Have been taking my pup here for a few months, and I’ve only had pleasant experiences so far. The staffs here were very caring and ensured that my dog was well taken care of. Appointment times are also flexible within a reasonable time frame, and the cleanliness of all the rooms and equipments is a bonus

I would give this clinic a million stars if I could! Dr. B and her team are incredible. They did everything to make sure my pup was comfortable and calm during her check up, even sitting on the floor with her and giving her lots of treats. They are also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very clearly, calling with test results as soon as they were in and even double checking results with the lab. I never felt rushed asking questions (both in person and on the phone) like I have felt at other places. We highly recommend this clinic for anyone in the Boston area! The level of care, compassion, and attention here is unmatched by anywhere else in my experience.

My 7-month old toller has been going to the Pet's Vet since I got her. I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. B and her entire crew. They genuinely care about the pets that come in and are SO knowledgable. My puppy has had her fair share of illness/mishaps like eating too much sand. Dr. B and her team provide amazing communication, thorough recommendations and follow-up. Really grateful for them! :)

Dr. Buckley is phenomenal!!! Caleb was a bit nervous at first, but she took the time to make him feel at ease and forget he was at the clinic. As you can see, he’s easily bribed with treats and is now obsessed with churus ha! She didn’t have to sit on the floor with him. She didn’t have to take the time to get him to relax. But she did. It’s easy to see that she genuinely cares for animals. The rest of the team is amazing as well! The clinic itself is very clean and tidy, and the room we were in has lots of toys and a diffuser to help calm cats. Nothing but good things to say about The Pet’s Vet North End!!!

It was my first time at the Pet Vet and I’m in love! I have an extremely skittish cat and get mom guilt whenever I have to bring my baby in! Lol the whole experience was so calm, yet to the point! We were immediately brought back to our own calm room with big windows and special pheromones plug-ins! They made my cat feel very at ease and the whole experience went very smoothly. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

I take my dog to see Dr Buckley and her team. They are incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain every decision to me and take extra care that to make sure my dog feels safe and happy to be there. My dog often doesn't want to leave! I have recommended the Pets Vet to multiple people in the area.

I work with them quite frequently as a manager of another local business. All of their staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Everyone I know that brings their pet here has nothing but excellent things to say. Highly recommend

I love Dr Buckley so much!! My dog, Louie loves her and she always makes me feel at ease (I’m a first time pet owner!) The office is so clean and new and I love the exam rooms and how comfortable Louie feels here. He loves the staff and he’s always wagging when we get inside! Louie broke a claw the other day and I called and they got me right in. They even called the next day to check on him! I love the whole team so much I’m so happy I made the choice to take my pup here.

Dr.B and staff are so wonderful! Not only have they been so patient and helpful with all of my new puppy questions, they make the experience for my puppy completely fear free and enjoyable! My little Olive had ear infections they were able to diagnose and treat as well as mysterious itchies that Dr. B put a plan in place for and Olive is doing SO much better with everything now. The team gives me the best advice and recommendations when I need it and I truly couldn't feel more lucky to have such a wonderful vet in my corner. Very thankful Dr. B came to the North End and would HIGHLY recommend The Pets Vet to any pets in the area!

I have been a dog owner of multiple dogs for thirty years and I feel that Dr. Buckley is the best vet I have come across. I have moved around, so I have had several different vets and she stands out. My dog has been suffering for five years with a non life threatening issue and has seen four vets with our moving around. Dr. Buckley was the fifth vet my dog saw and the first vet to take a new approach to the issue. My dog is so much more comfortable and the condition seems to be solved. I cannot thank her enough. Dr. Buckley is smart and caring I highly recommend her practice.

This was my first time taking my dog here, and was impressed at how quickly they were able to fit me in. The vet spent so much time examining my dog and thoroughly explaining everything to me. She also did not push for expensive diagnostic testing or imaging right off the bat like I was expecting, and she seemed happy to try a conservative approach first. Very great experience overall.

I have a few pets and I would trust each of them with Dr.Buckley and her team. When I brought one of my cats who becomes stressed at the vet I was extremely happy to see that he was super calm while at the clinic and when Dr.B and the technician Steph gave him his vaccines he was actually happy because they gave him treats! I appreciate their fear free training and implementation. Also, they gave my dog lots of love and treats! They take the stress out of vet visits :) We all love it there!

Dr Buckley is an angel. I've just switch clinic two months ago to Pet's Vet and I'm so glad I did! My kitten was sick recently and had to be referred to the hospital. Dr Buckly got in touch with me to check on my kitten's update and that was really sweet of her. My kitten is very naughty so I imagine Dr and her staff must have had a hard time "subduing" Ulysse every time but they were always patient. Their office is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They are also super prompt with follow up calls as well when needed.

Dr. B and her team are fantastic. When my dog was visibly having ear pain, and I couldn't get into my regular vet for weeks, I called the Pet Vet and they were able to schedule me the next day. Dr. B was able to quickly determine my dog had a bad ear infection, and prescribe the correct course of action. This week my dog was crying nonstop for two days and when I called in a panic at 6pm one night when the crying got bad, she was able to squeeze me in before they closed for the night. When I ran my dog over for that appointment, one of the vet techs said how worried she was when she heard it was my dog who was having issues. Dr. B and her team are very knowledgeable and always make me feel welcome and heard and take the best care of my bernedoodle. I cant say enough good things.

Murray had the BEST visit!! Dr. Sarah took the time to really talk to us and walk through all the things we needed to know, different options and was totally upfront about cost. I've been to a handful of different vets in Boston and The Pet's Vet is vastly different and unique. They truly care, do rush you out while charging you loads of money, are great people and go above and beyond with everything they do. Murray even left with a resuable goodie bag with a toy and bandana! Its so relieving to have a vet I can rely on with a miscevious curious puppy who gets into trouble. With The Pet's Vet, can swiftly get an appointment verse having to go to a animal hospital because most vets in boston are booked out months in advanced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dr. Sara and her team are wonderful! My dog had a lot of anxiety with going to the vet but she was so distracted with all of the love and treats, she hardly noticed she got shots! They also were fantastic about following up after an unexpected visit for allergies! I'm so glad they've joined the neighborhood!

We met Dr. Sara 4.5 years ago when we got Milo. We have followed her practices and love the care she provides our pup. She is so kind and compassionate, gets on the floor with Milo, and really explains all the details to us ensuring we understand before she leaves the room. We have had a few health scares over the years and wouldn't dream of taking Milo to see anyone else! We love the new space :D

Hands down the best vet in Boston! The clinic is beautiful and welcoming, and Dr. Sara is caring, knowledgable and clearly loves what she does. Can't recommend them enough!

My puppy had the initial consultation in early December and just got his neuter done here. Dr. Buckley and her team are friendly and were really good about answering questions and making sure Leo felt welcomed. I referred a friend and her dog's issues were resolved too.

Dr. Buckley and the whole staff make every visit easy for us and our dog. She's also been wonderful about following up with us as we figure out different treatment options
