We have been going for years with our cats. Dr. Bleck is great and we have always been treated well.

Absolutely disgusted I have to post this review, but Family Friends turned away a long time client due to "not bringing our pet there since 2017". We've been clients of theirs since roughly 2009 and have brought all of our animals there (2 dogs, multiple cats). Our current cat needed emergency surgery to clear his urethra of crystals so he was taken to the emergency room in Westford due to it being a Sunday. The cat was in the ER for 3 days and came home on Wednesday 10/13. The cat has not eaten since and we're extremely concerned. When we told this to Family Friends, our "trusted" vet of the last 12 years, they turned us away because of "Lack of business". While I understand businesses can do as they wish with their clients, ask yourself this...do you really want to use a vet that would turn away a sick family member due to lack of business? More than happy to speak about this with Dr. Bleck or Dr. Bagelman and possibly remove the review, but they have no interest in working with us and frankly, sounds like they have no problem letting the cat die. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone interested in the health of their pet.

Spends all the time needed to explain findings. Reasonable rates and Dr Bagelman really cares about your pet.

You will not find a better place for your pet. I started at FFVH with my Rottweiler who didn't like having her nails done. We had been kicked out of the clinic in our town as the staff and vet would get very stressed trying to hold her limb still (she was very strong) to clip. A colleague recommended FFVH so we took a chance and drove a few towns over. Talk about night and day!! No fuss, no stress!! That was 2006 and we have been seeing Drs Bleck and Baigelman ever since. With my fostering and rescuing seniors, FFVH has cared for 8 dogs in these 13 years. I highly recommend Family Friends!

Dr. Bleck is fantastic! You can tell he cares and treats both animals and owners with dignity, compassion and respect. He is reasonably priced and easy to talk to about everything. We journeyed with him for most of our precious dog's 16 1/2 year life (I cannot say the same review for another vet we tried, when our boy was a pup). When we had to say goodbye to our beloved boy, Dr Bleck again compassionately helped us let go much like a member of the family. I have nothing but love and gratitude toward Dr Bleck and his staff! Thank you!

They are so good with my dogs! We've been coming here for around 20 years. Everyone, from the vets, to the vet assistants, to the kennel staff know me, know my dogs, and treat us with respect and provide top notch veterinary care. My dogs love to go to the vet, get all happy and excited when I pull into the driveway.

Best place ever. I have been taking my dogs there for years. Dr Bleck and his staff are the kindest most caring group I have ever experienced. They all care for your pet like it was their own. I have also boarded my dogs at their kennel and they receive excellent care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

4 dogs and 5 cats have been or are in Family Friends care for the last 15+ years. Dr Bleck is a gem. Knowledge, easy to understand and loves animals. The staff is caring and friendly. We had to put one of our dogs to sleep and Dr Bleck and Sean put him on a blanket and sat on the floor with us until we were ready. Their patience and understand is bar none. We’ve had check ups, stitches, surgery. All taken care of it an excellent manner. Highly recommend.

These guys take care of our babies so well. Their vet services are top notch with a great boarding program also. They always make sure our anxious dog is right at home.

Great caring vets. Some of the staff like animals better than people so customer service can be lacking at times, but excellent pet care.
