We Have been taking our granddog here for 5 years. The M.D. and staff are knowledgeable, wonderful and accommodating.They also offer grooming!I would highly recommend this animal hospital.

Went to our first appointment today and was blown away by the care of the staff and Doctor here. They handled my very anxious dog gently and were so kind. The doctor went over everything with me in great detail which I appreciated so much. I'm so happy to have found this hospital and will be recommending this place to my friends and family!

Called in with an emergency, They took us in an hour later, they were super friendly an professional!! Price was very reasonable they Didn't take advantage of the situation. Would definitely recommend as emergency and as a routine vet!!

As a new Dedham resident, was in search for a local vet for my 13 year old Snowshoe cat. That went on hold when pandemic hit and once things were opening back up, contacted three different local vets with no success of getting a new patient appt for my cat until I called Animed. 4th time proved to be a charm. I was warmly greeted by the vet techs at check in, the visit was efficient, no wait, and I was allowed to be with my scared cat in exam room with a mask on when most practices are making owners sit in car even when the pets have to be put down. I am so glad I found this practice. Dr. Salter is an old- school, no nonsense Veterinarian who isn’t interested in nickel and diming you and very fair with prices. Happy to say Animed is now my regular vet.

Dr. Salter has been our vet for years he and his amazing team took care of my beloved Mijo and Juno for years till we had to put Mijo down last December one month shy of his 18th birthday. He gives the best advice and tells it to you straight. His team is also very loving and kind even though Mijo was not the best patient he was extremely feisty but they did great handling him. They were very helpful, kind and thoughtful when I had to make the decision to put Mijo down and did an amazing job with the cremation. I was very impressed with the care and thought that went into it. I highly recommend Animed Per Hospital not only they are the best but the prices are very reasonable. Juno will continue to be a patient and so will any other pet we have.

I have been bringing my 10 yr old rottweiler here since he was a yr old. The staff are very friendly and passionate about there work. The Dr there is the best

We had our dog Bane neutered almost two weeks ago at Animed after being on a several-month-long waitlist at another local vet (we are still waiting...). We called Animed to see what their surgery schedule was like, and they scheduled us for the following Wednesday. We knew it was a risk going to a new vet for this procedure, but felt confident after all of the positive reviews we read here. I’m happy to say that we have no regrets! Bane’s surgery went really well, and we just got a really good vibe from the staff at Animed from the second we walked through the door the day of the neuter. The office is clean and professional, and it’s easy to get to by car. The vet tech with short, bright red hair (I am sorry that we didn’t catch her name) was amazing, and we felt completely at ease leaving Bane with her that day. We will definitely be switching to Animed for Bane’s ongoing care.

I was going to a vet before here and a friend told me about hers so I figured why not try it. The best decision I ever made. I have a French bulldog who just turned one and was having skin allergies. Long story short they are so much better they gave him the right medicine and are so sweet to him. At my previous vet they weren’t that nice the guy was so mean. He still had a stitch in him 6 months after having his surgery and I wanted them to check it out for me and they went to lay him on his side and he got scared so the dr was like it’s okay let’s stand him up instead. And that was just so sweet and caring to me. My previous place was so rough with him and I’m just grateful to have found a place so welcoming and caring! I couldn’t recommend them more.

I went to this clinic for a second opinion regarding a procedure for my dog. They were very nice and honest and gave us the best course to follow in agreement with the previous vet. Recommend!!

Dr. Salter is a great Veterinarian and diagnostician. Prices are reasonable. They truly love your animals.

Very expensive office visit rate. Techs are wonderful, vet is kinda crabby, pushy, and set in his ways.
