Great practice!! Thorough, professional, patient and caring…. Dr. Solomon and Lori were terrific and took time to explain everything. Most importantly, my dog was made to feel at home in the hands of his new care providers. Happy to know you’re there for him!

I was told they would not renew my cats cd food prescription because my two cats last annual review was 13 months ago! The cd food is for a life urinary infection requirement! And they are both indoor cats. My last cat who died at 20 years old I was told why it was so sick! Never again with these horrible people! In addition they won’t pick up the phone!!!

they used to be excellent but top staff have taken a back seat. They are cavalier with responses quick to dismiss our questions and concerns... pandemic doesn’t mean compassion is sent to back burner...look else where

I have had numerous experiences with Baystate and will have many more. All the staff are extremely nice and very compassionate. The vets are very knowledgeable in all areas. I am happy to have Found Baystate and I would highly recommend them.

Bay State Animal Clinic is great! They have been a vet to my two dogs for 17 years. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff always appears happy to see my dog come in!

They took great care of our dog while he was alive, and were kind and compassionate at the end when we had to put him to sleep. The staff is friendly and competent. I always felt they liked my dog and the vets are very knowledgeable.

I also appreciate that they don't guilt or pressure you into paying for expensive treatments, but offer more affordable solutions or options when appropriate. Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my pets to Bay State Animal Clinic for years, they are always caring, kind and reasonable in their assessments. My dog is very difficult, he bites and it takes 3 techs to hold him down for a blood test; he is 9lbs. The vets and techs at Bay State treat him with the utmost respect and consideration. I have been to other vet practices in my area and of all, would highly recommend Bay State Animal Clinic.

These guys used to be amazing.... I originally came to them after extreme disappointment with my previous vet (when my Labrador was but a pup) Borash Vet clinic. He was awful and the vet that welcomed me at bay State was incredible....since then I must admit, it's be constant decline. the latest incidence was a call on my way home to Rhode Island (yes I travel 2 hours each way for them) I was told my pup had tested positive for a tick borne bacterial illness and further testing was NEEDED to discern her status. This was after a $500 annual appt. The cost was merely $85 so I authorized the further testing.... they never called again...with any news. I'm sorry but if you scare me with talk of bacterial illness and then charge me my authorized $85 for further testing, I'm in the very least entitled to a follow up "everythings fine" call.... it's not that much money...but it's worthy of a phone call.... you should be ashamed.

I've been going to this vet for years. I only see Dr Mcnamee for my pet care, but i trust his care and judgement. He's very compassionate when I call with any questions and concerns. Highly knowledgeable and most importantly, my golden nuggets are happy and healthy. My dogs love to greet him at the door and that speaks volumes of him.i would highly recommended this vet clinic for a care you won't get anywhere else.

I am very happy with the medical attention my pet receives at Bay State Animal Clinic. They are thorough, kind and know what they are doing with my yorkie. I have recommended the clinic to others I have such faith in them.

Would not recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone that cares about the well being of their pet. Brought my dog for a toe trimming, and they also cleaned his eyes and ears without me giving consent. He is now completely deaf and they are denying any claim that what they gave him had any effect on him. Dogs don't go completely deaf overnight for no reason. They charged me for it too! Do not go to this Vet Clinic even if it is closer than others.
