Been twice and it was my last time. Waited for over 40 minutes, people kept coming in and out and doing something without explanation. When I asked what the IV is for or the shots - something was mumbled, and a $600 bill provided. No, thanks. I’d actually like to be in the known and participate in the care of my pet.

This is the first time I come here but so disappointed. I had eyes exam appointment for my cat I saw on website just $80 but when I come they said my cat has a fever that made her eyes infection but I know my cat only has eyes pain just only one side not for both ,because her nails to long and I saw she scratched on her eye ,and she doesn’t have a fever. Btw the girl take care for my cat she is very rude and didn’t even say hello with my cat .she did everything very quick and after that I got the bill $450 for nothing. That’s so expensive . Not recommend for this place they don’t care about your pets they just care about money . I’ll never come back again

this was the worst experience i have ever had at a vets office...or any medical office for that matter! First...there had to be 8 appointments that all came in at the same time. Super crowded and uncomfortable for both pets and owners in the waiting area. The Dr. was extremely rude and ignorant. She didn't even have the common courtesy to introduce herself. I scheduled a rabies shot only and nail clipping for my dog and nail clipping only for my sisters dog. The doctor came in after those were taken care of...she checked the dogs teeth, listened to their heart rate and looked in their ears. She proceeded to tell my sister that her 15 year old dog had dental disease. It would cost a minimum of $400 to have the teeth cleaned. My sister lives on a fixed income and she told the dr. that. She basically said too bad...someday he wont be able to eat and you will be back here for surgery that will cost you thousands!. At that point my sister was about to cry and I told her to just stop talking to the dr. She then gave my dog the same cursory examination, said nothing and left the room. When I was checking out I expected the bill to be no more than $80...it was $175...they charge me for two office visits..I told them that when I called I VERY CLEARLY stated that I just wanted shots and nail clippings! I told them how awful they were and nobody batted an eye...I suspect that they have heard this many times!!! I wouldnt' take a snail to the Lynn Pet Clinic if it was the last place standing. Oh.... the doctor's name is "Olga". I had to ask when I was checking out.

Not worth time or money. Very cheap and bad quality place. Don't recommend coming to this place. Very rude staff. Interuptive and snappy. They don't tell us what's going on. Didn't file our dogs surgery.

We ve been a long time customers here. But last visit pretty much is going to make me look for another vet in the area. Me dog came for 3 vaccines and an eye allergy problem. Normally it's between $150-200 for a visit like that. They present me with $500+ bill and were rude and annoyed with me when I started asking questions. The whole state has been open for a while but they still not letting you in,that allows them to do any test before letting you know of a cost. They also made me buy supplements that are not good for my dog. I have a Welsh terrier, you can check the average weight online. The supplement that we received is for the dogs over 31lbs. And the doctor wouldn't talk to you!!! Horrible experience, would not suggest this place!

I must be aslave to crulty, my 2nd visit and the doctor does not interact with patients and nothing was done that i asked for and it cost me 280.00$ - there has to be something done because even the reviews does not change there ways and if they are this cold and uncaring with the owners what are they like with our pets should they not no how to hold it together professionally. Especially through covid take your pet here its a coin toss your going to get what you paid for..

Dr. Olga was kind enough to see my cat again and check out her hair my cat has alopecia anyway she took the time out to see my cat and Clifford Nails cuz they were supposed to do that in Revere she Charles and lady at the front desk to tell me that we shouldn't stress the cat out so to discontinue using the oil and not stress out my cat anyway my cat's hair is coming back thank God and all I can say was talk to Olga was very good I wanted to give a 5-star but because I didn't speak to her I want one basis I was kind of disappointed I wanted to meet her since she was so kind to let me bring my cat back and I wanted dr. Olga personally so I thank you very much dr. Olga and I shall see you again thank you bye Davina Essen

I brought my cat there because she got spayed a week ago and I found a lump and because I can't go in due to covid I could not show them where the lump is and they called me and said it looked good and they didn't find a lump well when I got home I found the lump so I have no idea where they were even looking but yet I had to pay $70 for nothing as you can see in the picture how its a little bit swollen on 1 side i wish the vet would have called me and asked about the lump because when I mentioned the lump it was like I mentioned it for the first time and then they wanted to send her home with antibiotics they should not take care of any animals

Took my dogs to get the rabies vaccine. Had to wait in the car because of covid restrictions. Front desk staff and vet tech were friendly. Happy with the service.

Would highly not recommend. I called 3 times on Monday March 30, 2020 at 10-11am and the secretary would pick up the phone and hang up the call, I did not even get to speak to anybody. I was having an emergency with my cat.

Top-notch care, great rates, compassionate vet: I'm a cat rescuer. Dr. Olga and her staff have helped me and other rescuers save some thousands of cats over the years. They have also gone above and beyond for my own cats more times than I can say. Highly recommended!

This experience is only regarding visits since social distancing. I have a dog with an eventually terminal illness. He is on many medications which have caused their own problems, so communication with the veterinarian is CRITICAL. Plus, that is what I am PAYING FOR. I totally get that you can’t accompany your pet into the clinic. What I don’t get is why you don’t get to talk to the vet. Instead, I was asked by her assistant (daughter) why I was bringing my dog. She clearly hadn’t looked at my dog’s chart, nor did she know any of the history of the many many appointments I have had with my veterinarian. This impersonal and uncommunicative approach is the antithesis of what good medical care requires. I can’t get the three hours of my life that I wasted. Also a complete waste of money. Dr. Olga, why aren’t you talking to your pet owners? If I were in the room you would interact with me. Is it so difficult to talk on the speaker phone while you examine my pet?

I brought my cat in, he’s elderly and good health is deteriorating. He panicked so badly when they went to draw the blood, they couldn’t hold him and he sprayed blood all over the room. I brought him to an emergency vet shortly after and was told his panic plus his health could cause the next vet trip to cost him his life. He’s happy, eating, so I’m letting him live his last Days in peace. He has to eat a specific food, which I usually get from Lynn pet clinic or chewy depending on what’s easier at the time. I’ve bought his food MULTIPLE times from Lynn pet clinic without them asking for my info or my pet’s info, just a straight purchase. He’s completely out, can’t hold anything else down, and when I just went to purchase it they suddenly decided to take my number, check the last time he was in, and refuse to sell me the food even though I explained the situation and they’ve NEVER CHECKED OR REQUIRED MY INFO OR REQUIRED HE COME IN FOR IT BEFORE. My cat shouldn’t have to suffer for their profit, despite how hard times are right now. Make up your minds, either you always check on the prescription food or you never do, dont screw a pet over bc now I would’ve just ordered Chewy in advance and he’d Be fine.

I never like coming here, but it’s convenient because it’s close to me. But they don’t seem to know what they are talking about. I specifically did not want flea and tick treatment which was $55 on my cat, and they gave it to her anyways. Even though I know ticks and fleas aren’t the problem that my cats having so it was a big waste of money. They charged me for something I didn’t even get. And the flea and tick. Now I’m not allowed here because I wasn’t paying $250 for my cat that just had some allergy scabs on her neck. My others cats neutering was that same price how does that make sense? Unprofessional, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable. I also was waiting for my appointment for 25 min waiting outside the door while it’s windy with my cat. Very unhappy here and still waiting for my refund. I wouldn’t recommend this I’m not the only one that has issues here. I know a lot of people who won’t come here.

I honestly would never recommend this pet clinic because everything is just so much cash. To enter is 70 bucks any vaccine like 100 therefore this pet clinic is a no ;/

I've never been more frustrated or disappointed in my life . I would highly absolutely not recommend this clinic for veterinary care. I had several appts for a very sick cat. Every time I left there with expensive bills , a bags full of things I did not need and no answers. I was there a few days ago for a emergency issue... my pet was experiencing major stomach bloating and abdominal pain . I was told she probably had bladder issues and needed to make a appt in the coming week for an X-ray. So she went home in the same exact condition, with nothing to alleviate her pain . I have since made an appt To see a new vet , enough is enough. But i called to get my bloodwork i had done over the weekend since it's been twice as long as they said it wouldn't be. When i called i was told their lab box was stolen and they lost her blood work. I asked for a refund and was told they would get back to me. I had to call 5x throughout the day and basically harass them to get my money back for a service I didn’t . Meanwhile my cat is doing very poorly, much much worse. because they failed to be able to provide answers or treatment . I hope no one else has to go through the frustration I did with this place.

This clinic is a disgrace to the veterinary profession. They swindle their clients into paying more than they're supposed. From my experience, they were rough with my dog, not descriptive as to why they charged us on certain items/services, and frankly, rude. Never AGAIN!!! Do not bring your beloved pet here for your own pocket's sake and your own pet's sake.

I’m so disappointed with the service I received here. Number one they were not thorough with explaining the services they did on my dog. The girl just ran down the list and $340 later I still had no clue what they did. I brought the dog for a booster shot and sore paw. They did ear treatments that were just done two weeks ago. They did blood work which was also done two weeks ago. They took it upon themselves to do a physical exam also which again was just done two weeks ago. And the absolute worst part about it is they had ALL the records from the vet we saw two weeks ago. To further the terrible experience when I got home the meds they gave the dog were expired. Still not even sure what the meds are for. So now we’re out $340 and my dog still has a sore paw !! They told me to let her rest and bring her back in a week. Gee thanks. I will definitely never ever go back there. It’s more convenient to where I live than my regular vet. But not worth the convenience at all !! I’ll be making a 45 minute trip to my regular vet from now on.

The vet literally brought me to tears because of how insensitive she was about me not being able to buy an almost $60 bag of Blue Buffalo. There is no need to express lack of humanity to those who are experiencing financial hardships. I was able to find a cheaper alternative at Petsmart for my cat's urinary problems. Don't tell me my cat is basically going to die otherwise. Have a heart and some professionalism. Thank you Also, consulting the owner on what you plan on doing is a good idea. I don't appreciate my cat being pinned down and stuck with needles by suprise...

The fees were much lower than other clinics but, as is said, “you get what you pay for.”. The female Vet was rude and condescending. I am told the male Vet is better but I was so turned off by experience that I will not return.
