We’ve been bringing our two now senior cats to Borash for years and have never received anything but the best care, but today I was blown away. It was my first experience with Dr. Poirier, a new vet to the practice, and she was incredible. She could very clearly read how concerned I was and she was beyond empathetic and comforting, reassuring me every step of the way. Mysterious illnesses in pets are so stressful, but receiving care like this makes it all just a little bit easier to deal with.

I have been with Borash Vet Clinic since they opened. I have always found them to be very responsive to the health and welfare of my animals. They are friendly, kind, and considerate of the needs of my pets, as well as my needs. I am very pleased to have chosen them to care for my "furbabies."

I took my cat for a sick visit., new patient.I was able to get a next day appointment. The staff was very professional, we waited in the car until was time for our appointment. Just like I do for my dental appointments. We were seen with no delays, the exam rom was very clean and Dr. Southgate was very professional and kind. He listened to my concerns, and there was no push for expensive diagnostic tests for a final diagnosis. That was accomplished through a physical exam and a treatment plan. The visit with medications was a reasonable price. I am definitely using the practice for routine and sick visits for my cats. The best part my cat symptoms improved 24 hrs after treatment. I couldn't be happier. !!!

This place is excellent my cat had dental work done jodi the vet tech is so nice and dr southgate kept me updated the whole staff is very nice dr southgate did a great job on my cat she feels a lot better

Dr Southgate is an awesome veterinarian. He is kind patient and very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Wonderful veterinarian office.

Dr. Poirier and Ann are great with my large German Shepherd! Both are very patient in answering all my questions, too!

They took great care of my Winifred. Clean and well organized. Nice staff and Dr. Southgate was excellent.

Dr. Borash really cares about his patients and their families. He seems to go out of his way to make sure both my anxious dog and I are both understood. My furry family member can get really anxious and defensive with certain triggers and Dr. Borash found a way to have him seen with as little stress possible. They take the time to talk and listen so that my buddy was comfortable during his visit.

I’ve been bringing my pets to Dr. Borash and Dr. Southgate for 20 years. My most recent experience was heartbreaking and I had to put one of my loves to rest. My little man “Eggroll” was our everything. On a daily basis he came with me to work for all of his 15 years of life. He really was my best buddy. Dr. Southgate with his soft spoken demeanor and his heart larger than life, helped me make the most painful decision in my life. I trust him and knew that I needed his affirmation to let Eggroll go in peace. I couldn’t let anyone else see Eggroll to the end. He made time to see us, even though he didn’t have any openings. As hard as it was to say goodbye, as I apologized to Eggroll and sobbed and told him how sorry I was for doing this, Dr. Southgate said, in his kind and truly sincerest tone, “Don’t apologize, you’re doing the right thing, he’s trying his hardest to hold on, but it’s time.” Dr. Borash, what a blessing Dr. Southgate is to your team. Thank you to Danielle, Amanda and Rita. You were all there for me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve been taking my pets here for the last few years, everyone here is very helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable EVERYTIME I come and they really care about my animals, it’s not just another pet making them money. Thank you for all you guys do.

All of the staff of Borash Veterinary Clinic are wonderful. Ive been taking my pets, active Border Collies, here since 2007 for both routine and emergency care, including surgery. Now I take my daughter’s German Shepard who hates the vet visits, but they are awesome with him and keep him as calm as possible. They are kind, true animal lovers and have a wealth of information for questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

Everyone there is wonderful Dr b Dr s Amanda Danielle I can't even remember all the names and I talked to Whitney the other day who's fairly new everybody's so personal help me with King Louie when I had to give him fluids and I thought he was leaking I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the place

I take my pet to this vet and I have a short time coming here and I can say that everyone is great. When my puppy wasn’t feeling well I called and they gave me great advice although My puppy wasn’t seen that same day all the recommendations helped and my puppy was actually feeling better shortly after. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Southgate is an amazing vet and a great person. His compassion and level of care is throughout the practice. Dr. Borash has a great team. I have been bringing pets here for 15+ years and look forward to many years to come.

Front is not professional and tends to get irritated with customers when they take to long, especially with the elderly . Interesting I notice that the front desk has somewhat of a frequent turn over, think about it!

Me and my family began taking our pets to Dr. Borash and his team after we had a horrible experience with another vet back in the early 2000s. That in itself was a blessing in disguise because we never would have found them. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Borash, Dr. Southgate and the whole Borash team. They are very caring individuals and always have made me feel like I am leaving my animals in the best care ❤

Although COVID does not permit you to be with your pet in the office, the staff make you feel at ease. They come outside to take your pet and are very personable. They take a history over the phone prior to the visit and the doctor calls you after the exam. I must say it's a well oiled machine. My cat had reason to be seen urgently recently and the staff was awesome about calling me back right way and fitting him in promptly. My pets are my babies and I love how Dr. Southgate and his great staff respect and honor my concerns and allow me to ask questions. I continue to recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you!

I decided to switch up veterinarian clinics and found Borash. They were so kind and helpful when it came to checking up on my kitten. They even went ahead and did extra such as cleaning his ears due to a little wax build up, which was all taken care of within the appointment so no extra charge. I am so happy with the choice I made!

Friendly staff, my dog it’s not very cooperative but the staff at Borash are patience and willing to work with my dog

I called the office, to try and establish my dog with a vet near my home. I am new to Massachusetts, I moved here from SC. I was turned away from the office, with a sick dog, and advised to take my dog to an emergency vet, if I felt it needed care. I called Northeast Veterinary Hospital, and was treated very nice. I was told to bring my dog in for a work in appointment. I appreciate the excellent care, and compassion they gave to me and my pet. I will be using Northeast as my new vet.

Your pet is not just a number they treat them as family. Every one are there are friendly and knowledgeable.

Thankful for the help I received here today. My hamster was suffering but just wouldn't pass away on her own. I called several animal hospitals in the area and they all wanted $150-$200 to euthanize a tiny hamster. Borash Veterinary Clinic was the only place that offered a reasonable rate for pocket pets. They also managed to find time for me even though they were already booked for the day, knowing that she was in really bad condition. The appointment was quick and I didn't even need to leave my car, which made me feel comfortable having a contactless procedure during covid-19. I will definitely come back here if I get another animal in the future that needs medical care

My dog would have literally died if it wasn’t for this man. Couldn’t be more grateful. I called explaining my situation, and he took my dog in within 30min . All other places had a waitlist ,couldn’t do what he did, and he had the best price. Very fortunate to have found him , definitely will be going back.
