I really can't say enough about the staff except that they are amazing and go out of there way for you.

During examination everything is clearly explained and thoughtfully comes up with a plan of treatment.

Dr. Crowley is the best. She’s taken care of my fur-baby for ten years. We’d be lost without this clinic.

I've been going to Beverly Animal Natural Health Clinic. Not to long after Dr Crowley opened up the Clinic. She had done surgery on my dog back leg at 11 months old. In which my dog had made a full recovery an lived along life of 10 years old. BANHC is very professional, concerned and compassionate about your pet. I would highly recommend their service to my friends and family anytime.

I was excited to make an appointment for our new rescue dog. Her current vet is a 1/2 hour away and we wanted some place close and loved the idea of a natural holistic vet. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and even though I agreed to wait the month for an appointment, I was talked out of making an appointment and told to keep an appointment at another place that I had made. Perhaps it would be better just to say they are not accepting new patients. I am disappointed that I was unable to make an appointment even after agreeing to wait.

Absolutely horrible. Their staff is a mess, Dr. Crowley is not easy to deal with, their staff has communication issues, and they're vindictive. If you leave them, don't expect to ever see them again, even if it's an emergency. They will let your dog go blind over a grudge.

My experience reassured that the staff and care is always the best it can be for my dog, even when an unprecedented pandemic has changed almost every aspect of every day life, the mission remains to provide the best care in a safe environment.

Dr. Crowley is a thorough expert in her field. She has a way of calming highly anxious animals, and being direct and reassuring to pet owners.

I'm grateful for the personalized welcome of Reception and the professionalism of Drs Ricketts and Crowley. If I remember correctly, BANHC has, to date, provided care over the years for the three cats, three dogs, and another dog I fostered for a year who have graced my heart in the past two decades. I'm grateful for the empathy, diagnostic precision, and able care you unfailingly provide of my precious companions, as well as your consideration of my limited financial resources to treat their emergency and ongoing, complicated health challenges. I appreciate that my friend, Ilene Swartz, first acquainted me with your holistic practice. Thank you.

Our go-to vet for at least the last 10 years and better than any others bets we've used in the area. I've used other vets over the years and one issue I've noticed is that while certain doctors might be great with animals, many leave a lot to be desired with their human-to-human interactions. Thankfully, this isn't the case at beverly Animal Natural Health; they all have good interpersonal "people' skills along with their professional knowledge about animal care. As a practice, I especially appreciate that they strike the right balance between being open to a more "holistic/alternative" approaches, but not so much that hard science is ignored. Thus they will NOT counsel using essential oils in place of traditional medicines or vaccines when they are called for. All of the doctors that we've met have been knowledgeable and caring, but it is Dr. Lynne Ricketts that has been the one who's taken care of our dog (a pug) the most. She's provided consistently excellent care of our dog, and is very good about following up, including calls later in the evening if it's been an issue like post-surgical status. The rest of the staff also all been consistently friendly and helpful, whether this is on the phone for making appointments, or checking in at the front desk, or the assistant s helping during a check-up. The offices and rooms are always clean and well cared for, and the location in the Beverly Cummings Center is convenient to several cities.

I’ve been bringing my Persians to Dr Crowley for years now after having many challenges with this breed and constant visits to Angell and Mass Vet Referral. Her standard of care and knowledge is unparalleled on the North Shore and their health has stabilized so much that they haven’t had any return trips to either hospital.

We adopt dogs who have spent some time in a shelter or foster home, those that are unwanted because they are elderly, or disabled or unwell. We love our "angels with furry faces" that have come to live with us and we want to make the time they have left their very best years. Consequently, many of our pets have needed frequent visits to the vet. We cannot say enough about the caring, knowledgable staff at the Beverly Animal Natural Health Center. Very caring vets and staff.

There is no other Vet I would bring our dog to see. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was referred to BANHC by a friend after I had exhausted all other options for our 5 yr old german shepherd, who was suffering from severe allergies, skin issues and losing his undercoat. 3 months after starting a medicine that no other Vet had suggested, our shepherd literally looked like a puppy - all new fur, no scratching and not depressed and sad anymore. BANHC has seen us through every issue he has had, and at 10 yrs old, it is truly a miracle that he is still with us and healthy. Thank you BANHC!
