Totally awesome they are, Suzanna is so professional and polite, yeah I just picked up prescriptions today,,but now Samantha has a new veterinarian and hospital, thank you so much, peace and God Bless Troy.

Let me start off by saying I noticed my 19 year old cat started to decline right before the holidays. I called my usual vet office the day before Christmas eve hoping to get an apt within a timely manner. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my cat in until Jan 3rd... 10 days later. If that was the case my cat would of passed away by then... I ended up calling North East Vet Hospital and spoke with a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable woman named Kathy. With it being a day before Christmas Eve I knew apts would be tight. She said they were pretty booked up. Placed me on hold and ended up getting me right in that next morning and explained how she really didn't want my family and I to have to wait for my cat to be seen. She really cared about my family and my pets well being. I was really upset about my usual vet not going out of their way to see my sick elderly cat. My cat did have to end up getting put down but lived a great long life. I was devasted but I was comforted I made the call to this office. The doctor and her assistant were great. My pets will be coming here for their regularly apts. Thank you for everything

I totally trust the Northeast Veterinary Hospital. Even the tough situations are handled with care. Great doctors and staff.

Can’t say enough for the kindness bestowed my family and pets. One of my pups is 16 and the responsiveness and compassion is unparalleled. Toughest thing when your pup is 16 and failing. Dr. DePiero is amazing. Highly recommend.

This was only a phone call, not a visit, so I can't give a true review since I've never stepped foot inside of their building. I believe the phone call went smoothly and the person on the other end was helpful.

They stayed open late to see my dog because he was throwing up and now hes doing great. I love this place, I've been going here for 20 years.

Staff was very understanding and patient with me when setting up an appointment to have my cat put to sleep. Highly recommended

I really can't say enough nice things about the clinic . The ladies in the front are awesome, so personable and kind . We are nervous owners of a little Frenchie puppy and they're always so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my cat Tilly here for over a year and they are always so nice in this office. They are gentle with your animal and give helpful information.

I brought my dog, Jojo, for her shots and yearly checkup and when we got there we were told that we did not have an appt for Jojo even though we had an appt card...They knew it was their fault and got Jojo in at the time we were supposed to be seen with a smile on everyone's faces and that's why I love going there!!

Very friendly and professional. They did a great job with my dog even though he can be difficult. Was expecting a much larger bill that I got.

Took my dog here who had a muzzle on its face and the vets were still to scared to do anything for my dog and still charged me almost 100 bucks just for them to be 2 scared to get near my dog because it growled

Had to pick up my Son's dog. They've also treated my dogs and cats in the past.

My sister who has Salem saves animals... Has three beautiful dogs .. she just lost her a 15 year old Chihuahua .. Dr Depiero is one of the best veterinarian doctor .. that I have ever met ..I also have two beautiful dogs that he is been seeing for many years .. I want to thank them .. during this pandemic they made sure they took care of our animals in everybody else's .. Kathy is amazing and so are the rest of the staff .. a truly of the voice of the voiceless .. with all my heart thank you so much Northeast veterinarian the best

Took my kitties her for their annual physical - prices were on par with other vets. Vet was really responsive to questions (over phone due to covid), they explained everything, made great recommendations and included a nail trim. However, when I brought the kittens in for just a nail trim with the technician, I did not expect to pay $60+! My fault for not asking the price before going in, but compared to the $10.00 each I pay elsewhere, I was shocked at their $30 price tag for a nail trim. Won't be bringing them back there for that. Will keep them as my vet though - they were excellent - friendly staff, easy to get an appointment, easy location to get to, and didn't mind answering lots of questions.

I have never wrote a review in my life before but felt beyond compelled to share my experience just in case anyone has any plans on bringing their animal here especially to get euthanized. We recently brought my 17 year old chihuahua in to get put to rest and our experience was appalling. We brought him in for a 10:30am appointment and had to wait over a half an hour before they were not even ready for us. Then, once brought in he had server anxiety and was screeching and trying to jump of the table while we are saying our final goodbyes in the room with him. After speaking with about 10 people about our experience at this vet it was brought to our attention that the way they handled the situation was completely improper. As common practice at other vets in the area and even in other states you are to give the animal a sedative before the final goodbyes so the animal and their humans can have a calm peaceful parting. That option was not even given to us. We were told a sedative would only be necessary if they could not reach a certain area to go through with the euthanasia. As many of you may know putting your animal down is already extremely hard and having their last moments with you and your last moments with them being filled with anxiety and fear is not acceptable. We have another dog and will be removing him from here and transferring him to another local vet. To be specific we delt with a newer doctor that is a female with a thick accent. We were told in the parking lot by other cars that they did not think this doctor should be in this practice as she was unprofessional and unsympathetic towards them and we just so happened to get her as well. I would not recommend this vet to anyone anymore as things have definitely changed over the past few years. (We also called and told a higher up what happened and we are still waiting for a call back almost a week later)

Always on top of the health and welfare of any animal they treat or care for. Keeps you informed of any issues or treatments needed. I trust them with the care of my babies and will continue to have them treated with them.

Very thorough in their care for our pets

They came to my rescue yesterday, my cat got away and the whole team came out and helped me catch him...they went WAY beyond compassionate care. I cannot thank the staff enough. I thought I was going to lose my best friend, but they saved the day. Thank you all so much. XX I have always taken my pets here. Great staff.

The vet techs are remarkably talented and very willing to help. Our dog just had leg surgery there and the veterinarians were wonderful in helping with his recovery.

Been to a few vets, and these guys are as good as it gets. Every single vet is great and they all really care about your pets. The desk staff and the vet techs are all also very helpful, caring, and a pleasure to deal with. If you're in the area, don't look anywhere else!

They are very calm very clean and very attentive to my animals needs and to mine after the place I want to before who mis diagnosed my animal and my animal passed away it's refreshing to be in a place that is making sure that my animals health is of utmost important
