A friend suggested going to Pet Supply Outlet as I was looking for a few gifts for my friend's new cat. The staff were very kind, and even flagged me down after leaving the shop when they realized they just got a shipment in of something I was looking for. As other reviews say, it's great to shop local, though I would add that it's even better to support such considerate people :)

First time going into the store. Nice size. Not overwhelming like the huge stores. Good selection and good quality dog food. Nice to support our local businesses. We'll be back!

Lots of organic, low ingredient, and small business sourced products at excellent prices. Fantastic stock, friendly staff, and a gem of a business in an increasingly corporate Boston area.

Friendly .....easy to shop... .great prices! I love the deals on toys for my dog. Excellent customer service....when I hurt my back they carried the dog food to my car for me. Always smiling and throughly answers any question.

Very friendly owners helped a first time dog owner - with a senior chiweenie rescue - learn about dry food options and gave us many samples to try. Went back to buy a winter coat and a harness and staff was helpful with harness selection. They were also very friendly to my dog when I brought him on our 3rd visit. He appreciated the treats too. I'll be back.

We get our puppy’s food and treats from here, using the curb pick-up option and it’s always quick and smooth. They always let us know quickly if something happens to be out of stock, and they are one of the few local places that carry a full line of frozen raw Stella and Chewy patties.

Lots of great choices for all different pets. Found a great harness for our miniature poodle. Attendent let us know it came with a lifetime guarantee. It can be replaced if damaged at no extra charge.
