Dr.Ogden and her wonderful staff had squeezed my little dog Buddha in for an emergency appointment for an infection in his ears and on his paws. Thank Goodness for Dr.Ogden!!! She was sooo nice and soooo thorough! We didn't feel like she was rushing at all!!! She was recommended to me by Dr.Cornejo at Tuft's in N.Grafton and boy did she have it right!! My little guy is already feeling much better! Thank You Dr.Ogden, Kaley and staff❣????❣????❣????❣????❣????❣????

Our cat had to have all his teeth extracted so we wanted to come to a dental vet. Very glad we did. The team is extremely friendly and we have full confidence in their skills and knowledge. Highly recommend.

The facility here is unbelievable, it is gorgeous. And I have no doubt they would have the capability to perform. I even have heard multiple great reviews of them. When I brought my dog in for a consult, I decided to go with my regular vet for the dentist cleaning because I felt the cost of this cleaning was exasperated for the same services and quality. I even felt as though the anesthesia type they were using was worse for my 6lb dog. The doctor cut my visit short because she had other clients. I did not "feel the love" at my consult.

I just called..my vet was 300-500 for a full cleaning and X-Rays.... this place wanted $1300-$1500 for a cleaning...$200 for a consultation....I don't need a consultation..I want it done...just not in the ballpark...

Will update after services, but be warned of a six month waiting list for needed services like root canal. Edit: Saw the vet. Very professional. This place is expensive but you pay for exceptional quality.

I searched long and hard to find a Dental Vet to look at my Ava's oral mass. Dr. Shope was wonderful to us, giving a very clear explanation of possible surgery, care, cost, outcome. She could not have been kinder, I think she might be an angel underneath her labcoat.

Excellent dental care and helpful staff. Worth the extra money for our senior dogs to have a safe anesthesia experience.

This dental specialty practice is the only vet office in Massachusetts that would even consider helping my dog with her gum overgrowth, cracked tooth and mass removal. She has a heart arrhythmia and is a senior rescue pittie who wasn’t taken care of for most of her life until my husband and I adopted her. When we tried to get her dental care, Angell couldn’t help, and had 6 month long waiting lists for appointments. And her regular vet couldn’t help because she lacked the expertise and equipment. She referred me to VDS on a whim hoping they could help, and I waited 3 months to get an appointment. But, it was worth the wait and price if you can afford it, 100%. My dog had every issue taken care of in one day, I had a ton of communication about the procedure and how she was doing. Dr Clayton and Dr Shope are fantastic, shout out to Mandy and Sydney for being great vet techs. My sweet, senior rescue pitbull now has the dental care she always deserved ????

Given the Covid accomodations I still feel we were taken care of in the best way they knew how. Every single person I interacted with was great from the person in the front all the way to the Dr.

My dog came out of her appointment smiling like she went to daycare instead of a doctors appointment. Great experience, worth every penny!

Vetinary Dental Services were extremely professional and took great care of our pet for their procedures. The prices quotes were very accurate. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The amount of detail provided to us in a take-home folder of our pets procedure was impressive. It really showed the amount of time and detail they took to give the best care to our pet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for and form of dental work for their pet.

Initial surgeries over a year ago relieved this wonderful rescue pug of years of overall pain and eating discomfort. He has had a fine year up to now. Jenn and Dr. Feigin were very sympathetic to my dog's many health issues. He never left Jenn's arms from the time I passed Brutus to her. Intake person listed all the information I gave her correctly, for the record. Dr. Feigin carefully explained Brutus's condition and, wisely, I think, recommended I take care of his seizure issues before considering anesthesia which would accompany any procedures on his mouth, especially since her initial survey showed no major issues. Thanks for giving this dog final years of good life.

Dr. Shope is an incredible dentist! One of my dogs has a heart condition and she took every measure to ensure that my pup would we safe and sound during the procedure. Her teeth are sparkly clean now! They provided me with frequent updates during the procedure, as well as detailed records (before and after, Xrays, notes) of what had been done. Although on the more expensive side, if you can afford it I’d highly recommend this place because they provide peace of mind by being AAHA accredited and highly communicative.

There words: Pet Parents Lounge. This place was great. Its the little things here in addition to the amazing, knowledgeable staff. Lil pup in for all day surgery. Drove from Boston and we were able to relax in the little room away from the main lobby with a desk (still able to work remotely while waiting) a couch, chairs, cable tv, keurig etc. Even a cozy blanket! I felt so much at ease in the midst of being so worried about my pup. Dr F checked in with me 4 times with updates. And the extraction went well and my pup is doing great! At discharge we got before and after photos, a flash drive with the x-rays, meds, information printouts and all our questions answered. My pup was really well taken care of and the place and staff are really really terrific and kind. I always wish ppl put what they paid in these reviews, i feel like it'd be so helpful so i will. Obvy what you need will vary but my pup needed LOTS of extractions and cleaning. He's a 12 yo 19lb mix. The initial lab work/exam was i thinkkkk somewhere around 400-450(vs my normal vet was $250). Yea its a lot. I know. But worth it. Then i was scheduled 3 months out for the surgery (busy place). But these folks are pros and we had special issues our normal vet couldn't handle. Small dog, small jaw, bottom canines removed. Often pups' jaws get broken without a vet dental specialist during that procedure) and they initially quoted me something like $3050-$3800. YIKES. My cost ended up $3150 as everything went great, no problems. Again, that all depends. It was just my experience, cost wise. But honestly at the end of the day ill pay for the peace of mind to know that they do an excellent and thorough job there and my pup was more likely to have the best possible outcome, plus I got xrays and pictures and a 3-4 week follow up w the vet at no additional cost. So while this can def break the bank, for me it was well well well worth it. Esp if you have to get it done anyway. Many thanks to Nikki and Dr. F.

Excellent veterinary doctors and assistants. A bit out of the way from greater boston, but worth it when your kitty kid needs tricky dental surgery. Friendly and professional with a comfortable waiting den-ish room off the main waiting lounge area when you want to stay through the surgical hours. Parking is right out front with many spaces. Very expensive though.

My dog required a pretty intense surgery -- removal of the front of his lower jaw due to an aggressive oral mass. As you can imagine, hearing that news was disturbing and shocking, but the team at VDS did everything to help us understand what needed to be done and supported us along the way. The team was extremely friendly and made me feel as if they'd known my dog since he was a puppy. Any question I had they took seriously and I felt like my concerns were all addressed. The healing process had a minor, relatively normal complication and the team was super generous with cost related to that and after that procedure the healing process was amazingly quick. My dog is back to his regular self-- eating kibble, picking up and chewing/destroying his toys and even can still play tug and catch balls. For anyone needing to have a mandibulectomy on their dog, I can confidently recommend VDS, they were amazing!

I cannot say enough about Veterinary Dental Services. The team there is "top notch" - the Ivy League of dental services. I brought our newly adopted senior Shih Tzu Zorro to this practice in June at the suggestion of my vet based on xrays of his mouth. Unbeknownst to the rescue where we adopted Zorro from, this poor pup had had teeth extracted by a "vet dentist" in Texas who had noted teeth removal that still had roots intact and exposed pulp. In addition, our little guy had a cracked jaw...ouch. The team at Veterinary Dental Services extracted all the teeth they could while avoiding those near his cracked jaw which they felt was starting to heal on it's own. Zorro's second and final surgery in Oct to remove remaining teeth has turned this senior dog we adopted in May into the happiest and spunkiest 11 yo Shih Tzu you will ever meet! He is now playing with toys and starting to run on our walks. Veterinary Dental Services has given our sweet pup his health and happiness back. We will remain forever grateful to this wonderful practice!
