Pampered Paws Pet Salon Bourne, Massachusetts

I took my stinky black lab Cooper here on December 23rd, before heading to see family for Christmas. What a great place! Clean, spacious and extremely friendly staff made for a great experience. He did so well and captured the hearts of the staff. I may be biased but he's such a handsome dog they wanted pictures of him for social media so keep an eye on their website for photos of my boy. I will be going back here whenever he's in need of a bath. The $20 was well worth it to save having to vacuum hair off the walls of our bathroom. Definitely recommend Pampered Paws ????????

Our goldendoodle Libby just got the best grooming at Pampered Paws! She’s been getting compliments all over town! Even her daycare wondered where she got groomed because they said they’ve never seen a goldendoodle look so good! Highly recommend!

As new dog owners we were super nervous bringing our puppy for his first grooming. Marybeth put us at ease and Amos had a great experience. Amos is now 11 months old and we'd never consider another groomer. The quality of the grooming is great; Amos always looks so handsome and smells wonderful after his grooming. Great communication and service! We like that dogs are allowed to socialize and not crated unless necessary. Highly recommend!

Have tried various groomers around cape and haven’t been 100% happy with any of them until yesterday when we picked my dog up from Pampered Paws- he looks amazing and so did the other dogs! They are great at accommodating older dogs with special needs/accommodations and made my family and I feel very comfortable leaving my dog there! Thank you!

We were having an awful time with our local groomer near Worcester Ma. She even suggested shaving our Samoyed!!! This is so unheard of, so we called our breeder. She introduced us to Pampered Paws and we will never look back! The drive was about 1.5 hours one way and it was worth EVERY. MILE. Marybeth was so responsive to email and call. She gave us an appointment within two day’s of our inquiry and was very professional. She clearly has a deep love for animals. She has so many tips and advice that we are so grateful for. Our puppy Harvey has never looked better!! He was so happy there. They are cage free! Harvey literally pranced to the car when he was done. We can’t wait to become her regulars!

If you don't bring your dog to see Marybeth and Mercedes then you don't truly love your dog. I've been to a number of grooming salons Petco, Petsmart, and other local businesses in the past, but for reasons ranging from both physical and verbal mistreatment I refused to go back. Then I found Marybeth over 5 years ago and I haven't looked back! She is loving and knowledgeable about grooming and concerns she may come across while grooming (i.e. skin issues, etc). She's goes above and beyond and I know my dogs are safe in her care. Her salon is welcoming, as are her pooches and their "secretary" Lulu. Her salon is clean and the dog's are beautifully groomed and accessorized with seasonal bandanas, bows, and ties. I've told many of my friends about Pampered Paws and they have had nothing but phenomenal experiences. You should bring your dog to see her too!

Mary Beth and her staff are the best groomers by far. I have brought Violet to a few groomers an never had her smell so clean an her nails trimmed down so good. They leave water out for the dogs an Violet never had that before also all the dogs are not locked in cages the whole time. It's so clean an smells so clean. I've seen her in action with other dogs an you can tell she loves her job. I can't say enough great things about Pampered Paws staff. I will never go any where else.

Marybeth is extremely talented at what she does. She is caring and calm with both of my anxious pups. They always come home looking amazing and smelling delightful. She will even squeeze me in at the last minute. She goes above and beyond and speaks beautiful dog language. My overly nervous pups calm right down when she greets them. Thanks, Marybeth! LS

Marybeth is pretty surly. When I asked her why my dog was whimpering after being 'pampered' she just shrugged and mumbled something. Feel free to take your dog here if you want him to come out whiny and disgruntled. And my baby never whines. Going to Pooched Paws instead. WOOF

I know this is going to seem biased because she's my sister, but I have watched this business start with just a simple love of animals grow into what it is now. Marybeth is completely dedicated to providing extraordinary service for your animals. A lot of groomers just lock the dogs in cages and are on to the next one; at Pampered Paws, your pet is part of the family for the day. I highly recommend this business, not because I know the owner, but because I know that the owner truly loves animals and will go above and beyond to not only make your pets look amazing, but also make them feel comfortable.

I've been bringing our two German Shepherds to Pampered Paws for over a year and am always super pleased with Marybeth! Our male GSD had skin problems when I first started bringing him and since we go on a regular basis his skin problems have cleared and both dogs coats have never looked better!!! Marybeth not only does a great job with our dogs but you can tell she really cares about all her clients and their fur kids! Super happy with Pampered Paws and recommend highly to others!! :)

Marybeth at Pampered Paws Pet Salon is truly amazing. Today was the second time that my Aussie, Strut was shaved there and not only did Marybeth take him early he was done in an hour, which is no easy task with all his hair, just to avoid him being stressed. She went out of her way to ensure that my old boy was comfortable and I couldn't appreciate her more! Awesome service, great prices and a compassionate, wonderful groomer! Pampered Paws Pet Salon is a top notch facility and I will not bring my pups to anyone else.
