Only went here out of necessity. The prices here are absolutely ridiculous for everything. 1200-1600 for a spay? That's insane. The vet who did it for 250 said unless they are putting in gold stitches or using gold instruments, they're definitely ripping people off.

Not very happy with the service I bought my puppy in for a check up on her cherry eyes and see if they do the operation which was charge and gave me a quote for the operation waited one month and now they tell me that the person did the cherry eye operation there doesn’t do it anymore told me that a manager will call me for four days nobody got back to me at all call In today December 29th And was told that they are sorry for my inconvenience.

took my 4 months old puppy for her first hair, they did a poor job i could’ve done it myself her hair is so uneven. left her at 10:25 they called me at 4 to pick her up. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Took both of my cats for shots and grooming. One had a lion cut and when I picked him up he had 3 cuts in his side. Noone told me and I was heart broken that they hurt my baby and didn't tell me. He was bleeding. I put a&d ointment on it and called the clinic to report it. I felt he was abused. Manager said he would look into it and apologized.

Payment reciepts should be provided to All pet owners. Timely pet service is essential.

The 4 stars are for veterinary care. The front office on the other hand lacks communication skills.

I have been bringing my dog Reba to the Neponset Animal hospital for several months. I rescued her in January and after a month or so I knew that she needed some social and playtime with other dogs. It was the best thing that I could have done for Reba. When I pull down the street she gets up and starts getting excited because she knows where she is going and by the time we pull in to the parking lot her tail is going in circles she’s so excited. Every single person on the staff could not be sweeter and more professional. When I’m waiting for them to come out to get her I see the staff greeting other pets all with the same happy greeting. I am so thankful for the love that they show Reba and she is madly in love with them. She has also had grooming, check ups, dental care and I bordered her as well for a few nights. I have 2 jobs and a crazy schedule and to know that I’m bringing her to a place that she is so happy and well taken care of gives me a great deal of peace. I have been meaning to write a review about the staff at Neponset for a long time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Did not like it. I was very unsatisfying with my dog grooming. They do not know how to style hair according to the dog breed. They give all the dogs the same hair cut. I usually take my dog to a real professional groomers. But,they were all booked up. And they are charging the same amount like a professional grooming which is stupid. I would not go there again.

My cat has been coming here for over 7 years. She gets her lion clip every six months by Normajean. She’s not an easy cat but Normajean gets the job done!

Neponset has made me and my family as well as others very welcome and taken care of. The staff is very kind and understanding and do everything they can to keep everyone’s pet happy and healthy. i’ve never had a bad experience with this amazing team. if you want to feel taken care of and appreciated go to neponset !!!!

I made an appointment for my cat to get a haircut(which is where she has gotten a haircut for the last 3 years) and she came home $80.00 later with a wash and blow out When I called to inquiry what happened, I was told that they had implemented a a new policy which states that the cats hair had to be a certain length Never once was I told this when I booked the appointment for her haircut. Completely disappointed

I have had an amazing experience every time I go into this office! The staff is so caring and welcome and ran by a great manager who goes above and beyond to help me when in need of appointments! Definitely recommended !!

New to the area and needed a last minute vet visit for my dog. I had called over 4 different clinics Neponset was the only one willing to take on a new clients. The gentlemen who helped me was super nice he got me in right away! Dr.Henry was so pleasant she even came outside to talk to me. I am very pleased with the service. I’ll be keeping them as my primary!

Horrible service, general manager has nasty attitude and refusing to admit his staff do not know policies and procedures. Continual mixed messages and no one knows what they are doing. Spent a lot here and when they are called out for doing things incorrectly they cannot handle it. They can never keep staff and I was warned not to come here and now I know why. This is why I stick with the best in Dorchester and this place is not it. Look at the continual reviews below. They speak for themselves. Horrible DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love this place! I bought my dog here and the doctors and staff members were the SWEETEST! They made my dog feel calm and comfortable. I will definitely will be coming back to this place in the future.

My dog Stanley was treated their when he was feeling very painful. Dr. Kendrick gave him a head to toe physical and knew exactly what was going on and recommended a joint care supplement. Stanley has been doing amazing since and I will definitely be back here for regular care here.

My girlfriend and I are establishing care for our pet as we are new to the area and we love this place…We never leave disappointed and most importantly, our dog loves the staff as they are very friendly. I know my pet is in good hands.
