They treated my dog bad! They cut him everywhere and now he doesn’t wanna leave his cage he could barely walk.

Got a bath & brush service done today for my dog by Alyssa Ann D she did nothing but wash and blow dry my dog. Got home to realize she did nothing else. No ear cleaning, sanitary trim, didn’t scissors & shaving pads. Highly disappointed!!! And i’m really annoyed that I tipped her. We won’t be going back there.

Great pet store, I go here from time to time, but it always fulfill all my pet needs regarding my two dogs One of my dogs tried to steal a mammoth bone bigger than him from the shelf ????

I buy all my Boxer dogs regular and prescription food here. Petsmart now let's me buy online and pick it up at the store for no charge. Plus they allow customers to get the discount price from their online site. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because they are not always stocked with my dogs food and it can be empty for weeks, so that I have to buy at another location or store.

I loved my visit to PetSmart, it was very well received. The service was wonderful. I loved it at all.

I love these stores. The staff was friendly and helped us with answers to a couple of questions. They didn’t have what we wanted but explained a couple other stores that may have it. The store was clean. The parking lot was a little gross but hey what can ya do. Four stars because they didn’t have what I went in for.

I have to say that I am really disappointed in what has happened to this store. I am a regular of 6 years and am always friendly with all the staff. Braintree Petsmart used to be a happy shopping experience where I would see happy faces and speak with friendly, knowledgeable petcare. However, this is no longer the case. Now, walking in I am not greeted nor do I get help from any of the petcare staff or one of the Associate leads (lower tier manager) who works in that department. That department has turned into a negative environment, full of mid-20 girls that act like their in junior high. Instead of being helped, I see petcare and the associate lead chatting near the fish wall and them blatantly ignoring and walking away from me. There was a day I was standing around for 30min waiting to be helped, no one ever came. Not liking what I see as a customer and manager of my own company I decided to address the unprofessionalism and unfriendliness of the employees with upper management. Four times I addressed the issue over the course of months, and I still received the same attitude from those 3 individuals. Since I have a lot of pets that require me to be in this section it's not like I can avoid these people (nor should I have to). Last month I asked the Store leader if I could make a formal complaint. Her response to my request was "we'll see"..... I cannot stress how angry this made me as a loyal customer. The store leader 1) refusing to address and fix the problem and 2) deny me a complaint for unprofessionalism explains why nothing has changed. Managers lead by example, as a manager myself I am disgusted with the response and lack of leadership in this store. I know this review is going to be ignored by the Store Leader and wiped under the rug, but I will never refer any family or friends to this location. It is safe to say that I will shop here very infrequently if at all.

I enjoy getting my fish from this location. While sometimes there isn't a lot of fish in stock the employees are knowledgeable about fish and compatibility for tanks.

My son has all ways had good experience with his dog ???? there and all ways express is happiness with a nice tip i encourage others to do the same

We absolutely love taking our Pomeranian to see Destiny for all our grooming needs! She was the very first person to groom our pup, Lucy, and she has always been so patient, kind, and helpful! At the end of every service, she always shares how the session went, and has shared several fantastic suggestions and tips for at-home care! I would recommend her over and over again. She does such a beautiful job. Our girl is always smiling big when we pick her up!

Didn't have what I was looking for my betta fish tank

I had my pup's nails cut there and there were loving and gentle with her. I take her there regularly. Very nice people.

Saw a cool lizard sleeping great visit, the animals here are well taken care of from their appearances and all the employees seem to care about the animals their responsibilie for.

What's not to like well stocked. Quality products and ease of finding what you need. The only problem encountered was lack of cash register help. Had to wait a while to check out.

Found a perfect dog bed. One that my dog will not try to chew. This PetSmart has a Vet! They have a pet training program there aa well. You can also get a dog wash. They also have fish, and small reptiles. Supplies for Dog, cats, and fish

Do not use Sheri for grooming. My dog came home with severe blade scratches all over his face. This after I told her that I was comfortable with her not doing the face!
