They made making an appointment for a covid puppy safe and convenient! Easy to get to from where we live in East Boston. Dr. Wasco answered all of our questions thoughtfully and took time with us and our pup. You call when you get there, chat outside, then they take your pet in. It was efficient.

Everyone, from reception to medical staff, is incredibly friendly and helpful. And when we had an emergency, they grabbed a doctor and vet tech out of a meeting to deal with it.

Great place to take your furry babies. The veterinarians in here have always been kind and gentle with my pets.

We have been using their services for many years and love them. They are really great for the day to day pet services. However, this is just a clinic, so there are times that you will need to use their parent hospital, South Bay Animal Hospital. One good thing is the doctors travel between the two facilities so that you can see the same doctor in either place.

They seem to be quite genuine in their love for animals. Not alarmist and if safe to do so they are willing to try "wait and see" rather than rushing to aggressive intervention.
