Friendly staff and trainers. Boot camp did not provide the training and outcome I would have expected for $4000 plus. Disappointed. :(

Our dog Ashur came out of the Loyal Canines Academy like a new dog, and I mean that in the best way possible. He was always fun loving, but he was so undisciplined with his tunnel vision. We had him trained up pretty well but were really concerned about recalls due to the street we live on. Cars just fly up and down it. We dropped Ashur off while going on a vacation and came back a week later to check in on him to find the same fun loving dog with a whole new attitude. He snaps to when we call his name. He recalls on command, which brings peace of mind. He walks with a new confidence, almost like he knows he's a "good boy" now instead of wild child. Jay and his staff were great to work with. They were accommodating, understanding, careful and kind to our dog. The best part is the follow up with Jay and the team. We reiterated everything we learned weeks after Ashur graduated to see what stuck. Low and behold, Ashur has remained constant. We could not recommend Loyal Canines Academy more. We'll be going back for boarding in the future. Laura and Jake

We love bringing our dog to LCA. We started out at the Beverly location but now go to Peabody. We have used their daycare, training, and boarding services over the last three years. Balanced training was the way to go for our reactive dog and we are grateful to have LCA loving our complicated boy!

This place changed me and and my dog's life. My sweet girl got attacked by my landlord's dog our first weekend together and became increasingly insecure and reactive towards other dogs and people and I was sincerely worried about our quality of life--things were getting hopeless and no other training places would call me back. But then I found Loyal Canines. I called and left a voicemail and the next day the owner called me and was so kind and empathetic and asked me all sorts of questions about me and Bailey, what she had been through, and what I wanted to get help with. He understood my urgency and our plight and made space for us in the 3 week Obedience Bootcamp so Bailey could be trained while I found a new, safe home for Bailey and I. The entire staff has been so friendly and caring, especially Laura, Bailey's trainer. She got Bailey and I both to be so confident and trusting in each other. She even trained us how to be able to be an off-leash family. I never thought Bailey and I would be able to do the things we do together now. We hike on leash and off, we have a daily play pack of 8-10 dogs, I can taker her to restaurants, breweries, stores. They gave us the knowledge and confidence to live happily ever after. Loyal Canine will always be my first choice for training, boarding, and day care.

I sent my youngest English bulldog here for a three week Boot Camp training. She was doing so well with the prong collar that I realized my older English bulldog would need to learn it as well so we had her stay for one week of training. They are completely different dogs now! I can’t recommend this place enough. Our trader Laura in Beverly was absolutely amazing and very excited and passionate about what she does. She is a great trainer! She did such a good job with my dogs. They now both walk together on opposite sides of me and keep up speed. Before, they would not walk at all. It was awful. My dog that stayed for three weeks learned a lot of commands and is much better behaved. My other dog that stayed for one week actually learned a lot and she has much less anxiety. She was very set in her ways and scared of things like slippery floors and now she does not care. I am so happy that I sent them to Loyal Canines!

I adopted Dukey, a standard poodle. He had no training for the 6 months before I got him. He jumped on everyone, knocking us down. He barked constantly and he used to jump over my fence and run out in the street. I thought for sure I was going to watch him get killed by a car... when my family started talking about calling poodle rescue I started looking for trainers. I was moving, and the new yard didn’t have a fence. And I loved Dukey. Loyal canine academy took Dukey into their 3 week boot camp. I was torn, I knew he needed this but didn’t know what to expect. Emily was his trainer, she contacted me constantly about how Dukey was settling in. After only 1 week, I went to the first class and he was a completely different dog. He was obedient, polite and looked like he loved Emily. All my worries ended. When he graduated, Emily assured me that Dukey could go off leash. I didn’t believe her, but one day I decided to try. He was let out, and he started running down my 2 acres. I figured that was it. Then I remembered Emily saying to stay calm so Dukey will think everything is fine. I called him and he came right back and sat in a heel. Just like he was taught...He is the best dog, so well behaved, polite, and off leash in my yard!! Emily is the best and you guys saved my dog from going to poodle rescue. Thanks to everyone who helped Dukey learn how to be a pet...

We have been taking our puppy for a few weeks now and we love it here! The staff are wonderful, the trainer Jay is excellent and our puppy can’t wait to get in the car to go. We have seen an amazing change in her behavior for the better. I would highly recommend loyal canines for your beloved pet!

We have been taking our pup Duke to Loyal Canines for about a year now and we absolutely love it. Every staff member is super friendly and Duke is always happy as a clam when we pick him up. He’s always quite tired when he gets home so we know he had a full day of running around and playing with his friends rather than being stuck in a crate all day. The hours are great and having the option of weekend boarding is useful as well. One of the trainers, Jay, was really helpful when we decided we should use a training collar with Duke. He took the time to make sure we knew how to use it and Duke responds very well to it when needed. If you’re looking for a great, reliable, inexpensive daycare look no further! Loyal Canines is the way to go.

If you want your dogs "taken care of" by drug abusers and taught with bad training, go right ahead.

I have been bringing Star to Loyal Canines in Peabody since the day they opened their doors. She is a rescue and was a bit timid and unpredictable. Since going to Loyal Canines, she has learned to socialize with other dogs, and is much …

We have been bringing our fur baby Jett here for a year. They provide a safe, fun happy place for him to go when we have long work days. It has solved the problems of Jett misbehaving out of boredom while we are out. He is able to run and play with his fur pals all day and get his energy out.
