Love BVC! Fantastic care, reasonable pricing, and amazing staff. Dr. DeCosmo is incredibly kind and compassionate and has been wonderful handling both of my cats. Also shout out the staff for being so understanding when my cat had a bathroom accident in his crate on the way to his appointment and made quite the stinky mess. They got me in an exam room as soon as I arrived so the mess could be dealt with. Definitely reccomended!

I brought my lab/hound mix for a checkup. He is 2 and does not do well at the vet. Everyone at the office was extremely helpful and kind. From the young lady at the reception desk to the vet tech and the doctor I felt like my dog and I were their priority. I appreciate their patience and I will tell everyone to go to this office! I like the size of the exam rooms and how clean this facility is. The staff is professional and easy to share any concerns you may have. I didn't walk out scratching my head like have in the past with other places. I highly recommend Braintree Vet they make it a smooth process and always explain cost before they do anything..

The doctors and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean.

They're unprofessional. The assistants don't listen to you when you need to have meds ready. There lake of communication skills or lack thereof across the board. They have too many clients's not enough time to speak to the owners. Not enough vet. For the building in the entire building! The staff is rude!

Very caring! They noticed that my cat had an issue in her eye that I never noticed before and it may have saved her life! They were calm, courteous and informative when I was frightened and they pointed me down the right treatment path. Clover (my cat) and I will be forever grateful.

I transferred my care of my pets to this place, it's clean well-lit the exam rooms are huge, the vet the text the front desk everyone so happy so welcoming I'm going to continue going forward but having them as my veterinarian care for my pets

After a horrible and expensive experience at the VCA in Weymouth. The Veterinarian and staff at Braintree Veterinary Care were a much welcomed experience. They were friendly, took time to explain everything to me and made the effort to keep the cost down. Love Braintree Veterinary Care and so does my puppy, Stella!

I have a terrier mix I adopted from Arkansas and brought her there because of what seemed to be an ear infection. The staff was very helpful and nice. The building was very clean. Everything was explained to me and I walked out with all the medication I needed. The price for the visit was reasonable and everything else I guess is what to be expected from blood test and medication. Will bring her back again and would recommend.

New to Braintree, I brought my Sally for her yearly shots. Everyone was super nice. The location was easy to get to with ample parking. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The vet and assistant were great with my old girl and eager to answer any question. The day after, I received a follow up call to make sure my kitty was fine after her shots. Great crew.. I look forward to coming back.

Have always gone to VCA but they have gotten insanely expensive and we can never get an appointment less than 3-4 weeks out Called Braintree Vet and got an appointment the same day for my dog that had ear issues Super nice Doctor and Vet Tech took great care of my pal! My new Vet for sure!

The nurse and doctor I have seen so far seem to have tons of experience, and truly know what they're talking about. It's extremely comforting to have such an experienced veterinarian doctor speak with you about your pet. The prices are very reasonable (an office visit/exam is $62), and you even get $25 off your first visit. I'm really happy with this place, especially when I compare it with experiences I've had with other vets. It's also great that they actually let you in with your pet even with the COVID guidelines (it was really disheartening to drop my cat off at my previous vet because they didn't allow anyone else inside the building). Okay one small complaint: the nurses freely whisper about you when they pass each other. Rude

Awesome experience! My dog was very nervous and they took very good care of him and made us feel better about the whole experience too. And the prices are not ridiculously high as well! Very warm inviting building inside and out!

Very nice place to bring your pet

This place is the only animal hospital that my cat has let trim her claws. This, in my mind, means my cat got good vibes from the staff and she trusted them enough to let the tech cut her claws. Animals are a good judge of character. Oh, they also have reasonable prices.

My Black Lab, Amy was greeted as if the help owned her. The Doctor and the assistant were very attentive. She was there for a pre-spaying visit and a shot. The following day I was really impressed with a follow-up call to see how she was doing. The clinic was very modern great place to bring a pet.

Dr. Lussier and The team at braintree veterinary care are awesome! They handle all situations very professionally and look out for the welfare of your pet! My dog gets nervous at the vet and I am anxious to go every time but the team here really makes you feel comfortable!

High quality care, really friendly and helpful Vet Techs and really accessible location. But the abundance of air fresheners triggers migraines for me every time I take my pets in. Health care services (human and pet) should strive for cleanliness and healthy environments. The place is SO clean… there is no need for flowery, terrible air fresheners.

Everyone there is pleasant and professional they answer any questions that you may have They are very reasonably priced as well.

Braintree Veterinary Care staff are the best! My cat was diagnosed with diabetes last year and they have worked closely with me to make sure he is feeling his best and that I feel comfortable caring for him at home. My cat is also not the nicest when visiting the vet and staff are always so nice and welcoming despite having a very impolite patient!!

Very impressed with the professional and compassionate staff, the clean and airy environment, and the affordability. They made my anxious pup so comfortable and relaxed with they gentle approach. Percy (the pup) says thank you!
