I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a special needs dog that has received nothing but the kindest, most compassionate care in the hands of the delightful staff here. I have tried other (disappointing) daycares for my pup and find that the care, kindness, communication and thoughtfulness from the staff here really sets North Shore Dog apart from other facilities.

To "North Shore Dog", Thank you so much to the owner and staff that works there. I work with a dog rescue as a foster parent and was in need of boarding for one of my foster dogs. We went with North Shore Dog, because I didn't want our foster to be placed in a kennel all day like other boarding places do, with little to no interaction. The staff here took great care of him as he had so much fun playing and interacting with other dogs and staff members, this I know from what I seen on the live web cames offered. He was able to spend all day with other dogs, learning how to play, interact, and follow a routine schedule offered at this facility. This structure is very good especially for a foster dog who is learning to trust, and become more confident to be adopted. Thank you once again, and you can see how happy you made this sweet guy.

I boarded my dog, Mac there for a whole week during my destination wedding in October. It eased my mind so much that I was able to peak in on him from time to time and see him playing and being taken care of and having so much fun. The staff was so helpful and caring and understanding about my nerves for leaving my baby for such a long (and first) time. Mac had a great time there for daycare and now has a trusty place to board for vacations or emergencies. Thank you North Shore Dog for taking such great care of my Mac!!

Excellent Daycare and Boarding Facilities. Our dogs Tedy and Biscuit just came home from Boarding and they were so happy when they got home, and the Daycare is topnotch. Very happy with Northshore Dog! We highly recommend!

I needed last minute boarding due to my other dog having emergency surgery, and remembered bringing my dog here a couple of years ago, and loving that I could watch her on the webcam. So I called them, for last minute boarding, and Alice went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. Her kindness during my difficult time brought me to tears and restored my faith in humanity. I will never look elsewhere when I need daycare or boarding, and will always refer my friends here. My dog was so happy and comfortable with them, and I am so thankful they could all love her for me while I needed to focus on my other pup. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again NorthShore Dog!

Poodles beware- The groomer didn't do a good leg shape, trim (shave feet) or leave top shape. Needs more training in how to do poodles. Also, overpriced. The rest was great- friendly, service, and dog experience..

The staff at North Shore Dog go above & beyond to make sure every dog is cared for and engaged all day long. You know you will be picking up a tired and happy dog at the end of each day. GGG Great Business, Great Staff, for Great People.

I have had my fair share of bringing my dogs to several daycares in the north shore area and none of them stand a chance against North Shore Dog. North Shore Dog is sanitary, reliable, safe and a fun environment. During COVID I decided it was time to bring my two female dogs to daycare to let out some energy. North Shore was accommodating and I appreciated the fact that the daycare trial and temperament test was done under professional supervision. A very knowledgeable dog trainer was there during my dogs trial period which allowed me to feel at ease because I knew that my dogs would be safe and under the watchful eye of the daycare attendants who knew more than just the basics. North Shore dog has extremely knowledgeable employees who all have have had years of extensive training and experience working with different breeds and size dogs. Not to mention it’s spacious and the live cameras are amazing. I can watch my pups having a great time during their daycare stay. I highly recommend! Seriously cannot say enough good things about NSD!

North Shore Dog is the best! The staff love your dog just like their own. Hannah speaks dog - I swear she is a dog whisperer. I would highly recommend their services.

We’ve been going to North Shore Dog for well over a year now and love everything about it! The staff is friendly, the rooms are massive and clean , and they do a really good job at keeping dogs of similar energy/play styles together. I should also call out that the owner and manager are very communicative. They let you know if today was a good play day, or if your pup wasn’t in the mood to eat lunch. But more importantly than anything said above, they take the time to get to know your pup at a personal level. We love NSD and 5 stars isn’t enough for how awesome this place is.

Tried to bring my dog but they only take reservations and aren't open on Sundays at all? Decided to go to spoiled rotten down the street instead and I've been loving it and they've got a better outdoor area than this Daycare so it worked out in the end! Edit: the owner is saying I've never inquired but I have I called and they said to make a reservation for a trial and that moving forward it would be reservations and no sundays, not sure why the owner is dismissing this.

I’ve been nothing but grateful for North Shore Dog. They handle each dog like their own and know how to care for each individual dog needs. My dog prefers to stay up front with the humans but they still take her for walks for her daily exercise Front desk staff is kind, helpful and responsive I love all their activities and photo shoots

Absolutely love North Shore Dog, they are amazing with my needy Pomeranian. She gets to work at the front desk and “play” with other dogs when she wants to. Alice and Hannah go out of their way to make sure you feel your pup is well taken care of. They do fun activities and photos with the pups. You can tell how much all the dogs enjoy their time at daycare. It’s so nice to see the dogs run into daycare to play.

NS Dog has been wonderful with our pup, Carmen. We have left her at boarding for vacations many a time, and it’s so nice to know she is well taken care of and having a blast! Watching them play on the camera is great, and let’s you be able to check in on your pup from anywhere! We will be bringing all our dogs here going forward!

My 4 year old cockapoo has been getting groomed here his whole life by Kristen! She is the best and really loves my dog and all dogs and animals in general. She does an amazing job grooming him and we go every 6 weeks. My dog really loves Kristen and the rest of the staff too so he doesn’t mind going to get groomed!

I have two very high maintenance Pomeranians. ???? I have been getting my Pomeranians groomed at North Shore Dog in Danvers MA by Krystin for over the past year now. I have never felt comfortable leaving my Poms alone with ANYONE besides my parents until I met Krystin and I felt like I was leaving my boys with family. She is truly the best. I always have no worries leaving my boys with her. She always grooms them exactly how I like it. Besides grooming, my Gus started having seizures in October. She found out through my mom, who also has her two Pomeranians groomed by her. She checked up on him almost every single day after his cluster seizures, until he had his diagnosis of epilepsy. She was truly concerned with what was going on with him and wanted to be updated after every vet visit. Which I found amazing. Have you heard of a groomer that cared about her clients outside of work like that?? When I brought him to get groomed for the first time after he was diagnosed with epilepsy, it was not easy. It was the first time I have left him alone with someone besides myself. She made me feel so comfortable leaving him. She also accommodated him which I absolutely loved. When I walked into the building, he was running around behind the reception desk like he owned the place. I will not take Gus or Enzo to any other person besides Krystin. She truly loves the dogs and cares so much for them even outside of work. Attached (if it worked) are pictured of my boys <3

This is the only place I would EVER consider bringing my dog for grooming! Kristen Juliano not only loves animals but does an amazing job. Daisy, my Staffy mix is a handful and Kristen takes her time and makes Daisy feel relaxed and loved. I also highly recommend the self wash station as well. The tubs are big and spacious if you have a large breed so you don’t have to worry. They always have plenty of Nice smelling shampoo and conditioner to choose from- they even have aprons, towels, force dryers .. EVERYTHING. Makes giving your dog a bath so much easier than doing it at home. Lastly, the atmosphere at North Shore Dog right when you walk in is so welcoming- the staff loves the dogs and are all so eager to help if you have any questions! Give them a call and set up a tour and check it out for yourself!

We just had our two puggle mixes - Daisy and Duke - groomed at North Shore Dog. It was our first time and we are so happy with the service we received. Over a week later, and the dogs still smell so good and are so soft. The staff was responsive and welcoming!! It was easy to make appointments. Thank you for spoiling our dogs!

I frequently get my dog groomed at North Shore Dog by Kristen. I have two pomeranians. One of my pomeranians is a foxi pom and a little feisty. She makes me feel comfortable when I leave her in her care. My other pom is a dolly pom and is easier. I am very satisfied with the grooming of both poms. She grooms both dogs exactly how I ask. They look beautiful everytime. She also clips their nails and brushes their teeth. I highly recommend North Shore Dog????❤

I’m very disappointed with the north shore dog! First time when my pet stayed there he got bitten by a bigger dog! When I gave them a second chance I picked up my dog totally sick! He got a kennel cough! I learned my lesson with this place. I don’t think we will ever go back there.

Best daycare in the area, love that they also offer pick up and drop off in Northshore area. Makes working full time and being a great dog parent possible. I have a small Pomeranian, and she is spoiled with lots of love and hugs at Northshore dog. I went to several daycares before choosing one, and Northshore dog has daycare for all sizes of dogs. They get to know your dogs personality and really give the dogs lots of attention. No other daycare like them, dog co-parenting approval!
