Great place to take your pets,the Vet and the staff are very professional.

ELAH took excellent care of my dog. Treated an acute infection accurately, professionally, very friendly staff. We weren't even established clients- it was our first visit and they got us in the same day!

Orion (Chocolate Lab mix with Jack Russell) and Luna (Pitbull mix with Husky) always walk in nervous but once they meet their vet they love to show off their new tricks and love getting pet! They do very good with the puppies. They are also very patient and explain everything to mom and dad thoroughly.

Very friendly and very helpful! Bring your pets to the people who care. Cant recommend them enough! A+++

Such friendly and professional staff! They make you feel very comfortable and take great care of your pet. They also will call you if there is a cancellation and get you in way sooner, which helped me out a ton. Totally recommend them!

The vet was able to answer every question that we asked about Kona and I did not feel rushed at all throughout the entire appointment. They made Kona feel comfortable in the environment and he was able to have his needs met. Thank you!

East Longmeadow Animal Hospital takes care of my rescue pup like the four-legged member of the family that we see him as. The pup is a very anxious half boxer half labrador which came out of a bad situation and is very anxious around people. He went into his appointment and seemed right at home, he was happy and he knew he was among people he could let his guard down around.

Besides giving me the winning Powerball ticket, the humans at East Longmeadow Animal Hospital couldn't improve on your stellar customer service... Maybe a latte and pastry cart for the pet owners and free chewees for dogs in the parking lot? Whenever there is achannge at ELAH, it generally results in an improvement indeed!

I started going to ELAH this year with my two rescue cats. The whole company has treated us all so well. Getting an appt is easy thru their app. They break down all the lines on the bill, what can be expected (if an emergency visit). The techs come out to the car to get a run down of why you requested the visit, and transported the cats in and out of the building. Everyone I have encountered so far has been so nice. I like the care both my cats have received. All my questions and concerns have been answered. I'm so happy that I have found this vet !!

I just want to say how incredibly amazing and caring this clinic is. Due to covid, vet appts have been VERY few and far between to find. Everywhere i looked I was told it would be months upon months or told to just go wait at the ER or just given attitude really. I called this place and they were nothing short of amazing. I was able to set up appointments as a new patient for both of my dogs within the month! To make things even better, while waiting a few weeks for the appt, my dog had a bad flare up with her allergies and needed to be seen ASAP. TO no surprise, i was able to be squeezed in with this place and the treatment they gave my dog was just incredible. My dog gets very scared at the vet and it can be stressful and traumatizing but this was the best i've seen her at the vet! They made us feel like we were the only dog/owner in the building. We felt heard. Cannot wait to go back and look forward to bringing all of my pets here for the future! Great great place! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this vet for only 2 months. My dog is 14 yrs old. He is my life, I would do anything to keep him alive. Last friday 8/27 . I got the worst news. All the staff was so amazing. Shane was so helpful,nice,and honest also made me feel so good that my love of my life was in his hands.My jack jack is in heart failure, then Tuesday I got the call he has a tumor on this lungs. East longmeadow animal hospital has the ???? for animals. A little high priced but its worth it to me.

Walked in to this establishment with multiple nurses/receptionists not properly wearing their masks.They seem to have forgetten we are still in a pandemic. :(

They took my puppy in without an appointment when he was sick and the whole staff was so nice and professional and they got our little guy back on his feet ...

Truly, I wish that I had more friends so that I could recommend East Longmeadow Animal Hospital to more people. We love them. Our three-year old kitties have been cared for by Dr. Rothbart since they were babies. One of our girls is an easy patient, only requiring the typical annual exam and vaccinations. The other has extremely severe allergies, chronic ear infections, and even needed surgeries to correct luxating patellas in both knees. That said, it has been exceptionally important for us to have a strong relationship with our vet, and Dr. Rothbart and the rest of the team always go above and beyond. She constantly puts us at ease (something that is not always easy to do when your pet has such demanding medical needs), communicates with us and specialty vets, and strives to find just the right treatment plan for our unique kitty. The entire team shows us visit after visit that they are as devoted to our pets' care as we are, which, really, is the most important testimony. Thank you, ELAH! We would be lost without you.

I've been going here for years and my cats have always been treated with care and respect.

They were very efficient on getting back to me and very honest I had a good experience with them.

I'm so impressed with this practice. They have cared for 2 of my kitties, one of whom had to be put down and did so with care and compassion. My other one has early kidney disease and Dr. Maus is managing this with incredible thoroughness, recommendations, and follow up.

Allison went beyond for me with microchip for my dog excellent service and everyone there are very polite highly recommended again thank you Allison and everyone Jazzie and Jacqueline

We have had nothing but great experiences with East Longmeadow Animal Hospital, both Vets and Staff. There have been a number of times we needed to get one of our girls in to the office more quickly (one of our felines has allergies!) and they have always been able to fit us in and get her allergies under control. We now have a new family member and we will be having all her care done at East Longmeadow also. Great group of people!!

My two dogs receive great care at a great price. They are very accommodating for urgent care needs and last minute appointments.

One of the best experiences ever. As a first time cat owner, she answered all of our questions, concerns. Advised us on how to provide our pet with a healthy future especially during his first year. Called Papacito an angel! Can't wait til we go back , cause i know theyll definitely take care of my baby. We just got another kitten a couple months older than him , he's only got 85% vision is his one eye, and missing his other. I can't wait for them to meet Montero and ensure that we give him a healthy life too!
