!!

I have been coming here for 50 yrs. Dr. Syed.and his staff are the best. They are caring very helpful and gentle with all the pets we've had. The fromt desk girls are the absolute best. I highly recommend bringing your pets here you will not be disappointed

I always take my pet in that place we have already had 2 surgeries and we were very well attended and followed up in the post-operative period, we want to thank the team and ASHLEY who are very attentive and always concerned about us, highly recommended pine banks animal hospital!

I will never coming back to this place. I have been coming here with all my pets and i regret it. 1st the secretary is so rude all the time. 2nd no one knows there butt from There elbow Or who’s done what. To the extent where they gave my Poor dog an extra shot she didn’t need and then charged me for it, then another visit they gave one price ($100)and then outrageously charge me more. Ashley told me I would only pay one office visit for one of my dogs and then they charged me for two ( lies). there out for the cash. I even had my neighbors brining there pets here. Never again will I refer them!!! And they don’t give you your receipt unless you ask for it. I believe If you don’t check your receipt they will take full advantage of you especially now that you can’t bring your pets in...

This place is owned by the veterinarians who work here and it shows. My cat has been well taken care of here, and their costs are reasonable.

Dr. Syed saved my cat’s life. She wasn’t eating so I took her in, and he discovered she had a kidney problem that could have been life threatening. He encouraged me to take her to the Blue Pearl in Charlestown and they took immediate care of her and prevented the infection from killing her. Thank you so much. He’s a smart and wonderful doctor.

Wonderful just wonderful an actual family run vet!!! It was my 1st time here and it's so nice to visit a vet that cares about your pet as much as you do. Dr. Syed was knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Roxy and me really felt welcomed by everyone one and even though she went in sick, we left feeling better that we had in days. Thank you.

I’ve been taking my animals there for over 15 years and get the same great caring service every time. Wonderful people staff and the most caring doctors any animal parent would want. Never had a bad experience!! They treat my animals as if they were their own!! Highly recommend them for any situation. Can’t say enough about this clinic.

Ashley is such an amazing tech. my dog doesn’t get along with any of the other techs but my dog gets along with her so well. thank you ashley and all other staff you are all so amazing!

Me and my Snowflake have a appointment tomorrow, little does she know. I told her. ???? The first impression of Pine Banks, Serena was awesome! She was thorough and very patient with me speaking about Snowflake's care tomorrow. If this is any indication of the hospital, we can't wait to meet the team! Seeking another veterinarian because of a bad experience at last Vet. The Dr. didn't even say hi to her and went to grab her up! Well darn! I would have hissed too! We was there for her annual and nail trim. It was down hill after that. And then he labeled Snowflake rambunctious. ???????????? I'll be back with update on our visit. ????????

PBAH cared for our Boxer, Rocky, from 1993 until the day he passed in 2003. Fifteen years later our daughter convinced us to get a blue frenchie, French Bulldog, which she named Rufus. We did not have to think twice on who our Vet would be. Rocky had received excellent care from the elder Dr. Seyed and now Rufus is receiving the same exceptional care from his son, Dr. Seyed Jr. This is a family run business who treat everyone's pet as if it is their own. We highly recommend PBAH to anyone looking for a caring Doctor and staff to care for their family pet!

Excellent family owned hospital with very caring staff. Dr. Syed (the young one and the elder one), Dr. Chopra and Dr. Amara are all excellent doctors.

Took my kitten here and my expectations were completely blown. I've had many pets and been to larger vets with fancier waiting rooms, but never felt like my pet was cared for as much as at Pine Banks. Ashley is amazing and caring. They are extra careful not to combine too many shots in a small kitten and give us very detailed instructions when we take him home--even though every time he is supposed to be lethargic and out of it he is still totally jolly and happy. What's more amazing is that when we take the carrier out, he walks right in and has no fear. It's like he knows they are good people who are taking the best care of him. Seriously, they love animals here. I trust them with my pet 100%, as long as Ashley is there.

This is the most professional animal clinic with the best trained doctors and staff. They saved my cats life 2x and genuinely care about their patients and owners.

Professional and caring veterinarians and staff. Appointments in a timely manner, vets always available to answer questions. Fees for services reasonable.

I bring my 2 cats here and the receptionist and staff are very polite and kind to me and my cats.

They have been great to us and our dogs. Dr. Syed is a great vet. The office staff and helpers have been top notch every time we have gone there.
